I am archiving this cache due to the unfortunate lack of action taken to restore it, or any communication from the cache owner, Grumbligrot, requesting additional time.Despite ample opportunities provided for the Cache Owner to respond, their silence leads me to the conclusion that the cache has been abandoned. In such cases, archived caches will not be unarchived, and as a result, this location is now open for the placement of a new cache by another interested party. Thanks,BalayangCommunity Reviewer - Australia
### Cache Maintenance Visit Required please.###This geocache has been brought to my attention as needing an Owner Maintenance visit, as the logs indicate that it is most likely missing, or else some other problem exists with the cache. See the [GCHQ Health Score](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=713) process.I agree that it certainly seems necessary to have it checked by the Cache Owner. The cache owner needs to:* Take action to restore the cache or address issues such as correcting the D/T rating.* Re-enable the cache by posting an Enable log* Post an Owner Maintenance log to advise what has been done and to clear any Needs Maintenance attribute which is present. Otherwise :* Post a Note Log to request more time if necessary or provide other information.. **Do not use an Owner Maintenance log for this. That is for use only **when you actually do something to repair the cache**. Alternatively:* Archive the cache, and remove any remaining geo-litter from the site.In the meantime, I've temporarily disabled the cache page to await owner action by Grumbligrot and to take it off the playing board to prevent further geocaching community inconvenience.[Please see the maintenance section of the Geocache Hiding Guidelines.](https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines?expand=1#cachemaintenance)**I will check back in 30 days** to see that action has been by the CO.If nothing has happened, I will assume that the cache has been abandoned, and, unfortunately, I will need to Archive this cache. *Caches archived because of lack of maintenance/abandonment will not be unarchived.*The Geocaching Community needs to have a degree of certainty that a cache is in good condition, waiting to be found, and the CO has a responsibility to maintain their caches. Please see [my profile page](https://www.geocaching.com/p/default.aspx?u=Balayang) for additional information.Thank youBalayangCommunity Reviewer -Australia
Even though the prickly bushes have recently been cut down I couldn't find seem to find a cache hidden here. Perhaps another day.TFTC Grumbligrot Keep smiling
We searched here for a bit, even braved the Blackberry and was scratched and cut.
No luck and a DNF for us.

Found it, quite out in the open compared to the descriptions. I've put it back as I found it, added a bit of camo. TFTC
Fortunately I spotted this one as I bent over to pick up a stick before I attempted the blackberries. TFTC
Didn't spend too much time looking for this one today, discretion being the better part of valour, limited the search to the less prickly area near posted coords. I've picked up my quota of blackberry splinters already this trip!
Quick find on my way to start the nearby series. A bit of a reach into the prickles and then I had this one. TFTC
A quick look around some likely places and the cache was soon found and signed and replaced as I watched three planes take off over the road ahead, so a pretty appropriately named cache. TFTC.
After an impromptu overnight stay in Georgetown, we were eager to collect this power trail. With only 20 caches before the big 400 and also keen to complete the milestones for memory lane challenge.
This cache was in good condition. Thanks for the cache.

Today before our departuree to the west we did first this trail.
We worked from #9 to #1.[^]
At the end we found them all.
Most of them in 10 seconds, some after minutes

Tassie Trip Day 211 - This was a great day to take on a the little trail whilst it was not too busy in the area the trail was soon completed and then it was off to the beach for a couple more and a great walk along the shore with the rest of the team staying in the Geo Vehicle and moving it to the other end of the area. I had an error in the head today that saw me use the wrong date all day it should be the 18 apr 19 but my pen wrote 17 apr 19 sorry but the electronic log is correct.
This was a nice quick stop and an easy find for the begining of the day.
Thanks Grumbligrot for this wonderful little spot to stop and cache.

Our final day enjoying Tassie, starting in Georgetown. We have loved the variety of coastal and inland scenery and walking tracks. Our last find before heading back towards Devonport. Thanks for the caches in town and surrounds.
Reperio at 0845.
After getting off the Spirit of Tasmania this morning and visiting the lighthouse at Low Head, we were heading towards Launceston and quickly stopped by this one. We parked pretty close to GZ while the kids and I jumped out to find the cache.

Thanks for the cache Grumbligrot. Visiting the George Town / Low Head area with RLD4963 and the GeoGSP for a couple of days. This was our first cache for Friday the 13th - took a bit longer than we would have liked, trying to avoid the brambles, but eventually found. Cheers.
Out and about with Lil Rafa to get caches for the Hidden Creatures series, all the way to Low Head, we found, signed and replaced the cache, completing the find. TFTC TNLN log dry, cool nights but nice days. easy find with clues.
Blackberry bushes not withstanding;) easy to find, great cache, dry, well placed. Left nothing, taken nothing, tftc
Quick find on our way to do the trail then bellbouy beach tftc all good here dry swaps etc
Day fourteen of our holiday in Tassie. Bettyboo3747 and I are staying at Low Head.
Time to get the deadly treadlies out, and short ride to the lighthouse before breakfast (and five caches)
A ride south collecting caches along the foreshore, then after lunch, some caches around George Town while the washing was on.
Nobody flying out of the airport today, which was a bit of a pity as it was a very nice day for flying.
Not such a good day for searching through blackberries! (if there ever is a good day)
We did spot and eventually retrieve the cache though. Thanks for a good sized cache.
Thanks, Robmc.

