### **MAINTENANCE REQUIRED?** ###
This cache has been flagged by Geocaching HQ as one that may need attention. Perhaps it is time for the CO to check on this one please.
I am temporarily disabling it so as to stop it showing up on search lists and to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary.
Your prompt attention to logs that indicates things could be amiss will be greatly appreciated by all geocachers. It is generally accepted that 3 consecutive DNF's is reason enough to check, see here: [Owner is responsible for visits to the physical location,](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#cachemaintenance )
Please respond to this situation by ** 1st October** to prevent the cache from being archived for non-responsiveness. If you require more time, please be sure to post a "Write Note" log (not an email) explaining the situation and how much more time you require.
**And don't forget,** once you have addressed the issue, post both an "Owner Maintenance" log, see here; [Removing the Needs Maintenance Icon](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) and an "Enable Listing" log, see here; [Temporarily Disable and Enable](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ) to get your cache up and running again.

Alas, a DNF from me today. On a puzzle collection afternoon with Jeckleberryandtedd and Charlibear10. We stopped here to hunt for this tricky hide, and looked low and low but could not spot it. Was it hiding in plain sight? Was it right in front of us? Will we find it next time? Let's hope so!! Thanks for the hunt!
Out with TinkerTraveller and my Geokid CharliBear10 for a puzzle collection afternoon. As we were in the area we thought we'd give this a go. Unfortunately, just a few minutes in to our search a lovely red muggle car pulled up on the other side of the road and proceeded to have a long winded kerbside conversation. This made it very difficult to have a detailed search. We will come again another day. Thanks.
Apparently we are the expert georels - but our geo sense deserted us today! We too have to record a DNF and mention that we are not comfortable hanging around outside houses in residential areas where there are lots of windows overlooking the GZ. Maybe we provided some entertainment for the neighbourhood this morning, but in the end we gave up the search along with EbenezerT and headed for Yarra Bend instead. Thanks for taking us for a cruise in The Eyrie Succulents - nice neighbourhood and the dog walkers were friendly also - but not so the deposits their pets left behind!
After 3 visits, including dragging expert georels Harrowang to the spot, STILL couldn't find the %$#@&^% thing!
No luck and even the owner allowing the hide not much fun hanging around outside the house as people drive by and walk past so moving on.
Here in the company of quiet1_au and GJMMelb. We were looking for a few more caches after completing the first 12 in the nearby bike trail series. This was meant to be a drive by ... but finding the cache took longer, as G found it not where we had expected it, and he then had to return to GZ to pick up the keys he had dropped there! TFTC
Well this cache was certainly not quite what I expected... lochb, G' of GJMMelb and I parked a little up the road and walked back to GZ. After a quick search of what seemed to be an "uncomfortable" spot I headed off to check a more typical hiding place - also without luck - when G' spotted the cache - just my luck I had walked right past it on the other side... Back at the cars, G' discovered his keys missing but luckily found them quickly near GZ!
Found with Lochb and Quiet1_au. We were in the area and decided to find this cache. We parked nearby and walked a short distance to GZ. Once there we looked in the normal spots without luck. There were not too many spots were a cache could be placed and eventually I found the cache, hidden in a manner we did not really expect. Thanks Succulents

Found tonight with grumpy gramps whilst out on our Thursday adventure. Of course hoping for double fingers. TFTC
Lovely street. Came over to Eaglemont this beautiful morning to drool over the other half's houses, get some fitness cycling the steep hills and log some finds. Managed the first two very well, the last is problematic. Just been to three other caches to find they've very recently been withdrawn or muggled. I don't think this one has, it probably just needs some lateral thinking which is beyond us. I have enough trouble just thinking inside the box! TFTC anyway.
I thought I'd come for a look while in the area today but could only have a quick look before what seemed like a steady stream of muggles walking past forced us to call of the search.
Thanks Succulents. I'll be back for another look.

Following the three ringed circus of Christmas Dinners that seemed like it would never end, we had a pretty lazy day. I figured a drive around the nearby suburbs to clear a few of the caches within the 10km circle was in order.
This was just around the corner from where I had to collect a few things left behind at a recent Christmas party, so seemed a good target. Another nice easy drive-by grab... very cheeky indeed, Succulents.

Having recently recovered from an eye operation, I was trying to take things easy, but still head out and grab a few caches. I picked this cache up at 2:36pm.
Thanks for the cache Succulents.
Thanks for the cache Succulents.
A lovely Sunday afternoon I headed out with my little boy to do a few caches,
My son actually found this one, as I walked a little further towards another spot,
Thanks succulents [:x]

I'm a bit late logging this cache....well, very late really! I noticed that this cache may have gone, which could be the case being a small bison tube although it wasn't too hard to find with the hint.
Anyway, I had made a donation at the Latrobe Uni Bloodbank today where they told me that I could only do minimal activity after donating so I thought looking for a few caches wouldn't be overdoing it.
I parked nearby and wandered over to GZ. I felt a bit uncomfortable searching a private property's naturestrip despite the CO getting the owner's permission. After a brief search I found the small cache and signed the log at 4:45 pm. TNLN.
Thanks Succulents for the cache and it will be interesting to see if you resurrect it. I enjoyed seeing how the other half live in their expensive, architecturally designed homes.

