Full time Nomads, travelling around Australia since 2014. Back in WA to visit family and work Grain Harvest. Currently staying in Goomalling while we wait for the crops to be ready. [^] Today we headed out for a drive in the countryside using Geocaching as a guide. What a great spot. Thanks for sharing it with us.TFTC Bristag
Out and about again, headed out to Toodyay to do a pre-IGD cleanup with Lachlan1.77. We saw a few FTFs appear on the map and some which had been there a few days already. The plan was to grab FTFs first then work from there which took us from Toodyay to Northam and back. After doing the puzzle power trail did some back roads to Northam and cleaned up green dots, and a finding a couple of previous DNFs along the way. An awesome and unexpected place to visit. A FP from me.This cache finder number 15974 for me.Thanks to Bristag for the caches I have found.
Saw the green dot on the map out here on its lonesome so took a little diversion off the GG trail to pay a visit. Very glad I did, a great little spot that I otherwise would never have known about. Enjoyed the views and was happy to make a nice easy find of the container too. No problems here - TFTC

Out in the Wheatbelt again for the second consecutive weekend. This weekend the plan was to attack a number of towns in the North Eastern Wheatbelt and attend the FOTT event in Minnivale. It was a terrific weekend. Thank you to all the COs involved in providing entertainment this weekend.
What a cool spot! Great views from here. All was well with the cache, although I didn’t enjoy wading through the chest high grass. Cheers Bristag!

This weekend has been some time in the planning and we were heading up this way to drive the Wheatbelt Way Trail and collect geocaches along the route. We also had GCA caches, Waymarks and Sighters on the radar which should break up the trip nicely. We had no set plans for accommodation and we decided that we would see where we ended up each day to set up camp. This cache was one that we targeted on our mini adventure. Cheers and TFTC.

After a bit of a stormy night we woke early to find it still drizzling but the temperature more comfortable than the 42 deg of yesterday. This was our first cache of the day and enjoyed discovering the history of this location. Thanks Bristag
Headed back up to Geraldton for another caching run (third time this year). We started off by picking up as many caches as we could in the wheatbelt on the first day before arriving in Geraldton. The next day we headed up to port Gregory and Kalbarri and the highlight of the day would have to be be the pink lakes in port Gregory. Day 3 saw us caching in Geraldton picking up some we missed last time and clearing up a few of our DNFS here before adding some more DNFS to the list. Day 4 we headed off to mount magnet picking up some caches along the way till we arrived there. I must say the caches in mount magnet were quite tricky to find and it was also a stinking hot day so we didn't get to find all the caches we were hoping to find there. The last day we cached along the coast on the way home. Once again it was stinking hot and we missed doing a lot of the caches we hoped to find plus the flies were driving us crazy but we still got to visit some great places. Most of the caches we looked for we did find and we came across some very sneaky well made cache containers along the way. Thanks to all the CO,s for placing there caches for us and all the other geocachers to find.
on the 17/4/16 we were in the area visiting family so why not catch a cache and provide some family history to the younger cyclones
Cheers

Light views of Northam town, with lightning flashes in the distance lighting up the night sky.
Windy again up here today. Not stopping the farmers from burning-off their paddocks, though. From up here you can see for absolutely miles. Must be quite a view when the canola fields are in flower.
Thanks for the cache, Bristag, it's in top condition.

Thanks for showing us this out of the way spot.... & TFTC Bristag The view was great from here today, however the swarms of flies were like a great big shadow over it hence we did not stay long
