I am regretfully archiving this cache since there's been no response from nor action by the cache owner within the time frame requested in a prior reviewer note.
Went to find this one today…. Looks like it will be out of action till April while the cricket on. Area all baracaded off unfortunately
Glad to know someone else finds cricket boring! That white picket fence is tiny!
I’m not normally here for the geocaching, but being here today at the start of summer looking at the pitch and field preparations, I’m reminded of just how much I love cricket. Cricket, summer of ‘21/‘22, bring it on!!
Filling in time before my flight; I've heard this place mentioned many times on Cricket commentaries but haven't visited before.
Thanks for this cache, Philip.Perry - a few people around but nobody close to me.

Oh, from the photo in the log comments we're pretty sure this cache has been muggled, we found the tape on the ground near where the cache should be. Sorry to find, but not find
Got eeem! Had previously had a quick look but there was FAR too many muggles. A sunday evening is a lot quieter and makes for a quicker find
Was almost going to give up. On the way back from toilet saw something else that might hold the cache. A bit more low down sleuthing and boom. Got it.
Definitely one to hunt for when park is quiet!

Taking surety to find some caches today.
Geosence made this a quick(ish) park and grab. TFTC. Also found a long lost tennis ball in bush, woot treasure!

First time at the oval nice stop
Taught me I need to do some more push ups tho!!

Good hiding place. Left some treasure for the next geocasher to finance their retirement.
I've watched many games here, supporting the 'Knights', although it's been a while and the grounds developed nicely.
Luckily from a geo caching point of view there was no game on today so very few muggles about.
No problems making the find here. Thanks for setting this up.

What a nice place to sit and watch. The park was open and in a sunny day you can’t help but admire the grass and the way it’s cut. Great easy find. Thanks!
A lovely sunny and very peaceful afternoon for checking our own back yard for no particular reason, if you're watching.... We have looked around this spot long ago, but there was way too much activity so we left it for... TODAY. Today we had the place to ourselves as the cricket was being played in Wntn and the Black Caps were winning against India. All very good. Cache is all fine and happy and so are we. Took TB. TFTC [PS. The Black Caps have now won the series].
Quick find on a walk from our cruise ship with our geocaching friend Rechmire.
Greetings from uk. Left a Tb time to move him on , beautiful spot to leave him in.

On day 41 of our cruise we visited Tauranga New Zealand.
Together with my geocaching friends the Seelanders we made a lovely walk in the surroundings.
Most of the caches were quickly found.

This was our 2nd attempt to find this cache as it was blocked off for some important limited access international event lol. So, today thankfully with no security muggles and temporary barriers to watch/block our every move, we managed to quickly find and sign before we were "caught behind" by the teenage cricket practice muggles. Easy find after a somewhat long nice walk. Saw lots of joggers and folks walking their cute dogs. I miss my dog, Kia. Too bad she can’t travel on the cruise with me. Thanks so much for placing and maintaining this cache. It is in great condition. Aloha from Hawaii.
OMG so happy this is a smiley, feels like we've been here so many times but I think its only our third. Found it straight away....was it always this easy? Glad to have this ticked off the to do list, thanks
Down from Whangarei to do a few days caching in Tauranga and trying to pick up as many of the solved puzzles as possible from my list. The weather today wasn't promising to be that good, with very blustery winds and the possibility of rain arriving, so I tried to get on the road as early as possible to get the maximum time in before the worse weather hit.
After finding a puzzle cache nearby, stopped off to look for this one. When I first parked in the carpark, I realised that the cache was not where I expected, so headed in the other direction and soon turned up what I was looking for. Signed the log and then replaced safe and secure as found. TFTC

Great day out around Tauranga/The Mount, seeing where caching takes us. The weather was really changeable, so we equipped ourselves with suitable layers and a sense of humour, sufficient supplies of food and water, and geocaches loaded onto the GPS. We found some really cool caches between the patches of rain. TFTC!!
Spending time with family but they have to work today so we will play. Our second cache here, a well-spotted hiding place. TFTC .
Nice easy find on a great night out. This looks like a great facility and no muggles about. TFTH
Great find for the boys now that it’s back in the right spot, last time we saw it on the roof
