tftc driven past this many times in a hurry. Removed something that was not appropriate and certainly not a toy!!
Lovely views from up the top here. Hint took me straight to the cache. All good here, nice and dry
A solo excursion for Mr Coblet.Although the road was reasonably quiet this morning there were a few muggles going for walks so I had to be stealthy. I parked in Babich Road and walked back to the main road and then towards the cache. As I was getting close to GZ I saw two muggles on the footpath, muggle number one was heading towards me and muggle number two was going in the other direction.I walked past the cache and then past muggle number one so she didn't get suspicious, intending to turn around and walk back to find the cache one she had walked far enough away. Unfortunately just as I was about to turn around I noticed that muggle number two had turned around and was now walking towards me.I continued walking away from the cache until I had passed him and then for another 50 metres or so and was pleased to see that there were no other muggles approaching so I was finally able to turn around and head back to GZ.It seems that muggle number two was pacing back and forth because he then turned around AGAIN and started heading towards me.I knew I only had a small window of time before he was likely to turn around again so once I had passed him I briskly walked to GZ and was very pleased to spot the cache quickly.Once the log as signed I returned the container to its hiding place and had a look up the road where, sure enough, muggle number two had turned around and was heading back. Whew, just in time. Thanks maree999 for a nice hide and for an unexpected test of stealth.
A nice quick find. Thanks.
I'm in Auckland to house sit while my mother is overseas visting family. Today was wet and windy, though the rain had less heavy bits. Also it is great weather for caching in playgrounds. With any luck the weather may fine up. I'm not holding my breath!
Thanks to all CO's for publishing and maintaining their caches. Cheers.

It was as easy even if you are blind. .it’s hidden in a hole that has grass in it.
This cache had a very saturated logbook with which I replaced it with a waterproof logsheet.
Cheers fgor the cache.
Cheers fgor the cache.
Going through some old lists and noticed this one was never logged. Better late than never. Thanks for the cache
Great day out with the kids hunted high and low and finally found it we swapped a toy and off to the next one
Out and about for a spot of geocaching today. A great day, weather wise, for it; warm and sunny. I parked up, crossed the road, and got to searching. Searched some wrong spots before noting the hidey hole, which contained the cache container. I took the trackable. Cheers for the cache placement!
Had to drop off a mates trailer so detoured round here to grab this one on the way to continue my daily streak (Day #305). Nice quick find and I dropped a TB. TFTC
Damn that was cool i found out about thos today and i found my first Geocache logged my name down and everything it was amazing haha
#3973. I am up in Auckland for yet another work trip. After a morning of work, I had the chance for a few hours off in the afternoon to get some caching done. The rain fell on and off all afternoon but by picking park and grabs I was able to find about 15 caches. Had a run of DNF's and missing caches before this one so was pleased to finally add another cache to the days tally. Nice quick find. Signed and replaced the cache where found. Thanks for hiding it here.
Parked o the opposite side and crossed the road to reach GZ. i searched for a couple of minutes as per the hint but found the cache in a hole in the concrete, which is obviously close to the bamboos. cache is all good here. tftc.
I was able to spot the cache once I got the right angle. While I was signing the log a muggle walking a doggle came by. The doggle had to sniff every leaf and pole, so it took a long time for the area to clear so I could return it to its hiding place. TFTC.
Driving around some of the local caches today and found myself out here. Parked a short walk away and after waiting for someone to keep on walking by, swooped in for a quick find with a good hint. TFTC
Yay finally found our first cache!! Thanks for bringing much excitement to school holidays! Clues from others were very helpful.
Thanks creater for the great find was a lil hard to find at 1st but was good find as was my 1st geocache find
I choose to park on the road, then leap over the drain. Then it was a matter of sitting, take in the views, and sign the log. Thanks for the hide, all good with log and contents
Very good find today while geocaching around the area.

