Hopefully this hasn't been pushed back too far, couldn't lay eyes or hands on it.
#158 cache has obviously had some maintenance as the log came out easily thanks to the attachment. Not too high for me which was lucky, nice harbour view from the GZ too, TFTC!
Just the cache to grab today as the meeting place for tramping was quite near.Cache in perfect order.
Thanks for placing 111PAF.

First dot day filled in this year. Glad got this one finally. Also happy had my multi tool in my pocket as this needed more than fingers to get out of the hole.
Quick find and met the owner of the southernmost winery in the world. Very interesting!!
First to sign it good find! Our first to! Thanks heaps for being the start of our geocaching journey
It had gone, have put a new one there, it is quite high up so you might need something to stand on!
Not overly challenged vertically but stopped to talk to the neighbour and walked on by had to retrace my steps

A quick find but a lack one of the necessary physical attributes needed. I'll have to return another time with my enhancer.
Finally! A late night stroll with Fido Rex to an oft-passed pole, where the lights in the nearby abodes were dimmed meant that with a bit of tippy-toe action the cache was quickly in hand. TFTC.
Haha had just finished placement up the hill and I knew there was a cache on that avenue somewhere, and I had roughly remembered where it was placed in relation to the corners. So I picked a pole, parked up near it and, lo and behold, I saw it! It was thankfully at arms reach (I suppose I am rather tall!), didn't really look around to see if anyone was watching out the windows, so out I hopped with my nursing uniform on acting very sus - but very pleased to have ticked this one off! Sometimes studying the map at night helps ..
Enjoying holidaying in the area with tmann421.
A nice quick find for us here today. TFTC

My fourth and final DNF on this wet and horrible day.... unfortunately for this hobbit size cache hunter this was not a T1.5 Even on tip toes with a couple of tools I could not reach this cache container I was cold, wet and disappointed when I left this site.
A nice evening for a few caches. Kia ora for the cache. Found with Spydude13 and Lollipopcat.
Found this one with Weka who were unable to find it recently due to a gardener muggle! Interesting winery nearby but we didn't visit today. TFTC
Today nobody was around, and the cache was a quick easy find, where we expected it, with JuJu54. TFTC
As a neighbour was gardening close to the cache, we decided to leave it for another day.
First on a round trip on my e-bike clearing my neighbourhood, just in time for someone to put out a bunch more probably. Easy find in an obvious spot.

We felt like there were eyes on us here. It took us longer to return than it did to grab - took it on a drive around the neighbourhood with us as we found other caches before coming back to find muggle neighbour gone and with much relief we replaced the cache. Found with debsnz
We spotted the hiding place quickly and made a fast grab. We took the container back to the car to sign the log but returning it proved to be a mission when the muggle neighbour (right beside the hide) decided to do some gardening! We decided the best thing to do was move on and return later when muggle had gone and cache was quickly returned. Phewww!
Walked right in by after checking the at eye level. My eagle-eyed wife spotted it. TFTC
Great views form this location was very cold out. Glad I didn't have to be out of the long. TFTC ☺
Better luck this time, waited for a pair of dog walkers to pass then made a grab, then the friendly winemaker appeared and we had a chat.
Found with Guwapo and Papa.

Papa and Guwapo out and about with Woody104. Quite easy to spot but had to wait for a couple of muggles to pass by. No sooner had we had it in our hands when the owner of the nearby winery (apparently the worlds southern most winery) popped out and asked "Have you found it?" Had a chat and then headed off. Salamat.
Yes it had gone. Put another one in place and had a chat with the lady who owns the winery. She is happy to have it there and said her husband enjoyed chatting with the other cachers earlier.
I remember finding out about the winery (quite) a few years ago, when it was a job related matter, although we never had anyone enquire about it! A very chilly evening walk, but excellent to be outside and not staring at a computer screen for a change... Quick find, and I am glad I dragged a vertically less challenged person along! TFTC!!

Earlyish Sunday hunt, but no luck. Checked a lot of holes.
Maybe one of the neighbours doesn't like visitors?

#450. Found under cover of darkness when all the watching windows had their shades drawn. It would be very exposed in the light of day. Quickly found, signed and replaced. TFTC
No one around in this quiet neighbourhood this Sunday afternoon. Cache quickly in hand and log signed. TFTC.
Just as I spotted the cache we heard a 'what are you doing?' Had a good chat with the man who owns the winery and let him know there's more of us who'll come looking at the pole.
Fantastic view from this spot
Thanks

I think the person who spotted Raabie also spotted Hevic and me! We were looking at the pole and analysing it, when a man came from out of his house wondering what we were doing. Sprung! But he'd heard of geocaching before and he stopped to have a chat to us for a little while. Cheers!
There was somebody in the house opposite but I think they were watching the toast. Thanks.
FTF. Talk about caching in a fishbowl! Just within reach of 5'8" me. The past couple of weeks have been great for caching in the city. It reminds me of the golden days of 2005/06, lunchtime dashes, etc. A few months ago I genuinely thought that caching was in its death throes in Dunedin following a lean summer with very few new hides. Then a couple of new names pop up and it's all on! Many thanks.
