### **OWNER MAINTENANCE REQUIRED PLEASE** ###
----------
Hi there Wal-len,
It looks like this cache might need some attention, as one or more seekers have indicated there is an issue. The cache has been temporarily disabled, so as to remove it from search listings and discourage people from visiting this location until the issues/s with this cache can be addressed.
**You do need to respond in some way within 14 days, so others know you are on top of it, as well as indicating exactly what is happening with this placement - please don't let a lack of communication scuttle this listing.**
#What should you do now:-#
You have a number of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:-
- **Check On The Cache:-** Visit the cache and repair and/or replace or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) indicating the cache has been checked and [**ENABLE your cache**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ). Then sit back and wait for the logs of praise to roll in.
- **Place A Write Note Log::-** Reviewers don't have a crystal ball, so without your note on the cache page explaining that the site works are on-going, or you have been in hospital, or the area is in flood, they can't tell what is going on with the cache.
So please just post a note to the page (within 14 days) and when a Reviewer next looks at the listing, all will be fine for a little bit longer.
**Be sure to indicate the actual date that you expect to have it fixed so that everyone knows you are on top of it. If you have a long term unavailable cache (where you don't have an actual date) please ensure you visit the page and post a note every 4 to 6 weeks, so as to keep everyone up to speed.**
- **Adopt/Archive:-** If you don't plan on fixing it then you could consider passing it on to another geocacher by asking them to [**Adopt it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=54) or alternatively, you need to [**Archive it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56), so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.
You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of those. Well, if nothing happens, then a few weeks from today, when a Reviewer next looks at the cache page, it is likely that they will, unfortunately, have to de-list (Archive) on the basis that it has been abandoned.
Honestly, I'd rather you decide so please do something before then. Please don't send me an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.
**JUST A TIP:-** Have you checked out the new Geocaching Dash Board designed to assist a Cache Owner in managing the caches they own? Have a read about it [**HERE.**](https://www.geocaching.com/blog/2020/07/welcome-to-the-cache-owner-dashboard/?newsletter=PM) You will find your very own dash board [**HERE**](https://www.geocaching.com/play/owner?utm_source=geocaching&utm_medium=blog&utm_campaign=COD).
Thanks for your cooperation,

Paused my run to find this one, and it was another quick find here.
Pretty sure it wasn't anywhere near as obvious last time, pretty sure I looked in exactly the same spot before giving up.
Thanks for the cache. Continued on down the road from here to the George Bass coastal walk.

Found with icw. The buffalo grass (an exotic weed) has overgrown everything on the roadside. I found the cache by chance when I investigated what I thought was an old beer bottle. We rehid the container where it should be easier to find. Tftc.
Suscoe was heading homeward this morning. We had a few hours up our sleeves to fill in with some cache searching and finding.
The weather was cool with a good bit of sun and some showers coming straight in from the south but thankfully they were scattered.
We enjoyed this morning full of caches and the countryside from San Remo to Corinella.
Thanks to Wal-len for this placement. A nice way to start the day.

Trickier than expected but great hide, think co ords a little off, enjoyed this TFTC!!!
Since the regional Victoria Covid restrictions have lifted we have been spending time each week getting out and about in Gippsland and collecting geo caches again. Once again we have paired up with Rebel Acts, so we will be signing most of the logs “RASP”. Today we have moved down to the area around Wonthaggi and San Reno to hopefully change all the green markers into smilie yellow faces. We have been blessed by the weather today despite the possibility of rain, and have had blue sunny skies most of the day. What better place to be than at the beach when it’s like this!
Very overgrown with grass and prickles

The weather was looking good , with restrictions lifted in regional Vic I once again teamed up with SKI Pair armed with My mask and Sanitizer, We had a great day exploring the Bass Coast region, starting at Wonthagi, heading along the coast to San Remo and then to Corinella before heading back over the hills to Warragul. There were quite a few challenging and novel hides in the area. this is one of the caches we found today.
Thanks Wal-len for the cache.
Some logs were signed as RASP today.

Gps had me searching in the wrong spot at first so found it by widening the search. Fun find tftc
Due to the new Covid 19 restrictions Geo Caching is not a reason to be out so I am disabling my caches until safe to enable again.
Please stay home and be Safe.

Great hide. It was is long grass but it was great. Tftc. Really enjoyed finding this one.
Barely had a look because it’s just too snaky at this time of the year but will come back.
Out caching with Day1976, this one was on the way to some others, so it was a quick stop and grab, and on to more!
A reasonably nice day out with Ilukaperi, weather was mostly sunshine and the caches were good.
We were driving past this one on our way to others, so we thought "Why not"

With the Mystery at the Museum in progress there was no time like the present to be out picking up a few caches. Found with tim_amy on a night caching run to Phillip Island. A nice quick find.

This was a great find on a rainy day. Able to jump off and find it without getting wet.
We are having a holiday in Phillip Island this week. Being the Queen's Birthday Long Weekend, coupled with some lovely weather, made it very busy, with muggles out everywhere you went. There were many people walking and riding along the trails today.
Stopped off here to make this find. It took a bit of a search, as the grass was very long and had to check the bases of a number of things before making the find.
Thanks Wal-len for all the effort of placing the cache for us to find and doing the maintenance to keep it in play

21/01/2019 - 8.01pm -- No. 1010 - 1st of 4 finds for the evening.
Headed out with Non-Geo Son who had some gaming he wanted to continue with in the San Remo area. We needed to head along this road to get to where he needed to be but I managed to get him to stop at this one on the way past. No muggles or wriggling sticks were seen or heard, I like that a lot as the long grass made me a bit concerned!.
Found, signed log & returned as found. Thanks for the cache

After a coffee in San Remo, we had a few caches to find and little bit of exploring to do on the Island, then it was time to head home but we needed a little more exploring! Deciding to head to the cliff-face, we found this one on the way. Thanks for the cache Wal-len.