This took us longer than it should have - we should have trusted our geo-sense rather than the GPS. We were concerned that we were lingering too long and had decided to move on when someone kindly pointed us in the right direction. This was appreciated as we were caching on foot from interstate and it wouldn't have been easy to just come back later. TFTC
I headed out by myself today with Fleabag- being busy again so I just focused on getting a few caches in my 15km zone to hopefully get the count down a little bit.
It was pretty warm today but not too bad and a great range of caches were found. Even a tree climb.
I managed to park right near the cache to block the view from the guy gardening across the road. Thanks to the hint I spotted something in an unusual place for one of them.
Thanks Succulents for the cache, the hunt and the fun.

A quick pick up whilst visiting a nearby house. Had my eye on this one for a while as I'm in the area regularly. Today i finally had the time to stop and collect it. TFTC.
When I had my dnf I was looking in totally the wrong place, after some recent finders mentioned something I began my search elsewhere to my original site. After 1 lap cache was spotted, quickly signed and off I go , thanks for the cache .
Gpsr was jumping all over...phone was spot on! A little search recovered the cache some distance from the footpath. Tftc
This cache was tackled by one of us earlier this month but unsuccessfully (blame the "4"). This time the full team was on the job and after a bit of cross checking to confirm the coords a telltale sign was noticed to reveal the container at 11:57. Unusual but logical. TFTC
A quick diversion through Eaglemont, on my way home from dropping a friend at a city hospital and I was able to find this cache. I have not seen a hide like this before. It gives me something else to think about when searching. Thanks Succulents for this cache.
Spent some time caching around this area on foot after dropping my family at a home nearby. Truly enjoyed the weather, flowers and beautiful homes along this lovely street. Brought up a tinge of envy from within and I did wonder what it would be like living here. When I arrived at GZ, checked that no neighbors were around and began my search. The cache was quickly revealed. Nice micro & after extracting logbook signed & visited some TBs. TFTC Succulents.
Took a minute or two to spot this one as I didn't expect it to be where it was. Can't say that I have actually seen one of these hidden quite like that!
Last time I had attempted this cache I had to abandon the search due to the high volume of muggle activity. Today was a drizzly, grey day so I know that it was a safe bet to have another crack at this cache.
The tradies across the road were still hard at it but I managed to find it quickly this time. A great hide. As I was walking away a car pulled into the drive of the house outside which this cache is hidden. TFTC.

TFTC succulents. A nice hide in a very open spot. 2nd time here. First Time there were far too many muggles about to do a proper search. No problems this time. Jimmytherat.
Found @ 1520hrs.
A clever hide which thankfully didn't take me too long to find. Thanks Succulents.

I had a day off so what better to do than to clear up a few caches. This was my second for the day but unfortunately with all the tradies, walkers, and cars going in and out of the driveways I couldn't search thoroughly. I shall return at a quieter time.
Bit of cache blindness happening I think, distracted by (very) full bladder and many muggles around, including some tradies over the road so couldn't really give this the attention it deserved, will return in the near future!
Oh to have that caching relationship with EuDes herself. Alas, for me it's more of a case of 'do we really have to look for another cache?' That, of course, can put the pressure on for a quick find and induce the dreaded 'caching blindness'. And that is what might well have occurred a bit earlier today when I couldn't find this one for the life of me after we were on the way home from shopping.
Following some housework though, I took off for some Munzee/GCA activity, not to mention another try for this one without the aforementioned pressure. Sure enough, this time I walked straight up to it for our 84th STF and was signing the log at 16:50 wondering how I could possibly have missed it earlier. [8)]
One thing I will say about your caches Succulents, the coordinates for GZ are always pretty spot-on and for that, you are to be commended.
TNLNSL, although our BYO pen geocoin had a visit to mark the occasion. Thanks Succulents.

Just hanging around at home this afternoon trying to decide which butt check to scratch next when my phone goes off. A new cache, and less than 4 kms away. Darcy and I were in the car within a minute.
On the way there Darcy says to me "Dad are we there yet?" I tell her that we just have to drive past KFC first and then we will not be far. She pipes up from the back seat "Dad, we have no time to stop for KFC, there is a first to find to get".
We arrive at the GZ with no one around. we start a search and note that we are being watched. Two little dogs up stairs have their eyes fixed on us. I think to myself that they will not tell anyone so the search continued. Pretty quickly we realized that we were in the wrong spot so widened the search area and found something familiar. I must say that I have never found another cache hidden in this way.
I have to say that normally when I go on the hunt for a FTF I am by myself, but as Darcy is hear this time the excitement is extreme. I pull out the log and slowly start to unroll it, down low so Darcy could see it first. "What's that blue pen on there Daddy" she says and my heart sinks. I take a look at the log and start laughing. The blue pen is where the FTF details go. So that is when Darcy and I started to sing "we got a first to find"
So {FTF} @ 1436 and our 15th to date. Thanks Succulents for the cache.
