Pine RiversWe are now camped at the Lawton Showgrounds for a few days.Since we only arrived today, we cached close by to where we are staying. Not used to city traffic, so it's a bit hectic for us.Thanks JACS Team for hiding this cache.
Quick find today to keep my streak going. One more Sentinel to find and that one eluded me last time I looked! TFTC
TFTC. Found it after a while , the son skipped over the location a few times before finding it.
Happy for a quick find for 1st of the day, will have to read the description to understand the Machu Picchu under the cap
Easy little park and grab for this one. Almost missed it on the first try but persisted and soon had cache on hand. TFTC
Its been quite awhile since this one was found! It was the first thing I put my hands on but didnt check thoroughly enough until a wider search. Noted what we needed for later. TFTC. Found with Rach.
Enjoying some geocaching in the neighbourhood. Found it! Great spot. It was harder to find somewhere to park than to find the cache
The only place I could find to pork my geomobile was on Kremzo road, thanks for the cache, I need the exercise anyway
My first find of the Sentinel series. I had read all the logs and looked at all the photos but I still wondered if I'd find it. I was amazed if was the very first place I looked. A favourite point from me, clue noted as I'm hopeful I'll eventually find the rest of the series. TFTC.
Thanks for the cache. Right infront of your eyes, found 16/08/23 1:05pm with bryce3515.
TFTC my favourite type of cache. It’s right in front of your eyes. Found with DL197 who was amazed I found it before he could open the app Bryce3515 & Zojo 16/08/2023 1:17pm
Taking my dog for a walk and looking for a few caches in the area. Sneaky hide but quickly found.
walked past and checked a few similar places first before finding it while walking back. TFTC
Found this one after a bit of inexperienced casting around. Very nice hide
Left a shiny d4 for friends down the line!

JACS Team I found your cache Labour Day Sentinel on 4/4/2023, 5:20 pm. This is my find 4942 and find # 14 today. A quick and easy walk by. Thanks for the cache, mate! TNSLLN
Heading out for the day I stopped by this cache on the way home. A quick grab and I was on my way. Great little cache, log booked signed and replaced. All in good condition. TFTC.
A great and safe spot for this to reside and I added a new log sheet as this one was full. Thanks for maintaining it
Sandra took the geomonsters to the pictures this morning to see the Minions: The Rise of Gru, so I headed out to check out the caches over at Clear Mountain.
It's been over 18 months since I failed to find this cache. Today it was at the first place I looked. It's always nice to turn a DNF into a smilie.
Thanks!!

Collecting a few caches on the Northside of town and I found a park quite close and a short walk to GZ. This was a quick find. Hint noted. Log signed and cache replaced as found. TFTC
Slowly making my way south collecting random caches along the way…
I flunked the find here… and having finally compiled my clues, this is my sixth find in this series… at least another year before I’ll be finished…

Tftc also not much more logging space, didn’t have any more paper in my car but will keep that in mind next time we drive by!
With afternoon plans at home, I managed to escape for a visit in Joyner. I planned on completing a walk at Forgan Cove targeting the *A Dam Fine Walk* series at Lake Samsonvale / North Pine Dam. It was already quite hot when I arrived, but there were enough trees to take the majority of the walk under shadow. After looping back to the car, I just had enough time in fishing for a couple of tree geocaches, and calling into Bullocky Rest to complete the *Celebrate 20 Years of Geocaching* Wherigo adventure.
I hadn't planned on stopping here today, but I spotted this geocache along my route, and it was a good chance to grab another clue in this *Sentinel* series. After stopping and taking a look, the cache was a reasonably quick find, with the cache nicely hidden. The cache container and logbook were in good shape, and another *Sentinel* clue collected. Thanks WallabyWannabe for the cache placement, and JACS Team for its ongoing maintenance.

I wasn’t sure where to park but the road seems wide enough. Made a quick find. Thanks for the cache
Just realised our previous log did not show up. Found 5/6/21, bit of a tricky one but fun. TFTC
This was my "one last cache" on the way home from the area.
I found a park a bit further up the road and walked back for a quick find.

