It appears to have gone walk about. I will now open up the spot for someone else to put a cache here Thank you to everyone for the positive comments!
Thought this might be easy but after no funds in the last 7months I might have underestimated the amount of natural camouflage I would have to deal with, also was not wearing the right shoes to get in there amoungst the spiders for a good look.
Right on spot, hard find lots of bush to scurry though. Be careful of spiders. Great spot and really cool bridge!
Didn't try rather than a DNF
Ran out of time here today before I could have a good hunt for the cache which was a shame.
Awesome spot! Loved the bridge, one of those spots worth visiting even if you can't find the cache! We will be back!

Found what we assume is the cache location (it’s where we would put it) but could not find the cache
Dead on spot. on a rainy day of all things... Loved this find. Bridge is cool
Rusted Cache container has been replaced along with a new dry log sheet. Please replace the cache carefully with the lid facing up. Thanks and happy caching
Found after a quick search, geocache casing needs fixing, lid missing. was found outside the hiding spot. Post it note added with today's find dates but need new paper container and plastic bag for weather. Tftc
My sweet wife came along with me on bit of a geocaching drive today (final destination: Mount Sugarloaf) and we enjoyed going across the bridge . There's also a fun looking treehouse of sorts on the side of the water, must be fun for the locals on a hot day. However when it came time to look for the cache, my wife got attacked by mozzies (the bites from which give her nasty weals) so I only had a quick look for the cache. I noted that the last couple of people have logged DNFs, so I wasn't inclined to do my usual thorough search, especially as my wife was keen to split. It would be great if the CO would check to confirm this cache is still there.
Walking back to the car, another car stopped next to us and asked if we were locals and if we knew where the swingbridge was? How about that? I asked if they were geocaching and they said "What's that? ... We just want to see the swingbridge." Haha, that's cool.

Day 1 of our "Dayboro Plan B" trip. mtrax & myself, having decided to ditch the mega came up with a last minute re-route using some of the accommodation we'd already booked and find some interesting caches. To this end we were very selective and only chose caches with sufficient FPs along the route. After one day this has provided an interesting selection. The forecast for showers did not eventuate, so it was a good day.
Didn't find this one. We gave it a good search using tools but found nothing. Maybe the CO needs to check it ?
Thanks anyway Firefrenzi

Spent a good while searching as best I could, but no dice. Even with the hint and one of the recent logs containing a useful photo.
Tftc firefrenzi, nice hide in a cool place . Log a bit damp but able to make our mark. Fave point for you
GeoJess loved the bridge! Great spot. Cache found in ok nick. Needs a little bit of TLC but still serviceable. TFTC!
Gotcha. Missed the decoy and tried the Terrain 4 Option first but no luck there. Fortunately no one fell into the water. Will try the bridge next. Container has lost its lead and his damp but the log is still fairly dry. TFTC. A favourite for us.
TFTF. Really loved this one and discovering the bridge in time of quaratine. Corona19. With the whole family.
Interesting place. Went on the swaying bridge, there is a lounge strung up in a tree .
Great cache hide too. TFTC

Found it. Looking in the wrong spot for a while. Walked the bridge. Wouldn't like to come home this way from the pub every night. A fav for me TFTC Firefrenzi.
TFTC. I too found the decoy and noticed a familiar name on it. Then found the real one that I couldn’t open. A muggle stopped to help me but thank goodness I didn’t follow get advise. She knew all about geocaching.
We have travelled up from Sydney’s Northern Beaches, staying for a couple of nights in a park cabin at the Lake Macquarie Big4 Tourist Park in Mannering Park, to continue with our caching adventures on the Western shores of Lake Macquarie. Our previous visit to the area was in March/April 2018 for the OZ GeoMuster 2018 Lake Mac Mega Event, where our family’s chief puzzle solver had managed to solve (unassisted) a good portion of the Mega GeoArt puzzle caches that were on offer. And this new visit will hopefully see us complete most of the missing pieces of that Mega GeoArt, thanks once again to our family’s chief puzzle solver’s (unassisted) puzzle solving efforts. This was the 2nd of 22 finds for the day, and 2nd of 73 finds for the weekend.
Arrived at the swinging bridge and thought we had made a super quick find, but it was just an empty decoy container (no logbook) so we looked elsewhere and soon found the real cache. TNLNSL, and then replaced as found. TFTC Firefrenzi.

Came out this way to try and clear the area and for some of the museum mystery requirements. A quick find. TFTC
Took WP0731 a bit to find and when we were about to give up, I spotted the hide. Right next to where we parked the car.
Enjoying some supper with friends before heading back to Canada tomorrow. Had to stroll over to take a look for this one. Had to take another look at my initial suspicion! Met up with a muggle at GZ and may have introduced someone else to the sport! Great hide!! SL TFTC!
Happy New Year. On my second start to my 366 day streak challenge, this cache threw up a great challenge in itself.I am sure I have done this cache two or three times now, each being archived and a new one replacing it, though this was different. Initially, gps was not finding a gz, bouncing all over the place. We read some logs before hand, so started to search. After a while, I started rereading logs, read the clue whilst Madrabbitoh kept searching. Then I hear her call out, and she has been stung by some paperwasps, after brushing their nest. I go back to the gps and try and locate gz, after searching some of the more conspicuous sites to no avail. I finally got triangulation pointing to the one spot, and lo and behold, its exaclty where madrabbitoh was headed when she go stung. Saw plenty of water dragons big and small. TFTC. Day one.
Happy New Year. First for the year with Geoian. Shame I got stung by some paperwasps, after brushing their nest. Cache was where I was heading before the stings, so I left it for Geoian to approach from another angle...he soon had the cache in hand. Saw plenty of water dragons big and small. TFTC.
Found while doing a circiut around the west side of the lake. Found a false cache under the bridge first, later found the real cache. TFTC MJHokin

July 2018 Weekend trip to Watagen National park for the Lake Macquarie History series with Fiztzy_1965 and MinnieK.
After completing the LMHS series, we had some time left over, so we headed back towards Morisset doing caches that along the way. With three spots to choose from, the one closest to GZ gave up the goods.
Thanks.

