According to the co stats they have not been active since 06-06-15. According to the log on 2-11-15 the co could not find the cache either. This is obviously missing and the owner is no longer active. Can this be archived thanks!

No response from owner. If you wish to repair/replace the cache sometime in the future, just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the current guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it.

02-Nov-15
Bumped into cach owners who couldnt find it either. It may have gone missing

08-Oct-15
Spent about 10 minutes looking at lots of leaves, but nothing stood out today.

04-Oct-15
Loved where you hid it, THANKS

04-Oct-15
Second go at finding this. Last time gps put us in the middle of the road. Thanks to kiwi couples coordinates and other hints from recent logs we found it ok. Fortunately nearby muggle stayed under his car fixing it!

04-Oct-15
This was our second attempt at this cache. The first was many moons ago. We would not have imagined it's location without the help of Kiwicouple's waypoint suggestion.

Great hiding place

27-Sep-15
Fun to find great spot

19-Sep-15
No find here.

12-Sep-15
Second visit to GZ, so many potential areas for the hide, nothing obvious, felt very exposed while searching for the cache. So many muggles about, and today the house owners are home and the gate is wide open. Today I returned with rebel98, who thankfully had better finding skills than me, and he soon found the hide. Love the log, evil hide, thanks for the cache Big Grin

08-Sep-15
Sooooo many muggles around this area , very camouflaged as I couldn't find it Sad try again next time

29-Aug-15
In a nice quiet neighbourhood. Had to wait for a few muggles to move on but otherwise quick and easy find.

28-Aug-15
Good search but no joy.
Felt rather awkward here, has the owner given permission? Lots of things that could be moved and damaged , not a good placement I'm afraid

25-Jul-15
Normal day not that many muggles around stick to the clue

16-Jul-15
Nice hide, very sneaky. Great eighth find!

11-Jul-15
Nice little area. Playground around the corner. A bit weird being on someone's fence as they came home and felt a little unprivate

29-Jun-15
Quite a busy area, felt a bit weird going around so close to houses - definitely recommend more private locations.

28-Jun-15
Such a great spot. Fantastic hiding spot.

28-Jun-15
Was in the area and thought I would get some caches. Parked around the corner. Used kiwicouple's coords which worked very well. Sneaky hide, I wouldn't have thought to put a cache there. Just when I was about to replace the cache, a resident of No. 44 came out and asked if I needed help. Quickly replied no and lingered for a while until she was out of sight. I'm guessing this is not the CO's residence. TFTC.

Out and about for a spot of caching on this fine, albeit cold afternoon. Parked up near GZ, which the GPSr thought was the middle of the road. Walked around in circles for a bit before checking the cache page and noting kiwicouple's suggested coordinates. Those did the trick nicely. Congrats on your first cache placement!

Wow a nudge from a friend and i still had to look pretty hard to find it i think the coords would be beter to be updated as it still has me approx 12 mtrs away.but nice hide tftc Lokky 1 Smile 15 June 2015 12:13

These co-ords, taken from Google Earth, should get you closer to GZ.

14-Jun-15
Looking everywhere... To no avail. Cords had us in the middle of the road and no obvious place to find it. Will contact CO because the other logs look like a group of people saw the CO placing it. Will watch this to see if others are smarter than us.

14-Jun-15
Was with Magdajh. My coords put me in a strange place too, nowhere near where the hint suggested. Looked all around the place, but nope, no find today. Sad

14-Jun-15
Also had GZ in a strange position, however, a suspicious location was nearby and a careful, systematic search revealed the well disguised hide.
Good to meet Voshed, also on the hunt.

Supposedly good for beginners but the co-ordinates put me in the middle of an intersection. My first attempt at finding a cache - FAIL.

12-Jun-15
Coords had me in middle of the road so searched borh sides come up with nothing if its were i think it is maybe a better clue would be needed as it appears all the quick ftf's were assited by the CO .will keep a watch i searched for 20 mins Lokky 1 Smile 12 June 2015 12:42

We heard the new cache alert, so checked where it was and headed straight out the door. We parked around the corner and walked to GZ where we spotted a couple of boys with the cache in hand. Made some comment about them finding it already, and then realized that they were actually just hiding it! We saw exactly where they put it so it was a quick easy find in what otherwise could be a tricky location. Hadn't even opened the cache yet when Rebel98 and shaniqua1 jumped out of their car. Joint FTF. Had a bit of a chat before heading back home.
Thanks ncvanpelt and congratulations on your first cache, and thanks for the opportunity for us to achieve our 1100th FTF Big GrinBig GrinBig Grin

I was watching nrl game when text came though from the one and only Gorby. New cache out and while reading it new, cache alert came though. Out the door so quick that I didn't get gps but used mobile phone instead and as I walked out the door niece and her mum drove in driveway, said quick its a first to find and we were off to find it. Met up with kiwi couple at gound zone for joint ftf and chatted.
Thanks ncvanpelt and congratulations on your first cache.

Was busy at the time this Cache was published, but headed over about an hour after.
Was followed by Flax4 as we were leaving the same event. At GZ we meet up with Supernannny, nice to meet you. Big Grin After realising Co-Ords had us in the middle of the road we widened our search. We also met the CO (who lives nearby Wink ) Nice to meet you also !! Made the find & signed log as joint STF !!
Thanks for the Cache.

Was out geocaching at Glenfield and Birkenhead when this came out and my phone battery was almost dead !
Always a buzz to go to someone's first cache hide , and I knew where the street was !
Rushed over ,,,, charging phone as I went so I could read the hint !
Was desperately looking around , in wrong place as it happened , when two other cars pulled up and I was greeted by two boys who were geocachers too ... lovely to meet part of Flax 4 and Bay 7 ...don't think I've had the pleasure before ! You usually beat me to caches in Titirangi and Green Bay and New Lynn !
We shared out torches and got to work !
While searching we were so pleased to meet the cache owner family ncvanpelt in person ! It was a bit like a street party without the food !
Good one you guys ,,,, very tricky hide !
A favourite from me !

Took a slight detour home with Bay7 after learning this new cache had come through. Got to GZ and noticed a lone person wandering around in the dark with her phone! Good to see you again Supernanny! We all got together in the hunt when the cache owners appeared, cache in hand and log signed. Congrats ncvanpelt on yr first placement! Well done
