### **OWNER MAINTENANCE REQUIRED PLEASE** ###
----------
Hi there team.wallace,
It looks like this cache might need some attention, as one or more seekers have indicated there is an issue with the placement. The cache has been temporarily disabled, so as to remove it from search listings and discourage people from visiting this location until the issues/s with this cache can be addressed.
**You do need to respond in some way within 14 days, so others know you are on top of it, as well as indicating exactly what is happening with this placement - please don't let a lack of communication scuttle this listing.**
#What should you do now:-#
You have a number of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:-
- **Check On The Cache:-** Visit the cache and repair and/or replace or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) indicating the cache has been checked and [**ENABLE your cache.**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ) Then sit back and wait for the logs of praise to roll in.
- **Place A Write Note Log::-** Reviewers don't have a crystal ball, so without your note on the cache page explaining that the site works are on-going, or you have been in hospital, or the area is in flood, they can't tell what is going on with the cache.
So please just post a note to the page (within 14 days) and when a Reviewer next looks at the listing, all will be fine for a little bit longer.
**Be sure to indicate the actual date that you expect to have it fixed so that everyone knows you are on top of it. If you have a long term unavailable cache (where you don't have an actual date) please ensure you visit the page and post a note every 4 to 6 weeks, so as to keep everyone up to speed.**
- **Adopt/Archive:-** If you don't plan on fixing it then you could consider passing it on to another geocacher by asking them to [**Adopt it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=54) or alternatively, you need to [**Archive it,**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56) so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.
You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of those. Well, if nothing happens, then a few weeks from today, when a Reviewer next looks at the cache page, it is likely that they will, unfortunately, have to de-list (Archive) on the basis that it has been abandoned.
Honestly, I'd rather you decide so please do something before then. Please don't send me an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.
**JUST A TIP:-** Have you checked out the new Geocaching Dash Board designed to assist a Cache Owner in managing the caches they own? Have a read about it [**HERE.**](https://www.geocaching.com/blog/2020/07/welcome-to-the-cache-owner-dashboard/?newsletter=PM) You will find your very own dash board [**HERE**](https://www.geocaching.com/play/owner?utm_source=geocaching&utm_medium=blog&utm_campaign=COD)

After completing a nearby multi headed over to this hide. After a short search the cache was located however the cap is missing. Surprisingly the log roll had managed to hang in there. I have signed T284 and replaced as found. Hopefully it stays intact. Cheers.
Quick little find with Aussiepuschaks, lovely day despite the rainy weather TFTC
Found with SophieScout on a drive in the local area while remaining socially distant from the world at large. TFTC
FFLL x 2 take me drive to Yass for challenge series... We drive on the way to home and make quick find it... tks
Found with sjg66 in our effort to get the caching year off to a good start. The long grass and various prickly weeds made some of them a real challenge, I suspect they would be much easier in winter. TFTC.
The lower section has a damaged thread with it twice falling off after being put back on.

Found on a caching expedition out to Yass with sebass19: from 9:30am to 7pm, 51 caches! It's interesting that we have found a cache about Greg Norman at this specific time; as he's been in the news a lot for his current battle with COVID-19. Managed to find a park close-by and had a quick find at GZ. We just had to be a bit quiet as there was a dog on the other side of the hedge. Unfortunately, though, the cache is a bit cross-threaded; but for now, it's doing reasonably okay. TFTC team.wallace!