#14423. Day 14 of our 3 week holiday in Tasmania. Robmc and I are still staying at Low Head so with dry weather forecast for a while we headed out on the bicycles to pick up a few caches around the area before going in to George Town for another caching run this afternoon (whilst our clothes were happy at the laundrette for an hour or so).
Heading to the NT series this afternoon and welcome to blackberry heaven. A bit prickly that is true but we managed to find retrieve and sign and continued on.
Thanks Grumbligrot

Our final cache for the day. The blackberries were a bit of a problem. But with gloves and covered arms I managed to retrieve the container. TFTC
Wasn't careful enough of the brambles - got a few more caching injuries.

A lovely day presented me with an opportunity to go for a pushbike ride
And this looked like a good spot to ride to first
No sign of any airports here ?? [:o]
Just some prickly roadside scenery to poke for a cache find

Hi there Grumbligrot.
We found your cache **"George Town Airport"** at 9:35:00 AM today. (This brings our total find count to 18624).
We are currently staying at East Beach Caravan Park with family, so our geocaching this week will be more of a hit-n-miss effort between relaxing, eating, drinking and socialising. Today was a fine opportunity to attempt the "Notable Tasmanian" series. A very little known fact about a not so notable Tasmanian is that Bill Stuart (Ian's dad) was Princess Mary's maths teacher.
We ended up finding a variety of container types and sizes on our journey today & had an absolutely wonderful drive. Our count for the day was 10 finds (& 1 DNF's).
###Thanks for not placing an eclipse tin or a 200ml Sistema here. Once upon a time caches seemed to be "regular" sized, and well stocked with goodies for kids to swap. Nowadays it seems like every other cache is small and devoid anything to induce children to enjoy the hunt. It made us feel really good to find this cache in a "special" place.###
**Cache Condition:** The container and log book are in good shape.
**Coordinate Accuracy:** We found the cache aexactly where the GPS said we should be looking.
**Took:** Nothing.
**Left:** Smiley Badge.
Thanks for the hunt today,
Regards
Ian & Penny.

We started the power trail to Bellbuoy Beach with this cache. The brambles provided a minor problem and we soon had the cache in hand and signed. Thanks Grumbligrot for providing this cache and the trail to a beautiful beach.
Back home after being in Tassie for a holiday, now the daunting task of logging all our finds, sorting through the scraps of paper with notes on them.
Had a few days of sunshine, a lot of days of rain, ended up with just over 105 finds all up on this trip, and visited many tourist spots in the north of Tassie.
found this cache after a quiet night in Lowhead
thanks to Grumbligrot for this cache series, a few minor scratches to the legs here

Not wrong about the black berries. Got in & out without too many war wounds. TFTC
Decided to come out this way to try to grab some numbers for a geosports challenge. The size of this cache was a relief as we had a couple of TBs to move on and most of the ones we had on the list were going to be way too small. TFTC
A quick find made here and we now have 3 bits of the required information to complete the final. Not sure when that will happen but if not tomorrow we will return soon. The clue was a bit of a concern as I was in my normal caching attire of thongs but the well beaten geotrail to this one meant I got in and out without a scratch. Thanks.
Zero traffic on either road or in air made for a hassle free find. Escaped scratch-free. Three down & four to go. TFTC.
Today we travelled to George Town to attend the leap day event arriving at 12.00 noon to allow us to find caches published since our last visit. We had 27 on our list including the event. We managed to find them all and enjoyed the variety of hides and our tour of George Town.
Enjoyed this series which kept us on our toes remembering to look for clues.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.

Yay, another one found by me and high praise from hubby who's gps'r had him off target and he was relieved not to have to go into the brambles TFTC This is a lovely area and we're enjoying our second day's caching here. Also looking forward to the event on Monday evening to meet and thank all the Tassie CO's who have added so much fun to our touring here.
We've now only got four weeks left of our six month stay (til the end of March '16) from the Kurrajong area, (Blue Mountains) NW of Sydney, to tour in the caravan and also visit our kids and grandkids in the Huon Valley On four previous visits before this visit, we were muggles, so we're having fun finding the caches we didn't even know were here!

Keeping things in order we headed out to find number three at the airport, which actually resembles a paddock! We found the cache in the second place we looked with only a couple of scratches. TFTC
We so nearly gave up on thus one, possibly the worst cache we have found today. The GPS was a bit out and would have had us in the middle of a blackberry patch, since Muggle Hubby is on blood thinners which make him bleed profusely at the slightest scratch, I was most apprehensive about this one, but having collected all the previous clues he preserved and eventually located this one, and survived relatively unscathed.
A few scratches and scrapes but didn't take long to find this one, Left a Scout, TFTC
Don't attempt this cache on a weekend when the aeroclub is busy at the aerodrome unless you are prepared to pretend you need to "take short" in the bushes! TFTC!
Travelling around Australia and now in Tasmania!
Today we headed out from Loira to pick up a few caches on the coast, picking up some we didnt manage to stop at in the last few days.
Beautiful warm day today, much warmer than we have seen for quite some time.
Cache found in good order.
Wrote down the clue, hope we can get all the caches and the final whilst in this area. Lucky to see several planes taking off and one doing touch n goes.
