DNF at 4:35 PM.
Gosh - we racked up a lot of DNF's today. Scoured the whole area and couldn't find anything. A regular sized container and a 1.5/1.5 hide and it has been previously been found partially uncovered - I think it is gone!

A big fat DNF for me. I spent some time looking around here - there were no obvious "typical" hiding spots that I could see, so I had to resort to checking everything. If previous logs are correct not only is it not "typical", it is not a 1.5 either. And if people have "added more natural camo" then this one could be a real haystack. Too hard for me today.
After finishing up an appointment with my muggle son I headed over here to grab this one. A nice easy find as this one barely hidden with only a small fallen tree branch covering it. I replaced it and added some more natural camo to conceal it better. TFTC
Thank you for the cache. Even though I live within a few kms of this park I was completely unaware of its existence. That's what I enjoy about this activity; exploring and finding interesting places might not otherwise visit. This was an easy find. It was nearly completely uncovered. Some of the robust weather we've been having may have caused it to be exposed. I made it a little more secure. Still an easy find though.
Cache #2 of my lightning visit to Blackburn. Nearly got clobbered by golfers. Thanks heaps, Cycling_guy!
We found this cache today at 11:10am as number 2 of 6 on our Sunday Lunchtime Cache Jaunt. We parked on the nearby side street and walked in past the football game in progress but we were well far enough away from the action to make the find in peace. Our second cache find in this park having found "Rock Around the World" about 8 years ago in the western side of the park. Our 8,900th find which means that we are 100 finds from being 1,000 finds from 10,000 finds. Thanks from D, HA, H & A B-A.
Second time out looking for this one and this time found it so quickly! GPS was a little off, which threw me last time. Found with Melro9. Tftc
Only took 10 minutes to find! Replaced a tiny bow tie with a smiley face badge! Well hidden!

After looking in all the obvious spots we expanded the search and soon had the log signed.
Cheers for the cache

Another quick find after a short stroll through the park today and the cache was soon found after extending our search area, thanks Cycling guy for the hide.
I like the way this was hidden. It was a little bit away from where the GPS was pointing, tftc
I had just found the nearby TB hotel, and was in the mood for some more Cycling guy cache action. My dog was also hankering for a run around, so she was very thankful for this cache. Initially we walked past the community centre, and there was the peaceful smell of sandalwood incense and some gentle chanting. Then we walked past many corellas (not so peaceful) and finally to this little spot. I too wondered if it was missing as there was a lot of council chopping and painting green of the remaining stumps. I wandered back towards the carpark and saw the cache sticking out a little way from GZ. I took a TB and signed the log. Thanks for the walk and the cache, Cycling guy.
Out with Geoson collecting a few caches. Nice park, I recon the cache is 15-20 south of where gps led us.
Thanks Cycling guy.
Thanks Cycling guy.

Find #7091**
After work and before pub trivia with some friends at the Donny, I had some time to kill, so had a look at the unfounded caches that were sort of on the way. This one took some time considering its size. I almost gave up when reading the previous logs gave me the hint I needed. So after a bit of a grid expansion, I found it.
**Thanks to Cycling_guy for the cache. TNLN**

Found it!! Also has a special tracking code! Look it up and take it if you are heading to QLD soon! Ps. Was 14m from GPS location.
Plenty of people were out and about enjoying the park, playing tennis, kicking the footy, but none were down were we needed to be, thankfully. We didn't find anything at GZ, so upon reading the previous log we headed back until we found the described place. My GPS was saying 11m, the Moose's 16m. Thanks for the hide and bringing us here.
I had to come over Blackburn South way this morning so I decided I would hunt out a cache or two while I was here. After finding another cache nearby, I made my way to Eley Park. It has been about 40 years since I was here last...and the place was unrecognisable.
I set off after the cache and when I got to GZ I thought that the cache may have been missing...the Council has recently been and cut out a lot of the scrubby bushes. Wondering if this was going to be a DNF, I started back to my car...stopping for a last look as I left...and spotted the cache...about 15-20 metres South of the indicated GZ on my GPS.
Thanks Cycling_guy for the cache. If my GPS was being reasonably accurate then your coordinates need to be reviewed. In case anyone is have trouble finding it, I have left it tucked under a log on the ground.

Busy car park as there was some activity in the centre. Fortunately cache was quite a distance away. Cords good and was able to locate the cache as it was a bit visible on approach. Signed log and replaced cache with a bit more camo. TFTC
Had a busy day but wanted to get a cache today otherwise its another 4 year wait! Met Ryanofoz in the carpark and we walked to G.Z. together and then we found the cache. TFTC
Found tonight with grumpy gramps on this warm evening. Doing a bit of a random unplanned geocaching evening. TFTC
Great spot for a cache This one is quite visible from certain angles though. I did my best to conceal it, but in the current location only so much is possible. TFTC!
Nice cache. Missed it somehow on the first pass... Really don't know how tho :s
TFTC!

Suscoe was up very early today to make the most of our final hours in Melbourne.
We had quite a few places to visit and so we were keen as mustard to get going.
Again this morning the drizzle had set in but it was short lived and soon the sun started to pop through some scattered clouds.
The roads were pretty quiet today which we were pleased with.
Suscoe arrived at GZ to find two cachers already there and checking out the cache.
It was a nice opportunity to say hello to a brand new caching team at their first find.
Great to have a chat and to talk about this hobby with you both.
Good luck with your caching.
Thanks to the Cycling guy for placing this cache here.

On my way home from a day of bush walking I passed right by this one. Well couldn't pass by. Parked in the tennis courts that I played at years ago and replayed memories while I did the short walk. Nice easy find, Thanks for the cache Cycling guy. Took TB
First cache and had no idea what to expect. Was a good hunt and thankful no muggles were around because I probably looked quite silly!
Find #2396. Found @ 19:00
I walked to here after parking near the TB hotel and not finding that one. I decided because there were too many muggles about at the TB hotel, to try my luck here.
On approach, I saw some curious muggles in the park, but they were too absorbed in their own activities to worry about a strange man walking about ion the heat. A quick find once at GZ and then I continued on my way.
Took nothing, left nothing, signed log and visited some trackables.
Thanks for the cache Cycling_guy

Another great cache. Found soon after arriving at GZ in a likely spot but still could trick some people. Another cache close to where I grew up brings back great memories TFTC
We came over too the area of where it was and we looked high and low but eventually me and mum found it in a very good hiding place. Once had hidden it again; well good luck finding it!
A quick find on the last day of 2015. Amazing area that needs to be put to some recreational use. TFTC Cycling_guy.
In transit with time to spare so this was a nice find. Thanks for placing a coach in this park.
A quick find underneath the watchful eyes of some evil looking Miner birds. It was a cache'n'dash. TFTC
out with the dog so I thought I'd grab this one. from afar looked like it may be on the other side of the row of houses. but it was still in the park and easily detected, away from prying eyes
Plenty of rubbish to pick up around this cache and the Dog cache. You don't have to look far for a plastic bag. Thanks for the caches Cycling Guy. If I was on my bike I would be able to collect so much rubbish.

This morning had some time to kill so while on the way to an appointment picked up some caches. Havn't been back to this area for quite a while.
A quick find on a clear blue sky morning. Nice

Quick find in a very lonely corner of the park. We are so fortunate to have some much parkland. TFTC
