TFTC great hide and love the protector of the coordinates The coordinates are wet
Found during our Australian caching adventures with DickNomNom & RikkiJayMudd.TFTC
This fun for kids cache was fun for the adults, while the kids (who were impressed by the first point's guardian) sat on the track. Spent several minutes wandering through the bush, with our phone GPS taking us around in circles, before [@DideeNZ](https://coord.info/PR1JAYC8) spotted something out of place and the cache location was confirmed. TFTC suehut.
Spending a few days in Geelong I decided that today I would target the Fun For Kids Trail especially as I need some more Regular size caches to complete a challenge. It was a beautiful day after a somewhat chilly start and the road was clear of traffic except for about four deadly treadlies riding past. Then a bit later on a few cars sped through. It appeared that these may have been on a rally. A successful day finding a variety of caches in a variety of hides. Unlike the girls the boys let me find their secret boy's business. A favourite point awarded.
Out hunting the Fun for Kids series today with Team_Roberts1. Certainly liked the hide at the published coords - got at least a few "jumps in fright" and one small scream from the eldest of the kids! Getting the coords and the hunt for the cache was also fun. Thanks to suehut for this one, have another fave!
Out with deanside and really enjoying this series. This was by far the hardest find, it's very well hidden.
So glad ConnieandRick was with me dont like the hairy 8 legged thing nearby. Thanks suehut for bringing me here and contributing to this great game for others to enjoy. Happy trails, Deanside
No kids in my caching team, it's just me, however I had a great time in the area today grabbing about 20 in the series, with one DNF. I enjoyed all the different containers for each cache, along with the fun multis and puzzles. All up, a good hour or so driving through the forest.
Thanks for the series suehut and deshut.....a lot of work has obviously gone into them. All caches that were found, were without any issues and are in good condition.
Fav point added.

Something different. Depending on which person you ask as to weather they enjoyed the friend by the bison tube or not . This one did take us a while as our gps was being very unhelpful but we finally found it. Thanks.
Decided today was the day to head out and try and collect a bunch of smiley faces. I've been out this way before so it was a no brainer to come back. Loved WP1... made jump a little when I looked up.Thanks for the effort in all the caches you've placed out here
Heading down to Torquay with Bogonghazy. Nice hide. Thanks for placing the geocache
We decided on a trip to the Brisbane Ranges to take some time to be in the bush and go searching for some caches. The weather was started off being a bit windy and quite sunny. We stopped during this series twice to have lunch the first time and a cup of tea the second time. Each time the weather was lovely when we stopped, and it started raining as we were packing up. We had hoped to find the whole Fun for Kids series today, but we ran out of daylight. We will be back sometime soon to fill in the gaps. All cache we found was in excellent condition, and this would be a fantastic series to do with children. Thank you, suehut and deshut, for this excellent series. We particularly enjoyed the Multicaches. An FP from us for this cache
Loved WP 1. Zade 'scared, scared'. Made up up it with the swag to play with at GZ!
With The ring of Swiss cheese coming down we could now catch up with our Metro Mates, so once again I teamed up with Omegaman1971 and headed to the Geelong area to do some of the many labs and several caches in the area. We had a great time exploring the area. Today We started in Geelong but got a little frustrated with suburban caching so we headed to the Brisbane Ranges to do the Fun for kids trail.
This was one of the caches we found today.
Thanks suehut for the cache.

Nice to be back caching after the Covid19 lockdown. Of course, care was taken with handling caches by using hand sanitizer before and after caches.
Kids got bit of a fright at WPT 1 haha. They spotted container before our phone reached GZ!

With the weather being a bit drizzly and not much good for doing anything else, i took Mrs Perpetuallylost and geodaughter out today to find a few caches and fill in a missing calendar day.
The geodaughter loves checking out the swag in caches so this series is right up her alley. Coached her along to find most of them herself and had no DNFs. We found another 11 today before the wet weather became a bit much and we made it as far as the Echidna track before calling it quits.
Thx again suehut and deshut for all these fun caches, i enjoyed the light 4wding heading out to home!

Did a small run Friday to find a few more in this series. We had loads of fun. Half muggle mum grabbing the caches for me to sign. We replaced baggies that were ripped, added a good handful of toys and handmade kids jewellery to each one that was big enough for swag. Really enjoying this series can't wait to come back and finish the rest.
Only had 2 DNF this time around will look into trying to find them next time.

Had a great time with the kids driving through the Brisbane Ranges finding caches as we went.
Plenty of fun hides and lots of swag was traded.
Back again for a second round at this trail this weekend. This cache was a heart starter for some of us. Also, the girls wanted me to point out that they found this one.

Spent a glorious day out in the Ranges collecting the caches in this series plus a few extras, most were found fairly quickly whilst others took a little longer , my GPSr had me looking 7 - 10m from where I actually located most of them.

