Day 55 of our 366 day straight challenge.
I was saving this cache for a rainy day as I could park next to it. As it wasn't raining when I arrived at the area I tried for another cache close by, but as time was running out and I was beginning to be late for work I abandoned that one and came here. Very quick find here, only a guardian daddy-long-legs (that i could see!). Unfortunately I forgot a pen so I have attached a photo of the log for proof. TFTC Georuins.

As this is in a suburban area, we have had some concerned neighbours reporting suspicious behaviour. As it has been there for a while, most locals have probably visitied already, so methinks time for a rest...
After three DNF's in a row, it was great to ease the pain with this one. All's in good nick here and thanks for taking the time and making the effort for us all.
The park is great. The hollow is too. Webs are here but their owners were not.
So pleased to see that there was nothing sleeping in the hollow this morning. Yes, that is a surprising dark hole. Great hide. TFTC GeoRuins
Located the cache quickly, but was wary of the resting place of the cache, we do not have poisonous spiders or snakes in Belfast !!

Got a phone call early this morning from geobuddy marke8183 asking if I wanted to go caching - silly question to be asking me now isn't it? Of course I wanted to go caching - what better to do on a beautiful autumn day than go out and grab some smileys!
Headed northwards towards the big smoke with no set plans, but after starting our day at a nearby cache, this one was spotted this one and headed here for our next find. No problems finding this one as the neighbour over the road directed us straight to it as soon as we got out of the car. Thanks for the hunt and the smiley GeoRuins

First geocache I found. Only heard of this whole thing 3 days ago. Loving everything about it.
I love public holidays! This afternoon was another opportunity to head out caching for a few hours, and I picked up where I left in Lynwood a few days ago. I was happy to find about 20 caches in 3.5 hours, with 3 DNFs along the way.
A quick and easy find for me this afternoon and luckily no one was around.
Thanks for the cache GeoRuins!

What a amazingly cool spot. Out night caching so had to fight off a few spiders. SL took a heart eraser, added a message in a bottle and my signature moustache. TFTC
Found it on my early morning bike ride. It was a cool morning and I was wearing gloves so I had no qualms about sticking my hand in, but I shone my headlight in first - just in case. There was nobody about in the street this morning so it was a quick find and sign and I was on my way again. Thanks for the cache GeoRuins. I took nothing and left nothing.
Assumed it was in the small park on arrival but quickly got oriented and retrieved the cache. TNLN TFTC GeoRuins.
We parked within a couple of meters of GZ here, and noticed the likely hiding spot straight away . After checking around for muggly eyes, i quickly nabbed the container before anything untoward could latch on to me arm .
I added our name to the logbook, and added a TB before rehiding the cache in the 'spooky' hollow!

This was my first geocaching find as it is in my street. However, when I changed my email address, this log disappeared from my list. Beware of muggles. Not as easy as you think.
My 200th find! Out geocaching with the geowife who said "I ain't putting my hand in there! " Lol tftf
Kids and I were arguing over who was going to get this one!!!! Youngest was the brave one! Awesome cache thanks heaps!
I dropped by this cache today while I had a bit of time between barbecues and had a quick find. I was actually hoping something would bite me so I could write a cool log but alas, no such luck, haha. The cache was open and the contents were spilling out, so I put everything back inside and closed it properly after I signed the log then returned the cache to its great hidey hole. Thanks for the nice cache. Cheers and Merry Xmas.
When I got to GZ I must admit I wasn't expecting the cache to be located quite where it was.
Managed to retrieve the cache and replace it without being seen (I think)

I'm not from SOR so enjoyed discovering new places. My first cache since my brother from the East Coast got me started last week. I didn't have a pen on me to log. Here's my pic. Great spot BTW TFTC
This on surprised me, interesting hidey hole.
Thanks GeoRuins for the cache.
Thanks GeoRuins for the cache.
My husband and I celebrated his 49th bday by doing our first geochaching adventure. We are hooked! We bought a thorny rose stem with us just in case we encountered spiders and other creepy crawlies.
After the granddaughter had been picked up by her mum the Better Half and I went out to find a cache and decided this was the closest one that we could find today.
Had no trouble finding it once at GZ but the Better Half refused to put her hand in there so I had to. Log signed and the cache returned.
Thanks GeoRuins for the cache.

Out and about on a caching run with OOH YEH and Skippy46 grabbing the odd ones here and there with plenty of laughs along with way, it's like being on an outing with a 'old' married couple
As this one didn't take any thought of where it was I offered to do the deed and walked the few steps to grab the cache and take it back to the car to sign
What a lovely little sleepy hollow, great place for a cache

Out and about with OOH YEH & Dimor today to find some more smily faces.
Came back home with 23 finds and no DNFs.......
This was a quick drive by in a perfect hollow in the tree.

Originally logged under family name, clan-wallace, now relogging under my new caching name.
We parked right next to the cache & decided that as Geohubby was having a such a good run he could be the 'brave one' & risk life & limb to retrieve the cache. He did an admirable job returning to the car with the prize & all limbs & digits in tact. TFTC
One look at this one and I decided it was definitely one for the menfolk, I chose to be the official paparazzi in case a bravery award needed verification
A blank in my calendar today so headed out to grab a couple of new caches close to home that I have been saving for just such an occasion. I hear on the grapevine that there may be some more in the works as well.
Parked up near GZ here and saw a likely hidey hole from the car. A nice quick park and grab, just the way I like them.
GeoRuins I found your cache at 3:54pm, this was the 1st of 2 finds for me today and brings my total find count to 2080. The cache was in good order and I replaced it as found.

Arrived and headed straight to the park..... not here. Went the back way to the cache object and found a very scary potential hide. Bravely inserted hand...nothing . Got torch....nothing. Went back to car to head off to appointment... Wait a minute. Somewhere else to check....... Bingo! Took TB and dropped it off in Thornlie. TFTC!

Saw this one published very close to home. Jumped in the car and *FTF* at 7.25pm. Met sqwash and had a nice chat about all thing caching . Nice hide, TFTC
Rocked up first walked into the park and realised its not there. Walked back to the car for my phone to check coordinates and another couple walked up obviously cachers. Saying hello they walked over to Point 0 and grabbed it. I should've trusted my GPS coordinates. So 3rd to find here great hidey spot. TFTC
Highlight was catching up with the rather new cachers and discussing local GCs.