Headed for a weekend away with fitzy_1965 and albida33 with the aim to collect the LMHS puzzle caches. Started our trip early Friday and back home Sunday afternoon collecting just over 120 caches along the way.
Found a great camping spot at Casuarina Campground which made for an early start on the LMHS today. Once finished we cached our way back into town. All caches found quickly and easily unless otherwise stated.
So glad we were on the right side and we didn't have to cross the bridge! GPS's were bouncing around everywhere but after reading a number of logs I went with my gut and walked right up to the cache. Lid has come off and log is damp. Very cool!

16,273. Found during a trip up north with minniek and Albida33 for the LMHS Series and many other caches along the way.
Headed up to the Newcastle region with an aim to tackle the LMHS Series (Pick and Shovel series? The Stump Series? - which we solved for the recent Mega but didn't have the time for that weekend) and as many bonus caches along the way. After camping at the Casuarina Camp Ground over night we headed off on the trail bright and early. 5 Hours 50 Minutes later we finished the series, and started cherry-picking some more caches. This was the next one. After being distracted for a while and about to give up minniek came up with the find. Signed the log, replaced the cache, and we headed off back to the campground.
Thanks Firefrenzi !!

OCW Mrs Aries today for some finds around Cooranbong while attending the OZ GeoMuster Mega event nearby.
A bit of hunting about didn't do us any good. So I just stood still and looked around with the hint in mind. Suddenly I tried something and lo and behold it was the cache. Very well done on the contruction. We signed and re hid. TFTC Firefrenzi.

Easter Sunday so had to do the Easter Bunny tradition this morning so a late start for us. Tricky little hide this one, met some other cachers out and about. Beautiful location Found at 5:00pm with Jezza_theGeoKid - TFTC
After hanging around at the mega chatting to people all morning (oh - and managing to get that silly lab cache loop all the way along the wire I decided I really should go for a little drive and find a cache or 3 ...
Ran in to another car load of cachers at the chirp cache I went to first, followed them to find a few more caches together, then they had to dash off and I continued on for the last 2 up that road, then came over this way for a few more ...
TFTC - Parked, wandered in, Sprung No tomorrow and Ziggy Au at GZ, with CIH ... that made it easy ... we then walked across and back, and had some fun and giggles jumping up and down on the bridge

After seeing some pics of this bridge on Instagram from fellow Oz GeoMuster attendees, I knew we had to visit. But we missed the turn off and then spent the rest of the day grabbing other caches around Cooranbong and the OZGM geoart. On the way back to the event I remembered what we came out for in the first place, and I’m glad we made the effort. It was heaps of fun to bounce across the bridge. No_Tomorrow and I were joined by AyKayEm and we had a few goes at crossing. Oh, and we found the cache after all the fun. Thanks Firefrenzi.
Great day out with a great group of cachers now known as the MC Team, thanks for the hides. Wow loved the bridge. TFTC
once we arrived in the area we had look around and I touched it 2 times before I was like OMG Tanso.....
this was a good one to show jaja20056 that the could be anything
thank you

What a fantastic bridge. We ran into AyKayEm whilst here and we all felt like children playing on the bridge. Thank you so much for bringing us here.
Of course we had to walk over it and of course Rusty85 had to set it swinging while we were in the centre. Thanks for bringing us somewhere interesting. TFTC
Caching as MCTeam: DiamonJs, bobbiesgirl, Richmond Lad, Rusty85 and I (joojoo57). Finished off a great day of caching by searching over the western side of the motorway. Enjoyed all the roads travelled and the caches found. Thanks to all the CO's caches we visited.
I first tried coming in from the south, but was put off by what appeared to be driveways. In the end I came in via Avondale college. What a fantastic bridge!
A few wobbly trips across the bridge and then a delicate negotiation with a local (see photo) and then the cache was in hand. TFTC
Finally found cache with geomate AGSeer. OZGM 2018.
This cache needs some maintenance. Didnt have spare logbook with us at time.
Logbook is completely full.

joojoo57, Rusty85, DiamonJs, Bobbiesgirland I (Richmond Lad) signed as MCTeam. Found these caches in the afternoon, while at the OZ GeoMuster Mega. Thoroughly enjoyed doing these caches in the Cooranbong area. TFTC
Thoroughly enjoying my first Mega. Found in the company of ozglory, joojoo57, richmondlad, diamonjs, rusty85 . Signed the log as Team MC to save space.
Down from Qld for the Mega and chasing a few local caches. This one had me fooled for a while as I couldn't see how to get to it. Only when I realised one of the 'driveways' was actually the entry to the reserve could I get close. There was quite a bit of activity here with kids jumping off the bridge and nearby pontoon and parents standing at the bank capturing it on their phones. Thankfully their attention was firmly on the action which allow me to sort the cache. Spot on co-ordinates allowed me to grab it without any difficulty. What a beautiful spot, thank you for showing it to me. A favourite point for the location and crafty hide.
