Going to archive this one and move it to a new spot, I have replaced it twice and it has been muggled before I could put it back online so time for it to go. Thank you to everyone who found it and favourited it.
There has been work being done nearby so was unable to replace it. Will look at it tomorrow.
Seems to be a lot of farming activity around this area at the moment think I will keep it in the boot of the car for a little while longer.
This is our second attempt at this one as last time there was a dog guarding the territory! Was an easy find and sign today keeping the kids happy once again TFTC!!
Someone had dismantled this cache so we fixed it up! Good easy find and fun puzzle.
I found lots of caches on a roadtrip holiday up to Byron Bay. Over the course of the week, I targeted a variety of caches that worked towards different statistic-based goals. Thanks to all the Cache Owners for their contributions to this fantastic recreational activity.
I'm always very impressed with gadget caches - This one was great. Thanks!

I decided that when the COVID restrictions ease we must do a road trip. Bev50 and NikkiRB are my constant caching companions so when I mentioned it to them on Facebook we got a ring in pop up wanting to come. None other than LizBeth1998.
Between LizBeth and I we sorted out where we were going to go and then with the help of GSAK LizBeth plotted the route. 58 GC caches and then we added a couple of GA's to top it off.
We were on a mission - Nikki got her #100, Bev50 was on her way to fulfilling #200, I wanted to achieve #300 and LizBeth was going to get her #500. Well 3 outta 4 aint bad, darkness beat Bev to getting her #200 by 10 caches but that is ok because we will be out and about as soon as the border opens.
Another clever cache container. Its a shame it wasn't working properly due to a missing cap

Caching in Lismore and surrounds today with GayeNT, NikkiRB and Bev50. Left Tweed Heads at 8:30am to start caching by 9:30am, finished caching for the day at 5:30pm.
We had an aim for 55 or more finds today. This was the 3rd find of 51 (plus 2 GCA caches) caches we looked for. We ended up with 6 DNFs and 45 finds (2 GCA finds) which was an amazing effort!
I'd also found this one previously back in 2017. But it was a must do with the girls!
Unfortunately the whole container was all on the ground and a lid is missing. With no log in the container i went to my maintenance bag and got a fresh log and zip lock bag to add. I reset the cache to how it is suppose to be (minus a lid) and we went on our way!
TFTC Griffo and DiamonJs for adopting and maintaining this cache!

This one is disabled until I can put it where it belongs, I couldn’t today because of a Muggle being under it for at least one
hour that I was nearby.

Back in Australia visiting seemyshell, he took me to some fun caches this morning before it got super hot. Very creative, thanks for the fun!
Cache has been vandalised broken from its mounts and parts thrown on the ground.
Signed log and made good the very interesting cache. Placed in fork of tree

This cache was easily located by Mr T but it was Mrs T who went to work in opening it as she had seen this type of cache on YouTube and was delighted to meet one in person. This is a great cache. We deduced that this is the way the first ‘engineered’ New Zealand cache Sanctury 2 (GC20YDP) in Hawkes Bay mechanism works, but on a larger scale. We recommend that cache when you’re in NZ. Hats off to the late Griffin for this cache.
Found while on a geocaching holiday with tmann421.
Enjoyed the trip around and all the great hides.
Stamped TM/WW NZ, or if in pen our full names

On the way back to Brisbane I decided to pick up a smiley. Glad I picked this one . love it. Thanks for placing this cache here for us to enjoy
I mistakenly went to this one thinking it was PVC no. 6.
Cool contraption and location.

After a sad farewell to a great hiking buddy and a very good friend. A group of us were out targeting some of Griffo’s caches. It was a tribute day to him and this cache was one of the ones on the list to target. Some fun getting to this one and log was signed. Cache replaced as found and we were off to discover more of Griffo’s caches. All fantastic caches and a real pleasure to find.

Not all days are good. But there is good in every day. And any day in the presence of Griffo had a lot of good in it. Today we said goodbye to a mate, a gentleman and a fellow geocacher. A huge number from our cohort of adventurers gathered today to pay respects, reflect on good times, share memories and begin making some more with Paul in mind.
What other way to pay a little more respect than by having some fun as a group, allowed by Griffo's invention and generosity. In the early afternoon, after the wake a group of us agreed to go find some Griffo hides. Two cars were stuffed with myself, KbreeAhh, Stairman1, Slow Puncture x2, Radnoski and Fangsoki. I had made a rough list of available hides before leaving home, and we we headed from Ballina towards Lismore, this being our third stop and the start of a little chunk of Griffo hides. Such density makes for easy planning!
I happened to spot this one on approach. The phone app is terrible at turn by turn navigation, but it's alright at close range, showing me which direction to look. There was then a mad group dash to GZ. Being the longest and the potentially most casually dressed, I got there first.
There is a beauty to simple ideas implemented well that show creativity and definitely something different. A few watched on as the container was explored and the inner container revealed. There followed much playing around with it and the contraption within. And of course plenty of photos were taken during the time. Then it was all signed, reset and rehidden as found by 14:15.
And this is why finding Griffo geocaches makes your day better. Genuinely enjoyable and of course, shared with mates. I loved this one. Thanks for the experience, Griffo

After attending Griffo's funeral nearby, I expressed a desire to grab some of his caches and the others agreed.
Our little team consisted of KbreeAHH, Captain Terror, Radnoski, Stairman1, Slow Puncture, and myself.
I parked up but Captain Terror pointed out the cache he could spot in the distance. So I rearranged my parking and well all approached GZ. Captain Terror sorted what was what and soon had access to the cache. The "tiny Buddha" amused him more than anything We signed the log and re-hid the container as found.
Another quality Griffo cache. TFTC and Vale Griffo

Friday. A group of us were out targeting some of Griffo’s caches. It was a tribute day to him and the caches he’s placed in this area. We had no trouble spotting this cache after our mad car dashing to get to this area. What a great cache! I love these sorts where they are simple and yet so much fun. I think Captain Terror was having the most fun and seemed to play with this one for ages Lots of pics taken and log was duly signed and replaced for next cache. Definitely giving a FP to this cache!
This was the 3rd of 9 caches found on today's trip.
Thanks ***Griffo***, for showing us this place.