Finally found this one. I’ve made many visits and read all the logs. I think I was making it harder than I should’ve. Thanks
Just after completing the nearby multi we felt like a walk so headed to this one. We were not quite sure what to expect and had GZ about 5m when I spotted the cache, thankfully! Thanks... we liked the reference!
Found at 10:31 AM GAFF1.
We were here 3 years ago to the day getting more and more disappointed with ourselves as we just couldn't find a string of simple 1.5/1.5 caches (how come nearly all of the caches in Yass are 1.5/1.5 no matter what the real conditions are?)
Today we revisited them and this was the first which was found nearly straight away! However to our relief it had been muggled in 2016, so we weren't acting like amateurs 3 years ago
Thanks team.wallace

Found with [@Decrypter](http://coord.info/PR75QXD). We walked from a nearby find and soon were at GZ, avoiding a golfer on our way. We started searching, trying to understand the hint. After a few minutes we spied the cache. We hadn't read the description so we had to improvise to extract the log. Eventually we had it out and signed and all replaced and off we went for the next one. TFTC.
Back out again to finish off those of the trail I didn't manage yesterday, and a few others in and around the area for good measure. With just on one week of leave left before returning to ‘w’, better continue to make the most of it.
It was another great day outside, love this Winter weather. Found 45 from 46, but the one that was not to be, as with a few others that I did manage to find had already been archived. Bonus!
Apologies for the cut and paste, anything of note added at the end of log.
All found without issue and in condition. TNLNSL TFTC
Found right in front of my eyes, AFTER 20 MINUTES!! Had the right extraction tool in the glovebox.

As we are camping in Yass for a short time, we thought we would pick up a few caches around the district with ilook4geo. It has been a very cold day with a gale force icy blast coming straight from the Antarctic region, so we cut the caching run short, being more interested in thawing out and hibernating.
Each cache we found had initials added to the log and was replaced hurriedly so we could get back to the car and out of the wind. Thank you to team.wallace for this cache placement.

Out on a cache hunting day with goingplaces2 and it was a v-e-r-y cold and windy day. We found enough to make the day worthwhile before heading back to camp to warm up again. Each log signed, all replaced. TFTC.
Thought this was going to be harder than it turned out to be. Eagle eyed geowife spotted the hide pretty quickly and we were soon signing the log. TFTC team.wallace
Found with Smittengranny and Gliss! venturing up this way to pick up caches in the area. Beautiful day to be out and about and probably the last good weather for awhile. TFTC
I was out caching with Gliss! and Joolay today in the Yass area where the weather was sunny but the wind was wickedly cold. We had a very successful day finding some really sneaky caches thanks to Joolay but also had a couple of DNFs. Thanks Gliss! for being driver extraordinaire. This was one of our smilies. Thanks to all the COs for placing these caches that add to our fun. All logs were signed mostly as SG.
Second day in Yass. A great clear and chilly morning. Early Sunday is always a good time for caching and quick progress was made.

With Dino out in Yass for a soccer game. We made the best out of the long trip and found a lot of caches all over Yass today. Since this was virgin territory for us there are still lots more waiting though for next time .
Once the coords settled it was a quick find.
Quick find, nice cache, all in good order.
Thank you team.wallace for putting the cache out and maintaining it.

Out for a trip out to Yass to clear a few around the town and along the highway, and enjoy a cooler day than we've had for the last week or more. A quick find here with no one around. Thanks team.wallace.
Day seven of our quick trip north. BettyBoo3747 and I spent today travelling from Lorne to Yass. Not a lot of caches, just a few on the highway, the a quick half dozen after dinner in Yass.
Been a while since he was a name in golf!
I doubt he would have hidden a micro though
We rescued the log as someone had put it in the bottom not the top and it was difficult to remove.
Thanks, Robmc.

#15052. A big day driving south from Lorne, NSW to Yass. We had hoped to stay in Goulburn but the entire town was booked out, as was much of the surrounding area. A huge horse event and a holy retreat meant no accommodation for miles.
A tiring drive with only 2 finds and 2 DNF's until we reached Yass. After dinner we rushed around in the dark and gathered a few more.
Rob saw this one fairly quickly but we had to take it back to the car for pointy-nose tweezers because someone had put it back in the wrong end where it was wedged very tightly, being such springy paper. Finally got it out and added our names and put it back in the correct part of the container so the next finder should not suffer any pain.
Thanks team.wallace

**# 20536** Found on the start of our mega adventure to NSW, QLD and beyond.
Today was a drive around at Yass while on a stopover.
Lots of muggles around today and a good variety of hides again.
I missed it last time, but now the GPS had the right area to search.