TFTC Found with Vanessa, she grabbed a rosebush was getting quite dark. Had to come and remove rose thorns at home. Greetings from South Africa. #197 ......have to find 3 more before I return to South African on Friday after an amazing three months with our children.
Quick little park and grab for this one today. It is safer to park on Babich Road. did not take long to locate. Swapped a few small items. TFTC
Had found the other local caches and decided it would be rude to leave this. Very quick park and grab to round the day off nicely. TFTC
Had arranged to met up with Trout-fly today to pick up as many drive by caches as we could. Had a great time finding 35/35 for the day, Nice quick find. Thanks
After having a break during the hottest part of the day Vistra and I were ready to tackle some finds again, some were published whilst we were on siesta (if we had been in the car we may have even made a go for ftf) but that did help us plot the route we were now going to target. Quick find.

Having finished work for the year and being greeted with a nice fine day, yorkshirekiwi83 and I decided to head out and do a bit of caching. After spending the hottest part of the day out Manukau and Mangere, we took a break for awhile and resumed caching in the evening, plotting a route up to Kumeu and back again. A nice easy park and grab here. TFTC!

A nice quick park and grab on our way home from a successful caching afternoon, rain and all. New co-ords were spot on

wow how confusing cache co ords still show well over 200 mtrs out and 3 sets of other co ords in messages available I found kiwicouples co ords the best, for a nice quick find I would suggest maree999 you would have to use the edit cache button to update the co ords properly to stop it showing up at its present location, but in saying that nice hide location Tftc
Wish we had read the other logs before we came. We knew something was wrong when we could not spot the said vegetation. Fortunately cell phone coverage meant we had access to the other logs and it was revealed we needed new coordinates. Once entered into the GPS we quickly had the cache
Found nice and quick with the new coodernites in the description. Dropped off TB. TFTC
Found after a bit of a search. New coordinates are spot on. Dropped a couple of TBs off. cheers V.
Came out this evening armed with the new co-ords on the cache page. On reaching this spot it was pretty obvious that the cache would be just a few metres further on. Sat down at GZ and took a WP reading while signing the log. My co-ord, averaged over 3 minutes, is shown above. TFTC.
Found this tonight on the way home from work, good on others for finding so far away. I would have Givin up. Tftc

Wasn't fast enough for a Ftf... grr lol tftc. Coords were quite far off for me almost 200m.
Was so exciting .....just driving home from tramping and caching in Totara Park with Ric and a new cache popped up only 1.42 km from my place !
We diverted slightly and arrived to find Gorby had just arrived too !
Hmmmmmmm a bit tricky .....there was no sign of hint or descriptive information at gz ....
As this is maree999's first cache we widened the search .....It is nearer Babich Rd and Simpson Rd intersection than Lake Panorama Drive and Simpson Rd intersection !
Soon found hint area and had my hand on the cache very quickly thanks !
Congrats on first cache ...but co ords need altering !
Joint FTF for Gorby , Supernannny and Ric 1942!!!!!!! Nice end to the weekend !

I had just charged up my cell and GPS and I see a cache coming thru on the computer. Naturally I was out the door very quickly much to the disgust of my cats who were warming themselves on my bonnet! I shot of quicker than a tsunami up a creek and got to where I thought GZ was and who do I meet? Supper nanny or maybe that's Supernanny and her partner in crime the infamous Ric the 1942 model. Together we were very puzzled at where the cache might be. Upon snooping around we very quickly realised GZ was no where near GZ! But the clue said retaining wall.. keep on the path... and so we drove back to near Babich Rd to have a look and together me and supernanny spotted something that might possibly be what the C.O's were on about. Sure enough we had some laughs and supernanny soon had the cache in hand and signed us in.
We then very quickly shot of to KW12's new cache for another possible FTF.
The cache was 231m west from 'GZ'. Sorry maree999 but if you would like the true co-ords of the cache I came up with 36°52.867'S 174°35.891'E.
Well done on your first hide though.
So group FTF with supernanny and Ric1942 FTF #144

Had to deal with a very excited Super Nanny as we hurried to GZ. Arrived to see Gorby show up also. We cast about, back and forth in ever expanding circles till we hit the JFTF jackpot, some distance away. YES.