Checked the base of everything as my reading for GZ was a bit off but eventually found it. Tftc fun times in the long grass and even sited a baby fox !
I was running out of time so I drove on to this left turn and parked on the corner. First I went up to this cache. Such long grass so finding the cache took a few minutes as I checked the base of everything.

We were looking for a place to enjoy a wintery walk today and decided to return to Phillip Island and George Bass Walk. Today was a perfect day to enjoy the walking tracks before the weather heats up. This was a quick drive by on our way to the GB walk. Thanks for the cache.
Great to be out and about on this lovely winters day with Oz Hockey Chick. The game plan to ride along here to the around about way up the road. Thanks heaps for placing this fabulous series

I was heading south down the highway today on a particular mission to fill a spot on my Ausmer/Jasmer grid. Having made a couple of finds down on the coastal trail I spotted that I could stop at the north end of Punch Bowl Road and try out three caches close together here. I had done a few along the bike path previously and thought it a good opportunity to look for these. I stopped by here but made hard work of this one. Tried a number of different spots with my GPS being of limited help at times. Buoyed by reading of some recent finds I kept at it and was pleased to spot it in the end. Took nothing, left nothing, signed log and visited some trackables. Thanks for the cache Wal-len.

Decided to tackle a section of the Walk Path series today, on foot
Was pleased with the variety of hides. Most were quite easily found due to accurate co-ords. Unfortunately some logs were found wet and some logs quite full
Loved the pathway and the views. Look forward to returning to complete the series including the odd DNF
Many thanx to Wal-len

Heading to the Island for a weekend break, we detoured on and off the main drag rather than taking the boring direct route. In doing so we came across many fine sights, properties and geocaches. Nice little drive by that tried to hide from us but was soon in hand. TNLNSL. TFTC. KKams
T ft c. Found in the long long stuff. Ssssssnakes alive. With tb142 and kezza 1211
Knee high grass and a rustle in the bushes = no chance in hell. Thanks anyway. Maybe a winter cache
Left hooked into this road and headed to the lookout.
Stopped off on our return as felt safer parked across the road.
Felt like I had been punched all around the squared circle.
Bounced off the ropes, dripping with sweat by the third round (or perhaps that was because it was raining fairly hard by now, (raincoat? ain't nobody got time for that!) wish I was wearing thongs, grass seed collection in my runners and socks.
OW! Not sure if that was a bullant or a leech! A bit close for comfort on the inner thigh. [:/] Maybe shorts weren't the appropriate attire here.
Cache finally located in the knee high grass. Geotrail you say, good luck following that now.
Thanks for the adventure Wal-len.

Well that was funny, not sure if it was like watching the Keystone Cops or an episode of Benny Hill. lol
Rod is drenched by now, I will stay dry in the geoprado with the mutts and take photos for everyone's enjoyment.
Thanks for the side show Wal-len. Much appreciated.

I was out and about with Biggles Bear down Kilcunda way on our monthly caching adventure. We skipped ahead skipping 9 in this series, heading back to the coast. That gives us more to do next time we're down this way. Found without any trouble.
My thanks to Wal-len for the cache.

A quick drive by - a bit further afield than my phone's gps thought but right where the clue suggested. Thankfully the grass had been cut recently. TFTC.
Found with omegaman1971 while making the most of some fine weather and a easy walk to grab a few caches along the trail before heading for home. Managed a quick find with this one, TFTC Wal-len.

It was great to get out for a walk after a day of park and grabs.
Can't wait to get back and do some more of this series.

After spending the day cycling the Bass Rail Trail I decided to wrap things up with a bit of a walk along the path here this evening. I ended up looking for most of them in the dark, which was a help with some and a slight hinderance with others. Cheers and TFTC
Our second DNF today. Lots of places it could be and lots of very high grass all around. Eventually had to give up.
Light failing and too many possibilities. Maybe another time.
Sorry about the delayed log.

Found by Mary & David at 1614. Here we are filling in time between Events. Glad of some shade, and to leave PI before it sinks under the weight of the crazy January traffic. Great views. Our thanks to Wal-len.
With life getting in the way of caching recently, today was a good day to get out and head south for a mind clearing day away from it all. In the company of abl973 we had some excellent walks around areas and trails that we hadn't visited before. The rains have ensured that it is nice and green here. We took different spots and the hide soon revealed itself.
Thanks for the cache.

Found during our super fun roadtrip to Phillip Island with my Team Clarmensma family - becca85, GemmaSistema, neisha07, Adam & Lukey. We found lots of caches and saw lots of different animals- including a penguin in the wild! TFTC!
School holiday time once again which means Team Clarmensma is formed (myself+GemmaSistema+neisha07+boo09+Adam+Luke) and one lucky destination gets to host us.
This time it was Phillip Island and decided to make a 3 day road-trip of it.
The weather treated us fairly well and we enjoyed the many beautiful views and landscapes that we were taken to before caching our way home on day 3. TFTC!
