I am regretfully archiving this cache since unfortunately there has been no action to restore it, or any communication from the cache owner, mattmason1, requesting additional time.
An ample opportunity has been provided for the Cache Owner to respond, but since this opportunity has been ignored, I can only conclude that the cache has been abandoned.
Caches archived under these circumstances are unable to be Unarchived, and this location is now available for the placement of a new cache, by somebody else.

###Cache Maintenance Visit Required please.###
This geocache has been brought to my attention as needing an Owner Maintenance visit, as the logs indicate that it is most likely missing, or else some other problem exists with the cache. See the [GCHQ Health Score](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=713) process.
I agree that it certainly seems necessary to have it checked by the Cache Owner.
The cache owner needs to:
* Take action to restore the cache or address issues such as correcting the D/T rating.
* Re-enable the cache by posting an Enable log
* Post an Owner Maintenance log to advise what has been done and to clear any Needs Maintenance attribute which is present.
Otherwise :
* Post a Note Log to request more time if necessary or provide other information..
**Do not use an Owner Maintenance log for this. That is for use only **when you actually do something to repair the cache**.
Alternatively:
* Archive the cache, and remove any remaining geo-litter from the site.
In the meantime, I've temporarily disabled the cache page to await owner action by mattmason1 and to take it off the playing board to prevent further geocaching community inconvenience.

Stopped off on the way to the airport really only one place it coul be and I would say it has been muggled.

On the way home from work after a late meeting. Made a quick stop on the verge to collect this cache. A very big roundabout with thousands of cars going around every day.thanks for maintaining this cache.

In Perth for a few days and sneaking in some time to grab a few caches with clues for Mystery at the Museum.

Fairly quiet at the intersection early on Saturday morning. Thanks for the cache.
Finding a few caches in the area, this was another one found on our journey... Jase made the quick find here

It's been a long day! [|)] Spent around 10 hours out on the bike, grabbing caches. Took the train to Stirling and then went through Tuart Hill, Joondanna, Yokine, Dianella and Inglewood before 'running express' back to Perth Underground Station to jump back on the Mandurah Line home. Got a little bit sunburnt, and had limited success at stages throughout the day... However, I still managed to end the day with 29 finds and 7 DNFs - the majority of those being at missing caches.
Quick pit stop here before returning Southwards on my caching run. Cheers mattmason1!
