Another lot of school holidays, another cache gone.
Time to say goodbye to this one

Today we were on one of our travel all over the place chasing smileys with Ausfox; and Neville_devil. We were particularly after higher favourite point caches for the current souvenirs but were also grabbing anything in our path as we were heading to our target caches.
We were driving straight passed when I saw this one on the map. A quick stop for slight variation of a hide we have been seeing all day and quick find in the rain.
Thank you Team Ladava

Out for the day with Simsfamily and Neville Devil to cache around Pykes creek, Melton and Sunbury areas. The weather wasn't the best but it didn't dampen our enthusiasm.
As it was starting to rain the effort was put into finding the instead of looking at the homestead.

Had a really good search here, with even the woman across the road pointing out where to go. Given I have found a stack of these hides surprised i didn't find and can only conclude that it's gone. Thanks for the hunt.
Thank you Team Ladava for your cache, a great hide it took me a couple of minutes to open my eyes wide but found it. The cache was well made also.

Had a quick initial look with no.joy. Then stood back at the car and there it was as large as life. Tftc
In Sunbury to visit a friend, went for a nice stroll to pick up some caches beforehand. TFTC!
This cache was found after a bit of search as I knew, approximately, what I was looking for, but it was so well placed and well fitted that I gave up on the right place initially. A second examination and stronger tug extracted the cache. I couldn’t see much of mansion except the roof over the high fence. It looked interesting.
Loved Learning The History of this Beautiful Place!
I was born in Sunbury too though not 100 Years Ago A fun Cache Kids loved it, and the first I’ve got my mum to! Log book getting full!

Whilst out for a walk on a cool day waiting for my car repair, I managed to find this one in between the passings by of the gardener and maintenance crew in the nearby watering hole car park area
Very clever hide, so it answers my question about another cache with similar hint
Off to get my “Leatherman” tool to assist me!
Thank you

Grabbing a few caches in Sunbury this evening. A nice sneaky hide and a very impressive House, with a fascinating history.

Quick find but we’re savvy to this tiny cache now. Team Ladava love this bolt style. Thank goodness for compasses!!
After flying over from NZ this morning I had a few hours to spare before I had to head off in the direction of work. I decided to head from the Airport in the direction of Sunbury to find a few caches. Although I was pretty sure I knew what I was looking for this one took a wee while to spot. TFTC, Biggles.
Glad to get a smilie here today. Such a beautiful old estate.
We remember this area well. The local Driving Instructors used to take us all to this area to do our hand brake starts and 3 point turns.
TFTC and history lesson.

Great quick find. I never even knew the mansion was there until now and I've lived here most of my life!
This was a quick and easy find
Thanks for the cache

Blast it, a muggle, sitting in the carpark, having his lunch, and my wife at the skin clinic just a short walk away, do I wait him out, or call this a DNF, but as I can SEE the required bit of the hide, I cannot just walk away, have a suriptitous survey of the house behind the fence, muggle going back to work in establishment just north, a very quick tug on the hide, signed my name and replaced in double quick time, Thanks Team Ladava, for the hide, and giving me a lesson in fast action
Dogded the rain to get this one
I parked right near GZ to retrieve it
Would be nice to visit the old mansion hidden behind the tall fence
Thanks Team Ladava TFTC

The second stop for the day after completing 'The Nook'. This one meant only a quick stop outside the warmth of the car. Nice and easy after finding a number of these before. Thanks, interesting history and pictures of the residence. We wonder what it is worth today?

Found by Mary & David at 1350. Managed to park almost beside the cache. Looks like a lovely old home behind the fence. Our thanks to Team Ladava.
Some times simple is better. The build on this cache was exactly that. Spotted with the help of the hint. Thanks for the cache.
Tried all the obvious ones around here then tried them all with s but more oomph. Nice hide. Had to wait for muggles finishing Mother's Day lunch to pass by first.

As I waited for the library to open I quickly grabbed this one. I'm learning that quite a few caches in Sunbury are of this variety. TFTC
Another classic Team Ladava hide. Thanks.
By its appearance, I'm sure that this is a grand residence being maintained very well.