Been to Dayboro from Cairns to attend the Mega, quick trip to Sth. Australia now turned tail and heading slowly back up north. 10 June 2021 12:15 pm Tyfc JACS Team (adopted from WallabyWannabe) total caches now 2161 got it easy one when u find it.
The sun was starting to set on a coolish winters afternoon, which seems to happen way too early. We thought we would look for this one on our way to weekly family dinner, nearby. We had a fair idea on what we were looking for and where it should be hidden. When arriving at the GZ we noticed there was a muggle playing flyball with this dog. So, we quickly decided to park the geoute further away from the GZ than normal, so we didn’t get muggled out.
Before leaving the Goeute we re-read the description, the hint and the previous finders logs. We set off to walk to the GZ. DFC was directing us where to go. We arrive at the GZ, JLK and I (Leathebowler/MummaBear) discreetly made the way to where the cache was hidden and we made the find. We turned my back to the nearby muggle in the park and grabbed the cache log out of the cache and I heard the word we have for muggle so JLK slipped the cache into the front pocket of her bag and grabbed out a rubbish bag. She then grabbed some rubbish from the garden and placed it in the bag. Shortly after we discovered the muggle from the park was walking his dog and he soon walked pasted us. We retrieved the cache from the front pocket of JLK's bag and added out ink mark to the log and very quickly replaced the cache as found.
So, we headed back to the Geo Car where JLK started writing this log.

This ended up being a lovely quick find, with a short stroll from our parking spot to GZ. Having two previous finders with me probably did make it easier! I also manage to forget to get the clue on this one and had to go back.

After work shenanigans today. This time, I brought a real cacher with me. An adult. Someone more adultier than me. P'. Well, OK. Maybe not more adult, but definitely a better cacher. We still somehow spent a good 10 minutes here before we looked for the obvious. It was the only one of those I didn't check last time I was here. D'oh!!!! Oh well, DNF avenged (oh with a little help from my friends) and I was on my way again...

the d/t's and co-ords on this series are usually quite good so other logs didn't make sense on where to look
took us quite a while to find the exact spot but it was exactly where we should have looked
snake is way cool

As the car registered it was 36 degrees outside and I was wearing flip-flops, unsurprisingly I didn't spend a whole lot of time at this cache. I found the dead snake hanging in the fence and concentrated my search in that area, but wary of what was behind me, inappropriate foot ware and it being stupid hot, I soon caved in and headed back to the car for some ice cold water and the A/C.
Saw the snake. Nearly soiled myself - decided to get out of there quickly. Will return another day with more appropriate shoes!
We are working our way through the Sentinal series, and this was first on our list today. Sour_lemom found it, and Mayfly06 and I signed it. Thank you for this cache, excited for more of the series.
An awesome hide - next to a snake ....but the snake was dead.

Another quick find in a relatively new estate. I have admired the number of parks in the area. TFTC
Final cache of the day which we were lucky to find in the first spot we looked. Cache was found safe and dry. TFTC
Tftc, I jumped about a meter when I saw a snake (it was dead). Poor fella. Found the cache, forgot our pen.
While hubby was doing an inspection at Brendale I had an hour to kill so picked a pocket of caches to do while waiting.
This was the first and a quick find.
A clever hide. Made note of info needed then returned as found.

I recently came across this series and am keen to start collecting them.
Today was the day for the first one!
I made my way to gz, my phone GPS was bouncing everywhere so I spent a bit of time trying to figure out where to search. Once I had that sorted, I put my hand straight on the cache!
An extra special cache today as it's my 1500
Log signed and clue noted, all is well with the cache.
Thanks JACS Team for the cache.

I have a hide like this so this was an easy find and I really liked it and awesome to find at night
Got here and thought "crap"... I have tried to find this one before... But now I know the tricks of the trade (except for collecting clues for this series in particular!). TFTC!
Was tricky!! Spent a long time looking in a lot of wrong spots! Almost gave up! Finally found. #theodossio4
Quick find tonight. Needed a cache for this streak souvenir thing happening at the moment and wanted something we wouldn’t draw too much attention with right outside someone’s house! This fit the bill nicely and the first thing I touched. Like a magnetic field perhaps clue noted. Home again!
Found with Quesera after a short search on a lovely day out caching, thanks for placing this cache here
