I am regretfully archiving this cache since there's been no response from nor action by the cache owner within the time frame requested in the last reviewer note.
Hi RainbowJordy
This geocache was brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit and after my previous reviewer note, there has been no owner response. The cache owner needs to check on this cache ASAP and either replace it or archive it, after picking up any geo-litter. See the [maintenance section of the Geocache Listing Requirements/Guidelines](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#listingmaintenance).
I've added this cache to my watchlist, and I will check back in four weeks to be sure that the maintenance has been done. In the meantime, I have temporarily disabled this listing. When the maintenance is completed, the owner can enable the listing by clicking on the link below the cache name to return it to active status.
Whatever your intentions, please **post a note** here on the cache page (not email) to let us know that you are still active and maintaining the cache. If a month passes without seeing a response, then I'll assume that this listing should be archived.
Please note, that if a cache is archived due to lack of owner maintenance, the cache is unable to be unarchived.
Regards

I still don't understand these Premium chaches - why can't the rest of my family not enjoy this cache with me?

We had We are away in our campervan just cruising the manawatu to Waiarapa then on to Hawkes Bay and return. During our tour we enjoyed travelling the quiet roads away from the main state highways. we enjoyed the bike trails around the Napier to Clifton and the inland trails up to Hastings and beyond, many of these trails of course were extra special because they had geocaches placed along them. Many thanks to all those who look after the caches. We hope you enjoy the same when you come into our area.
Sorry about the cut and paste if you have more than one geocache that we had found to hunt foe awhile but we were looking in the wrong direction

A lovely stroll down the Napier waterfront and a relatively quick find.

Thanks for the infrastructure lesson. Had long wondered what these were for.

Our 10-year-old found this no trouble at all. Thanks to WEKA for putting the waterproof paper in here.
Certainly some unusually attractive drains. As we had read the previous logs, we took with us the tools we have needed to open several of this type of cache in the last few days. We quickly located the cache, and managed to get it open with our tools, albeit with considerable difficulty. It seemed that paper from the log had got into the thread, so we cleaned this out as best we could, replaced the sodden log with a smaller piece of waterproof paper, and when we left it, the cache was able to be opened by hand. TFTC
As with previous finders, we had no trouble making the find, but despite taking it back to the car and trying what tools we had, we couldn't get it open.
We do have a photo of it if you require proof of the find.
Thanks Rainbowjordy and SunnyBunny64

Found the cache quickly but no way could I get to the log book. I took a photo. I thought that it was a youthful previous finder with a strong wrist who had found it last but now reading the logs I see that I'm not the only one who couldn't open it. On my way back to Napier to return a rental e-bike.
In Hastings for a couple of days and thought I might track down a few caches. Clever hint for this one and nicely hidden. Unfortunately the container is corroded and I was unable to unscrew the lid so couldn't sign the log.
windy day for biking so ready for a stop . had to check my counting then feel a bit further then rewarded. tftc
In Taradale for an Dahlia Show. Found some caches before heading back to Palmerston North. Thanks RainbowJordy for the cache.
Yay. Got another. Been hard going here in the Bay for us today, time to go for a coldie! Nice quick find, lucky we had tweezers and log roller!
The real question is can a 30 year old count!? Good luck for the next finders (don't worry I double checked..)
Interesting looking structures. Quick stop here then off to the next cache nearby. TFTC
I found this cache along with a small group of secondary school students (SJCgeocamp) who were finding Geocaches as part of their camp week. They visited Huka falls, Taupo, Napier, Hastings and Te Mata Peak over four days. We went swimming hiking, and biking and found a wide range of geocaches ranging from traditionals, puzzles, Earthcaches, gadget caches, and the boys favorites-night caches. My hope is that because of their experience they decide to continue Geocaching as a hobby in the future. Thank you to all the CO’s who placed and maintained all the geocaches we found and for bringing us to so many interesting spots.
We found this one while enjoying a bike ride along the esplanade. We hired the bikes from Bikefish then biked up to the sundial and then collected caches on our way back. The weather was awesome which made for a really nice afternoon. This one took longer to find than it should have. Struggled to fit our names on the log.