Fun for kids and adults alike! A good trail with some clever caches, lots of interest to keep us going and some good scenery along the way. TFTC
Found it, thank you for this great series, lots to see along the way and very peaceful. A clever puzzle cache, TFTC.
Made my way back through the area on a Sunday afternoon to keep clearing out a few more of this series I didn’t get the first time. A sunny afternoon drive, audio book. Couldn’t have asked for a better study break in what is fast becoming one of my favourite places. Thanks for this series!
We miss read a number on this and had to widen our search area, and after a quick edit we eventually found it. Tftc
Out caching with thomo31. Pulled over when to find the start, turned and said to thomo31 your doing this one. We found TFTC.
Found with teamashy and geoniece on a caching day out. Love ones that scare teamashy lol. Signed log and returned as found. TFTC
Found with Beaker on our way home from a night away in Melbourne for a rock concert. Thanks

My sixth day of a 9 day caching road trip holiday.
Today I had set out to finish what I had intended to do yesterday before I ran out of energy (and comfort levels due to my wet shoes) and find my 11,000th cache. I had the specific one chosen, and coincidently there were many caching trails on the way.
In the end I managed to find 72 today.
Thanks for the caches.

Yesterday decided to go geocaching and after having this series on our list for a while we pack geokid and geotoddler into the car with a picnic and headed off and boy was it fun. We didn't get to finish it because the grand final was on and geodad and the boys were complaining it was getting too cold but we at least ticked off some of it. TFTC

Out for the day with my brother Snap Happy, cleaning up fun for kids series, that has been on the radar for some time. We also managed to grab a few extra caches along the way. We discovered many great and clever hides and had no DNF's amongst the finds. Some interesting scenery, in an area I don't normally travel. We didn't have any kids with us today but we still had a very successful day, with some laughs and good company.
Did what was needed to sign the log here.
I am currently writing detailed logs because of a challenge provided by Project-GC. "The Author" Badge challenges geocachers to average one hundred words or more in each log. As of the start of 2018 my average was only 47 words per log, which seems a long way from the 100 target. Given that I have found so many GC caches, I have to write many logs with well over 100 words for a long period of time to get my average to the target. Apologies to anyone who finds the logs tedious but it is the only way that I can strive to attain this challenge. After over 7000 plus caches (which includes all cache finds up and including yesterday), the average log length is just over 50 words. I am now entertaining the possibility that I might be able to achieve my task before the end of next year. It's surprising how much is has increase since doing this.
Thanks suehut for placing the cache for us to find and doing the maintenance to keep it in play.

We decided to head out for a picnic and enjoy the day, the youngest member of our team loved this series, and loved logging his own name where he could, he loved the puzzles when there was one, and raced to make the finds, thanks for the cache and the fun
Logged as SKK. Out and about with kenare and kenbryl on this wet and windy day, having fun finding some more caches in this series. Cigc. Tftc
Logged as SKK.
Kenbryl asked if we could dag in our pjs for 1 whole day of the school holidays and I agreed, but we have busy holidays organised so we compromised, we agreed that we could go caching in our pjs for some more of this series. Last night we went out for an impromptu cache run wearing our pjs, so today was a normal clothes cache day trip. Sean.75 didn't agree with the pjs but, so we couldn't have him be the odd one out. We found some more of this series but have still left enough to come back again soon. Tftc

Dippa46 and I spent a most enjoyable day converting green to yellow on the map and having fun completing the various requirements for each cache. TFTC
Went out for a days search to see what we, MazzyMay and me, could find. We managed to find this one. TFTC.
Loving this series, and I'm sure the little cachers of this game would too. Thanks for setting ip this series in such a beautiful setting!

Today I headed West to attend, Come & Visit Parkville Nov 2018 - Wyndam Vale with biggles1024 but once that was over we then headed out to the Brisbane rangers to tackle a couple of different series, fun for kids was first followed by the Legends! series.
We started from the south and counted down to number 1 as we headed along this at times very rough and other time very good road.
At times the coordinates were very good and other times for us they were out a bit but in the end we were able to find them all and this series was completed.
**Thanks to suehut and deshut for placing this cache.**

**Find #3037**
**Multi Cache Find #297**
An early start was needed to head across the city to attend the "Come & Visit Parkville Nov 2018 - Wyndam Vale" event with SteMicMitSar and also find a number of caches in the area.
This looked like a fun series and with a number of Large containers to be found, was too tempting to pass up. We moved from the last to the first. Most were quick finds, but some needed cacher sense rather than our GPS's as the co-ords were at times up to 11m out for us today. The area was very quiet and only a small number of vehicles and people were encountered during the day. The first stage took a little longer than it should have, but once found, the cache was soon completed.