Thanks Griffo. Loved this PVC series. Made our visit to Alstonville so much more enjoyable. Felt I was competing in the Amazing race but better because nobody was watching to see how long we took. TFTC
Heading to Lismore to spend a few weeks caring for some rescue animals & thought we best grab a few caches on the way as we'll be 'out of the loop' for a while.
Another cool cache.
This time it was Mrs VC who was quick to spot it.
Mr VC did the retrieval & it was most impressive, the cache that is, not the retrieval! LOL …
Made our mark & replaced as found.
We are quite fond of these 'gadget' caches.
So much more interesting than an eclipse tin under a rock.
TFTC Griffo
Another favourite for the ingenuity & construction.

Came into town very briefly with a view to grab a few fun ones - set the Cachly filter to anything better than 15 FPs and here we are!

Out caching with NoTomorrow, and hitting some high favorited caches. Lucky I have a few favorites up my sleeve to give out....
One good thing about watching YouTube Geocaching videos, you get to see cool gadgets.
This was one of those I’ve seen in the past. (Dressed as a fire hydrant)
Cheers

Out on an afternoon of geocaching with Seemyshell finding a bunch of caches with high favourite points for the Cache Carnival souvenirs. This was our first stop.
It was pouring rain so we both frantically looked around where we thought GZ was. Is left my phone in the car so it wouldn't get wet so I wasn't sure where GZ was. I widened my search and had it in hand within 1 minute of doing such. We jumped back in the car out of the rain to do the log book retrieval and signing.
All is in good order.
Fave point from me.

Light rain and the afternoon traffic peak meant we were off the road a bit early. This meant i had time to cache. I targeted high favorite point caches with the cache carnival promotion on at the moment. TFTC

Our first of these today and after opening and closing and opening again we had the right sequence to get the container and then I was too smart closing and realised that that bit needed to be open. But all good in the end.

Another clever cache. Found with Dutchie1950 on a great caching day with our wonderful tour guide for the day, DIamonJs. Loving the beautiful area. Tftc
# 2027 - On a little trip in my motorhome with friend Triciac2 in tandem we are visiting geo-friend DiamonJS (occasionally the CO of some of the caches we find ). This lovely CO has taken us out for two lovely geocaching days including some sightseeing in this great part of the world.
Clever cache. Needed bit of manipulation, but log signed alright.

With our basecamp at the Alstonville showgrounds we headed out to get some caches. A nice selection of hides and styles kept us on our toes. This was one of the caches we targetted and found. Thankyou Griffo for placement of this cache and adding to our enjoyment of the area New log scroll added.
Great cache - loved the camo. An interesting container. Signed log and took TB. Log book is full. TFTC.
First find of 2019 and first visit of the year for this Cache. Another creative one by Griffo!

Thanks Griffo for cache. Couldn't reach from drivers seat tho miss 3.5 didn't would not want to get back in her seat. Couldnot believe while there one car left and one car came down the drive way just behind cache.
Thanks for this one putting it back is nearly harder then getting it out. Thanks for this one
Last one for the lane. Not quite able to reach from the geomobile. After my self inflicted woes at the last one I was glad to access this one quickly.
I parked quite close to GZ and a small barking white maltese terrier did not worry me. However, as I stepped out a blue cattle dog joined in, and he was a worry so I retrieved the cache carefully while watching my assailants. Thanks Griffo, anther simple and well crafted container.
Found our first One .... thanks for putting this one almost on our door step .... don’t think they will all be this easy though
Last of the PVC Madness caches for the day. And it didn't disappoint. We found this one easily, and were greeted with some neighborly dogs. We had the cache open and logs signed pretty quickly. The kids were hoping to take one of the friendly cache guardian pooches home. Another awesome cache - thanks Griffo!
Loving those caches what clever! Fav point and got signed and returned same place TFTC
Heading into Lismore for tonights event Targeted a few of Griffo's pvc madness caches.A beautiful day on the far north coast, perfect for caching. 3392 12:11:00 PM Griffo without cachers like you we would have no game. Thank you. TNLN SL Fav on way
Lismore Day 4
Our last day of caching in the area. Staying closer to town today. Todays caches we found were really good some quiet exceptional. I think we laeft the best for last.
All the PVC caches were fantastic, we don't have anything like it at Port Macquarie so I'm giving them all a FP

So bloody clever! Didn't get it from the driver's seat... got it through the passenger windows instead
Today we were out caching again and had a great time and found quite a few.
The PVC Madness series was the highlight of the day. Really brilliantly made cache containers that deserve at least a Fav.
PVC #3 was quickly found, looked at, opened, opened, wondered and laughed.
Thanks for that brilliant work on this cache!

Dropped by after the previous finder advised it had been muggled. All is good. I think they may not have got the field puzzle aspect. Cache had a trackable that I picked up. Log book is good as well.