Cache 2668 on 29/7/17
Headed out with DarksideDan for a few caches in Yass on a frosty Saturday morning. 6 hours later we had gorgeous warm weather, 40 caches under our belts and a fabulous lunch at the cafe in town. A great morning out getting some numbers with lots of laughs and a few interesting bird sightings on the way. Unless otherwise stated, caches found quickly and in good order.
This was not the hide we thought it might be originally. But a quick find anyway
Thanks team.wallace for the cache!

Can you say road trip. Today I headed out with AG27 to go on a caching road trip to Yass. Together we collected 40 caches. I took some excellent photos and had a stunning lunch. Thanks heaps for the cache.
On the way to 8000 finds... only about 300 to go!
I went on a recreational caving weekend in Wee Jasper with my bushwalking club this weekend. Only I didn't arrive at the campground untill 11 at night! A very cold weekend, survived mainly by my nice and warm -12 degree sleeping bag, and spending most of the time underground. We didn't exit the last cave exploration until 2pm Sunday, so after we showered and packed up camp I didn't get around go caching until 3pm!
But there have been quite a few new caches published around Yass since I was there last, and a couple of older ones that I DNFed previously, I had a lot to look for before it got too dark and the rain started to fall down.
In the end I managed to find 25 today and reach a total of 7707 finds.
Thanks for all the caches!

*Our last day in Yass, in the good company of Suscoe, we concentrated on finding caches within a 5 km radius of the town. That still set us quite a high target for the day. Just as the rain started, we signed our final log - 44/44 smiley tokens!!*
Reading previous logs helped out here with this one - time of year made it a bit easier!
Thanks team.wallace for placing caches, for everyone's enjoyment.

Suscoe and Phetlern were out and about for our last day of caching in the Yass area.
The day started cool and a little cloudy, but it was fine until the last cache was found and then a thunder storm rolled across from the western hills. Great timing we reckoned.
A really pleasant day of town and nearby caching with a good mixture of hides and fun on the way around the roads.
Thanks to team.wallace for this themed name.

A day of caching with dty73 had us heading to Yass today. Despite a cold and very foggy morning start to the day, it turned out to be a beautiful sunny and even warm day with all caches found. A variety of very different caches awaited us, some a little more challenging than others, and a few quite spectacular locations as well.
Very quick find here today, just got lucky with a bit of recent tidying that had left it very exposed but can see this could be tricky! Log is wet and very delicate. Had to be very careful removing and handling not to rip it but all ok. Thanks for the cache team.wallace!

We were searching for this one and out of the blue someone's head popped out of the bushes on the other side and told us we were very close. We had a laugh as it scared the life out of me. Thankyou for the cache . Need to go change my pants now
No luck for me today, I had a good look but chose to move on after a while.
Hopefully it is still there, and very well hidden.

Staying in Yass for a few days to explore this interesting town and check out a few local caches. i was on foot for all the caches found today.
Oh a disappointment here because there could only be one place as per hint etc. But nothing in sight. Might need a CO check?

Team Lewin headed from goulburn to canberra to visit questacon for the little geokid today. Our plans were do a couple in canberra before venturing off to yass for a few hour while the little one slept and we took turns at grabbing those smiley faces we all love so much. Had a great afternoon with most of the caches attempted being found , only a couple of DNFS and was due to nearby muggles or the cache simply not there (thats what we believe anyway!).
As usual yass turned up the goods and look forward to coming back for the many more caches we left for future trips.
"being a big golf man myself i enjoyed this cache and would love to see more golf caches around "

Greetings from WA. Time for a few local caches, so spent a couple of hours in the morning walking around your lovely town and adding to the holiday total. Note to last finder, not everyone is 6 foot , 4 inches tall! Had to find a cache removal item from the hedge.
Out and about exploring Yass with CAD - soon had cache in hand after using a trusty tool for the little people! T4TC:)