This afternoon we headed out to do the Legends series and then continue on through the Brisbane Ranges to the fun for kids series as well to get another day of 50+ finds for a challenge we are working on. We were pretty successful, only one DNF on the Pacman Legends Letterbox cache and all others found.
It was pretty quiet today but a couple of times some ancient vintage motorcycles came through on a cruise. Why you would choose these dirt roads I do not know.
The other reason we wanted to do this trail is because we are slowly working on a challenge cache that requires 100 large size caches so this helped greatly.
As we got to each multi we swapped between puzzle solvers/clue gatherers while the other one randomly searched. We found a few finals like this today before the puzzle solving was finished. Not sure if that make us bad puzzle solvers or good searchers?
This one was a bit scary...lucky I didn't get bitten. A favourite from me.
Thanks suehut and deshut for the cache, the adventure, the hunt and the fun.

Spiffy- and I targetted some larger type caches and this series was perfect. Thanks to suehut and deshut for placing this cache.
The plan had been to go to St Arnaud yesterday, then do that Cito and the Ballarat CITO today, as as things would happen all plans fall apart. So instead left early this morning to make the 2 hour trip to Ballarat for the CITO, well that trip took 8 hours (well you have to find a cache or 2 on the way).

A bit of a shock for ZombeeFish as she rounded the tree to the first waypoint.
Another fun multi.
Someone has been spending way too much of her time staring into the screen of the laptop, so it was suggested that we go and find some fun Geocaches. As this series has the words "kids" and "fun" in their titles, they seemed to fit the bill. So, lunches, snacks and swaps packed, off we trooped. To her credit, ZombeeFish only complained about being bored during the drive out here about seven times...
So after enduring kilometre after kilometre of freeway "safety works", and dealing with a few Legends on the way in, we reached the main attraction.
And they were exactly as advertised. Good sized, fun containers with plenty of swaps, enough trickery mixed in to keep the kids (and occasionally the adults) on their toes. Most of the time, I acted as chauffeur and let ZombeeFish work out where the hides were, sometimes with comical results.
deshut and suehut, as with most series, this is a generic log, with occasional colour. We got to #27 together, with the occasional nudge to continue, and it was dark for the last few. Thanks for some father and daughter entertainment.
Now, someone gets to stare at the computer screen sometime soon, to log her impressive total of 33 finds for the day. Ah, well, that's the bonus of having your own account, eh.

Hmmmmmm this one not so much fun for mum . Not happy Jan but got over my fear and retrieved the coords. Short walk and cache was in hand.
We started this series over two years ago and decided to head back today for a drive in the Brisbane Ranges to find some more.

WP1's container appears to be missing-only the chain/zip tie remain and after a thorough search, unable to be located elsewhere. Could CO kindly check/confirm/replace as required? Cheers
Off I go to Melbourne! Down from Canberra for a caching trip around the Mega!
Today's geo itinerary was to grab this trail and a few other randoms along the way.
I really enjoyed this series! Mostly lovely big containers, easy finds and the fragrance of the bush after the rain was amazing! Loved taking the geounit through this beautiful area
Well at WP1 I did find the rusty chain and zip tie, but as for the container holding the coordinates that appears to be missing. Not sure where it is supposed to be "tucked away" either. BUT-I did deduce where the final hide may be after reading the hint and going for the short wander! Signed and replaced.
Thanks for the hide and for the series, suehut

Unable to find waypoint 1 for this cache here today. Previous logs suggest it's no longer hanging, but we couldn't find it as we wandered around in ever increasing circles.
Mr Moose manage to get WP1 fixed although the chain that it was hung on snapped off (it was very rusty), so it is now wedged in, but still useable , the cache wasn't to far away.
Unfortunately we couldn't get the info from WP1 as it is no longer functioning. We decided to try our luck anyway with a wide search area for GZ, using the hint as a guide. Fortunately it wasn't too far away and before long we were signing the log. TFTC
Team Gunks headed out today for a family day caching and exploring. The kids had not been so keen on caching in recent time, they loved it when younger but had lost a little interest. Hopefully these series and some others on the way.
Well as soon as we got started and all the cache were fully off goodies the swaps came out and the running and mayhem to find each cache first started. I think we double swapped and treble swapped at some and loaded a few up that were light on goodies.
I also thought this would be too many cache for one outing but we did the lots!
Not too much wild life about, just saw a wallabie and some small lizards.
"Little River" was a bit of an exaggeration, no water! Stopper there for our picnic.
Had a great day out, thanks for bringing us here for an explore. and TFTC.

Australia Day road trip. Ballan to Brisbane Ranges and loop back again. Picking up a couple of legends on the way and an award nominated mint tin. Big caches and many family friendly on the way. One monstrous climb and many scenic views and cliff hangers. Thanks to all the COs especially deshut and suehut, º & ThePacman. Overall a healthy driveby trip from 11am - 6pm. Logged at 2.06pm
No boys on our trek today, but who needs boys anyway.... girls are winners and grinnets. Tftc
Deshut and I were out doing maintenance on this series we own.
All parts of this multi are good.
