Now that I recalled the March flies from my previous visit to this area I put on some insect repellant.
I then headed to GZ. My GPSr was all over the place. It meant I walked through the bush more than I needed.
I found the cache after a short search. It was not strictly in accordance with the hint, but close. While signing the log I was grateful for the repellant, for I managed to attract many of the pesky creatures. They seemed to go for my pants rather that my exposed arms. Even so I rushed the log signing so I could get out of there quicker.
A pleasant day for geocaching and I look forward to searching for more later.

Found on my way to Collie Motorplex to watch Deefa71 race vintage motorbikes. Tftc:)
Enjoyed (and endured) a mountain bike ride around the first 9 caches of this series. Eight quick finds plus a DNF at the old gate which is probably missing. The quarry at the far point was an interesting spot! Aimed to do all 19 of them but our cut across under the power lines just wasn’t rideable without an engine so we returned to the car (and a final find at the Eagles) with our tails between our legs. Thanks for placing this series!
Decided to grab a few caches while heading home from the long weekend to earn the new souvenirs.
Most caches were easy park and grabs.
Thanks Blaze169 for the hide.

Hi there Blaze169 - after the event at the Potters Gorge Campground last night and a good nights sleep (in the warm at the Caravan Park) we started just a little late looking for some spare batteries and a part for the caravan. After that we headed out with some serious caching in mind with difficulty up to 2.0 and terrain up to 4.5 . All in all a great days caching split in the middle with lunch at a local cafe. Thanks to Blaze169 for this cache - our find #5754.
Road tripping & finding a few caches, this was our next target... Not too sure about the hint here, but it got me close enough to make a quick find

Hi there Blaze169.
We found your cache **"#7 Cats"** at 9:25:00 AM today. This was our 5th cache find today & this one brings our total find count to 15254.
Today's cache run started off by Ian nominating a cache some distance away from our camp site. Then we took a route that was mostly determined by the next closest cache according to our GPS. (Which turned out to be a series - very sneaky choice Ian).
We thoroughly enjoyed our trip around the area & ended up finding quite a variety of container types, and sizes hidden along our route, some were where we thought they were, and some we had to search around for a little while. At the end of the day we found 26 caches today & DNF'd 2. Without geocaching as our guide we would never have found so many interesting places on our travels.
Overall, today's cache run was very enjoyable, but please excuse our boilerplate log as we find it really difficult to craft individual logs when we attempt so many caches in a day.
**Coordinate Accuracy:** We found this cache around 2m from where the GPS said we should be looking.
**Cache Condition:** Container and log book are in good shape.
**Took:** Nothing.
**Left:** Smiley Badge.
Thanks for the hunt today,
Regards
Ian & Penny.

TFTC! A HUGE day out caching up a storm with Cravo10 in the lovely south of this great state of ours, namely in the coal mining town of Collie.
We met up in Pinjarra, and grabbed three of the Multi caches in town, a lovely LKA which provided a nice walk around the historic cemetery and another instalment in the well known and highly regarded Zoom in caches. After completing the multi caches we headed down south west highway grabbing the few remaining caches we had on the highway that are either new or we've missed on previous visits.
We made our way along coalfield highway towards the collie township, completing the Footy Teams series as we went. We encountered some neat camo caches, with all caches being nice quick and easy finds, unfortunately a number of the micro type caches have had a tough winter and need new log books due to water and mould. Still a great series and well put together by blaze169.
We then made our way into Collie, with not much to find around town as we've visited twice before and there doesn't seem to be any active cachers in town anymore to publish new caches which is a real shame.
We went around town collecting stuff on the outskirts of town including wet and wild which we managed to grab in the 4wd and the EArth cache which was a nice addition to the area in a very deserving spot.
We found our way back along the highway to pinjarra after amassing 35 odd finds and a solid days effort, can't wait to come back down this way to complete the ready player one series, the snake island t5 cache and the new caches in Harvey which seems to be booming currently. Until next time, thanks to the local COs for their caches.

TFTH spent the day out with Barnzy12 again today as he had planned a trip to Collie and needed a driver again, let's face it I wanted to come along. We met in Pinjarra and made our way out from there. After completing the AFL series we made a few other finds around the place and after a few hours we then headed back to Pinjarra.
Most were found in good condition TNLN.

Out on a day of caching with my mom ooh yeh. On our way home and decided to pick up a few more of this series that we missed last time. Quick find. Tftc
Headed out early with the geodaughter Redlipsandunicorns for a caching run down south. The weather wasn't the best so we didn't manage to pick all the caches up that we were hoping to so it looks like we will be heading south again to finish picking them up. The hubby had solved some puzzle caches last week so we made sure that we got those ones and some other caches along the way. Most caches were found quite quickly with a few that took a bit of searching. TFTC Blaze169
I was down in Collie for the weekend for a mountain bike race, and after practise this afternoon I had some time to come and find a few caches so I thought I would start on the footy series.
This trail is going very well, and I was happy to make another quick find here.
Thanks for the cache Blaze169!

Picked up 2 of the series on Monday in the work vehicle but wanted to come back and complete it so out today picking up the rest. Good quick find TFTC
Down this way today for some caching.
Hubby and I did well with 28 finds and no DNFs.
All caches found easily and no slithering creatures were spotted, thank goodness.
This quick find was #20 for us today.
Thanks for the cache Blaze169

Muggle had the day off work and has a 4WD so I hatched a plan tho I did have to tell him since he was the driver . And thankfully no whinging or whining was heard , think he may have enjoyed himself
Since we had no power at home we left a bit earlier than planned, went and grabbed Rach2 (naturally) and off we headed
I did want to start at #1 Freo first but easier to just follow a more normal route and not zig zag our way around.
Muggle chose the wrong rock but Rach was smart enough to get it right

I was in the area today so decided to out grab this series.
All caches were found with good coords and used the hints a couple of times.
Some of the tins are going to need some attention. With the notebook and plastic bag, in there, the lids aren't clipping down tight and done are getting damp.

Despite the continuous wet weather today, we met up with iluvtrekking at 0830 to attempt the Footy series. Glad to say all were found and we enjoyed the variety of hides and containers. Thank you Blaze169
Thanks for the *FTF* blaze. When looking at unfound caches this morning I was surprised to see this one still unfound. Found second time round with this one. Pleasant drive pleasure to visit this area again.

After attending the CITO event in Bunbury with redlipsandunicorns (and the 2 grandkids) my mission was to tackle the footy caches. wasnt sure how i was going to go in the Toyota aurion but overall i managed most of them. I couldnt get to the last cache at the end of each track as the Aurion couldnt take the deep ruts and pot holes but most caches were found and i really liked your magnetic caches in the bush. I will have to come back down with the 4x4 to get the ones i missed TFTC Blaze169
DNF here but just saw the co-ords were changed by 187 metres. will come back anothertime

Thanks for the hide Blaze169. Nice to get out in the bush and find a few caches. Up turned every rock in a 15mt radius of GZ, looks like the previous searchers have done the same. Was this one hidden before or after the fire?
