Because of the pandemic, many caches became
unmanageable in the time
needed to race out to them and I have not been able to
justify the time to keep this cache going.
I know you may be sad that this cache,
like many of it’s partners is going, but
sometimes it is an old cache that makes way for a new one.
Until next we meet on the caching trail, have an
extra special time caching. KD.

Finally able to travel more than 15km so Spiffy- and I did just that with geokids and my partner... who spotted several today.
Made short work of this one.
Thanks to kangadrew72 for the placement and fun.

Found at 1:33 pm.
Ah, it was so nice to be out of lockdown partly and be able to go more than 15km from home. So Fleabag and our 2 smallest geokids headed over this way for a couple of hours entertainment and cache finding along with a bakery stop-off of course. Found everything we looked for with a long search at one place but at no DNF's today which made it even better.
By the time Fleabag had jumped out and I had turned the car around he was already signing the log.
Thanks kangadrew72 for the cache, the adventure, the hunt and the fun.

With the forecast showing rain later in the day, we were looking for a spot that was:
- Just outside 5ks ️
- Cache ️
- Playground ️
- Short walk to other caches ️
So we started in Allison Court, with a cache and a play on the playground, before a circuit that included three caches. This was the third. We had not factored in the hills, which led to some great exercise.
What a story re the bushfires. Scary! We found this one looking quite exposed. Added some camo.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache kangadrew72.

TFTC. One the way to collect daughter from EHS and needed to continue our streak. We looked at the house up the hill when we were looking for a home. We ended up in Research.
My nieces first cache adventure ! Thank you for this fun find, they loved the bracelet, and left some stickers and notepaper behind
Nice cycle down a street not seen before - log quite damp, but still able to sign. Left some swaps
So what else to do on a drizzly day in Melbourne than walk some kilometers looking for caches.
Very straightforward find and agree that the log is a little damp. That said, not too bad considering the rain of the last day or so.

Found it very easily! Needs a replacement pad as this one is damp and pages are wet. Smells like it’s been enclosed for 15 years
Easy find. Nice big container always makes it easy. Could smell smoke which added some atmosphere.
Good spot. Contents of cache a little damp.
Thanks for the story about the firefighters too.

Quick easy find for the 3, 2, 1 challenge. Also dropped off a travel bug. Thanks for more local history knowledge - great to keep learning more about the area. RIP William, George and John.
Yay the kids love the treasure hunt. Great story of Eltham history! Thanks for sharing!
Found @14:25. Nice quick park and grab in the rain with an interesting read to go along with it. The cache was empty but for the log book so I loaded it up with some swag. TFTC!
Nice straight forward hide with the grandkids today. Your description story was very sad and not that long ago really.

This fire season is finally over, and this area escaped this time. I’ve never been close to a fire and hope that continues, but I admire those who do fight fires. Thanks kangadrew for this memorial
No. 9 For the day !! .. Found with Melbmatt50 !! .. "Do the HAPPY DANCE !!" SL, TFTC !!
I am not sure which entertained OHC more, the muggle walking her doggle or Mrs Papi going down the rabbit hole. Well not quite, but OHC did compare them. Thanks for the cache.

Parked nearby and waited for a muggle and doggle to walk past before hopping out to find the cache. Visions of Alice in Wonderland as Mrs Papi4506 nearly fell in.
Cheers kangadrew72

As I live nearby it was criminal that I hadn't looked for this cache yet. My phone had me miles off, I would have been in trouble without the hint, but in the end was a quick in n out. Now for the walk back up the hill!
