Logs
TFTC! I always wondered about the frogs everywhere, but never stopped. Found this one with Harper and Eli.
I was able to return as planned today, and fixed the cache up. Replaced the full and tatty log with a new one on water resistant paper, added a new o-ring to the bison, and finally signed the log! Tip/reminder for future visitors: always fit the log into the smaller half of the cache container first, then put the other half over it.
Found it, but somehow I didn't have a pen!Took a couple of minutes, and I almost decided to change my tactic to start at the far end and work back towards the near side, but I'm glad I didn't do that! The hint wasn't helpful until after I found the cache, though it did confirm I was in the right place once I spotted it.As others have said, the log was mushed into the cache while wet. Surprisingly, it turned out that I did have a pair of tweezers with me, and I was able to get it out. The log is actually perfectly dry now; it's just that it was gripping the container after being squashed in while wet. And there's no o-ring on the cache to help seal it and keep the water out.I'll be back in a couple of weeks and will bring a pen, and I might be able to replace the o-ring too!
Visited it during 28-days geotrip to Australia, N.Caledonia, Vanuatu, Fiji, Am.Samoa, Fr.Polynesia with Marci, Ch. Sometimes we logged as "MT" or "Jonea" or "MTCh". Thanks for showing nice caches and places. MT-Jonea from Brno city in Czechia EU.
DNF for us, not sure it is still there? Looking at past comments and pictures it does look different.
Picking up caches along the way and around Ulladulla for the weekend with frazeydaze.
Took us a while to sort out these frogs. Even heard some real ones in the hollow. TFTC

Caching with oldmorty on our way to Ulladulla.
Quick find by oldmorty as I was looking in the wrong direction.
Thanks to Rock-hopper for the cache.

These places always make me laugh and cry at the same time. A half-hearted attempt to counter ecosystem destruction where most frogs can't exist due to pollution and road noise drowning out mating calls. If only politicians would actually listen to scientists.
Finally got to locate this cache today
Log is so wet u would need tweezers to extract it from its hidy hole...
I took pictures as I didn't have tweezers in the geochronology...
Need to get s bag happening for cache hunting

Found it! Easy to find! But the log inside was soaking wet! Couldn't even get the wad out of the cashe.
I drive past this everyday for work, but never thought of what it actually was. Very cool idea to put a cache here. Geoson13 found it straight away. The log is very soggy. Tftc
okay these frog goes are pretty dam creepy not gonna lie, found the fattest spider i’ve ever seen, he was like something out of a movie easy find tftc
Thought this was going to be very tricky with the plethora of different frogs to hide on, but the hint made it rather way TFTC Rock-Hopper!
Nice cool day for geocaching with skyejam and found it easily. Thanks for leading us here
Aaaahh found this one eventually. Gremlinkid #1 helped me. I started to over think this, looking to Google to give me the answers. Alas, Google did not. Loved visiting here, just watch out for spiders as there are a tonne of them around. Word of warning... don't touch the soft toys as they are breeding grounds for spiders. TFTC and showing us this cool part of greater Nowra.
Fairly easy find in the dark.
A quick stop on our way down to Lake Conjola for the weekend.
TFTC R-h.

Found tyftc. this trip for july school holidays NSW south coast in and around Nowra, where my great uncle Dave lived at Culburra for many years. Find #2063
Cache has been replaced, and despite a bit of landscaping, the co-ords will still get you there.
Sorry, but I'm disabling all my caches while this COVID 19 lockdown is in place. Hopefully we'll all be able to be out and about before to long.
It was a Wednesday - it was not raining, both now free of the shakes of a work desk, we were caches an had our sunglasses on - so off to the coast and some warmer weather for a few finds to push us along on the Mystery at the Museum challenge. It was so nice to take our time and enjoy being down the coast whilst also picking up the caches along the way. Really enjoyed that it was not a rushed visit we had time to appreciate some of spots and caches. The walk in the forest was good and we came across a special frog habitat with sin gage then latter on when on our way back to Canberra stopped at a spot with a lot of frogs attached to a fence and garden with frog ornaments next to what looked like a drainage area. Thanks to geocaching I have found out that this is another area set aside as a habitat for the engaged gold bel frog. Big thank you to geo buddy extraordinaire for all the driving and great company.
Loved this spot and cache. quite a surprise

#5338 23rd for today
Time for a mid-week trip out to the coast to defrost and enjoy the seaside. I was joined, as usual, by my fellow, professional geocacher CBRChic. The forecast wasn't perfect, cloudy & windy, but it turned out to be sunny ,still and warm so no complaints there. We have spent the previous couple of geo adventures accumulating clues and jewels for the "Mystery at the Museum" challenge, it was time to go for the final target of 35 caches to complete the challenge. We could have got there in the one trip, but our policy is to enjoy caching, not to rush it, so we were happy with the results. Only a few more to get now.
A surprising and enjoyable stop. I could not believe the number of "frogs' here.
Thanks Rock-hopper

Thanks for this cache, Rock-hopper, and showing me this interesting location. I wasn’t sure what the hint meant - until I found it !!
On a post-Mega road meander and this cache was on my way. Greetings from Christchurch.

Found after a short search. No need to move anything. My GPS was about six metres off. My sister-in-law who collects frogs would love this place. (Unless she was sad that the frogs have been left out in the sun to fade.) Fun to visit. Worth a favourite point. FTC Rock-hopper.

Decide to head this way for a trip, and do some caches this way, stop here first before head off to others, nice hide TFTC Rock-hopper
Geo kid found it fairly quickly just by admiring all the lovely frog memorabilia. The co-ords were out by 6-9 metres for us.
Very interesting construction as we just assumed it was for water run off drain. Thank you for the conservation lesson. What a great initiative. Couldn’t spot any frogs but saw what we thought were tadpoles swimming near the surface of the water.

Find # 4068
Found with sesblocker and Aries44duo.
We are staying at Berry and decided to come into Nowra and collect a few smilies.
The coords had us searching in the wrong place. We eventually made the find and LOG it.

Very cool area. Parked and had an easy find. Might add tweezers to our swag tho! Lol
We dreamt we would find this quickly. After checking the wrong spot at first our dreams were achieved. Glad to see so many different types of frogs living here. TFTC