A bit behind with the logging - on a 3 day caching adventure with rustynz and gorby
Flew down from West Auckland with some Westies. Rebel98, rustynz, merlot58, Aiden29 and Mr and Mrs Jag50, we have planned a rough plan to cache until we drop more or less, for 3 whole days. 2 vehicles for us, me and rusty and rebel are in one. The others in theirs.
Rebel and rusty and I are heading south from Napier now, we have a plan of sorts by heading towards Hastings. But this cache was right next to us, so we couldn't just leave it alone, so me and rusty wandered to it and after some serious counting (yea right) in the right direction, I came up with the goodies. Very unusual structure here.

With some wandering Westies (rebel98 and gorby) on our final day of caching in the Hawkes Bay.
We parked on the main road, and made a mad dash to these structures, and whilst the clue was spot on, I was on the wrong level! but gorby was'nt and thankfully the cache was found. Thanks for the hide and bringing us here

After finding some nice pieces of driftwood on the foreshore, I had some time to hunt this little cache out. Once found, log signed between passing muggles. Cheers
Found as part of our Labour Weekend Geocaching Adventure with Furbies, lillianz, PhantasmNZ & Mrs PhantasmNZ. Log signed as "PFLL17".
Nice quick easy find for us in the early hours of the morning. Thanks for the hide

Quick logical find with the hint. Took twice as long to actually open it though. A bit seized up. Very interesting structures... GLB1721 TFTC (3955)
Not trouble finding but opening was another story. The only other time I could not open one of these nanos I eventually succeeded using pliers but we had not brought any on our bike ride today. I've resorted to taking a picture instead.
I was driving through the Hawkes Bay and stopped to grab some of what I thought would be easy drivebys. Turns out some were easier than others! A good day of finds. Thanks.
Finally found after a few minutes. Geodog decided to roll in the mud when we were otherwise engaged. Thank you.
Interesting facts, thanks for bringing me here! Nice walk along the bike track, perfect weather, great day.
Having been out of phone coverage doing the Gentle Annie and seeing 3mil. caches we had to find one on our way back home TFTC
Stopped off today to hunt for the cache and take a closer look at the CCDrain. Tftc.
Thanks for informing me what these structures are. Rather interesting.
A quick find at GZ

Rainy today so had a good caching day out with my muggle husband to do the driving.
Interesting looking structures almost alien looking.
No worries finding this one. TFTC

Biked from Clive onto here to take a look around with the intention to collected the caches on the way back. Thanks for all the caches.
Having a fun time despite the rain.
Wondered what these things were when we biked past on the way in.

Thanks for all the info. I was wondering what these structures were. Thanks for the cache. Beautiful morning to be out riding a bike along the waterfront.
Found while taking the dog for a run on a nice Sunday afternoon. Was spotted by a fellow friendly geocacher (I presume) while I was looking for it. Fairly straight forward find with the hint. Nice to see a little extra effort go in to making what would otherwise be a boring, ugly lump of concrete, into something a lot more aesthetically pleasing. TFTC.
Great structures, pleasing curves! They certainly enhance the area and are very much in keeping with Napier's arty themes.

Enjoying biking along this trail on a beautiful warm, sunny, calm afternoon. These interesting "sculptures" deserve a cache, and it is well done. Thanks for the technical info too. A favourite added.
Banian and I found this cache on our autumn northern roadtrip- where we did a circuit of the north island from Wellington right up to Raglan, then across to Napier through Taupo, before heading home, finding masses of caches and discovering a plethora of unique and interesting locations.
Admired this last time we were here but didn't have time to find. Quick find this time, TFTC

Found with Redants on our April Holidays Road Trip to Raglan and back. Last leg of the journey back to Wellington today, via HW52. Interesting looking structure. TFTC RainbowJordy.
Staying in Napier for the art Deco experience....fantastic fun. We are camped along marine parade so took a ride along the cycleway to find a few caches. Soon spotted GZ for this one and cache a quick find. Thanks for placing.
Fast find on our bike ride into town. Functional structures made interesting.

A great start to the coastal bike ride, from Napier to Clifton and back. Great day for it and we had a blast on the bikes. The hint definitely helps here, TFTC
Decided to pop out for some evening caching. First find of the evening here. Helpful hint, thank you. Glad these drains have sturdy big covers over them! Tftc
