Love the new cache. Was a bit difficult to extract the log, but got there in the end. Love the spooky vibes. Tftc!
Sadly someone stole this cache towards the end of October 2024, so I have replaced it.The new cache was created during Halloween week. I hope its not too scary for you!
I enjoyed the walk along the track to the cache. There are some really lovely spots to sit and enjoy the view.TFTC
This is probably one of the first geocaches I have ever found but I have just never logged it. A great spot and idea thanks. I forgot a pen to log the cache but here is a photo for proof. TFTC!!!
Thanks. Nice little walk down to here. No pen so took a photo of log instead. Cheers
Well maintained and presented cache. Found a trackable which Ill move along to the U.S.A in a few weeks. Lovely spot! TFTC
Met up with jennyfromthefarm to do a string of caches in riverview today. She had already found this and was a quick find for me. The overhanging rock here is quite cool. Thanks for placing.
I seem to have accidentally pocketed a log book from this cache, sorry. Will try and return next time I'm around.
Found whilst walking the route of the 7 bridges. A quick find in between passing muggles. TFTC
TFTC! A lovely bushwalking area. A little bit muddy but still great views nonetheless. Found on my 7 bridges walk around Sydney
A quick find as we meandered around the bays and headlands of the harbour today.
A very impressive rock, lovely area, such a shame people have felt the need to poison so many trees, no doubt so they can have unobstructed views of the water.
Thanks for the cache!
Thanks for the cache!
A quick find on a pleasant walk this evening. Everything in good order here, I disturbed the cache guardian (a lizzard) when removing the cache. I signed the log and replaced, making sure not to squish him. TFTC. A very beautiful place at sunset and nice views of the water
A lovely walk with nice views over Tambourine Bay, with a cache to collect along the way. Thanks aquaman33 for the cache
Find 465 for the tribe.
Wow what a sensational little bushwalk!! Started logically with Warrawoon starts with me and made my way down to the arch bay past two more caches. 4.2km in total. A lovely little stream and waterfall, old gum trees with burls, a cave or two, mangroves, picnic spots, a playground or two. Whqt more could you ask for on a cool summers evening? Once you're about 150m down the path feels as though you are miles away from the centre of Sydney. All caches were in good condition. This is why we love geocaching! New places, bush, paths, yes!
This one was a quick find in a lovely spot. Replaced as found.
Thanks for the cache aquaman33!

A lovely area, thanks. We were a tad worried we'd have to put our hands into some spider webs to find the cache, but it wasn't too bad in the end. TFTC!
How many times have I walked past here! Thanks for placing this here in a spot that more people need to visit.
Geokid found the hide quickly but could not quite reach. A little bunk up helped!
Left a TB.

First Cache !! Happy to locate it after we couldn’t find the other one under the arch. This one was more logical once we followed the hint. Signed the log and left a ball.
Howdy from Dallas, Texas
The cache is in great shape.
This trip was planned some time ago but we kept running into issues. So when a business trip to Asia came up I decided that an unconventional route and an extended stop-over were in order as opposed to waiting for the stars to align on a pleasure trip.
Our 2020 goals are to find all the year 2000 caches and complete 6 original FIZZY loops (loops with caches placed before April 6, 2007). No one in the world has done the latter. Only one person is at 4 loops, LISDOWNEY from Ontario, Canada. So, of course, Lane Cove and Geocache - Relocated topped the list this trip and one other south of Canberra that we found, that wasn't easy.
I had been to Australia once before for a honeymoon years ago but promptly headed off to the Hayman Islands to scuba dive in the Great Barrier Reef, so I didn't get to take in many of the touristy things Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra, and Wollongong has to offer. This trip we fixed that anemia. The aforementioned cities played as our hub cities each night and the launching pad for the next day. Sydney was the only city that there were two overnight stays. Sadly the first day after landing we had found all the target caches that we had for Sydney, so I fixed that staying longer in Wollongong and did some epic hikes.
I would also be remiss if I didn't mention that while in Sydney a sad record-breaking day occurred. When driving out of the city toward the outback a radio announcement said that that day was the worst day in Sydney's history for the smoke covering the area from all the wildfires. It was bad, I could really feel it in my lungs. But, just an hour west and it was a beautiful nice day.
Things learned about Australia while on this trip (I know COs in Australia don't care about this stuff but we have students that like to read our logs here in the States and some creepers that obsess about us - no joke we had an event while there and showed a group of Sydney cachers our trolls) :
- Birds are so different here, all kinds and Cockatoos were like our Krackle birds as noisy as heck and everywhere.
- Kangaroos are like our dear. Cool to watch, see and eat. Yes, eat. It was on the menu one night.
- The Average Aussie drinks 96 liters of beer per year
- Highway 1 is the longest national highway in the world
- There are more kangaroos than people
- The Drop Bear was created to scare tourists
- And they love Vegemite
- Melbourne has the largest Greek population outside of Greece
- There’s a mountain named “Mt. Disappointment”
- Australia’s dingo fence is longer than the Great Wall of China
- Some of the world’s deadliest animals live here
- Australia was inhabited for at least 50 000 years before the British came
- Australia has over 10 000 beaches
- It’s the 6th largest country in the world
- The Australian Alps receive more snow than Switzerland
- Home to the largest living structure on Earth – The Great Barrier Reef
- The Kangaroo is the national animal of Australia
- Home to a larger population of camels than Egypt
- Wombat poo is square/cube-shaped so they don’t roll away. This makes it easier for them to mark their territory.
- The name ‘Australia’ comes from the Latin word ‘australis’, meaning southern
- Total Population: 24,970,200.
- Capital: Canberra.
- Biggest City: Sydney.
- Highest Mountain: Mount Kosciuszko
- Land area: 7,692,024 km2.
- Biggest Lake: Lake Eyre (salt) and Lake Mackay (freshwater)
- Government: Federal parliamentary constitutional monarchy
- Prime minister: Scott Morrison
- Currency: Australian dollar (AUD)
- Official language: English.
- National song: “Advance Australia Fair”
- Official website: www.australia.gov.au
I just got the $120 USD toll road bill for just two days caching in the Sydney area.
**Because we have had other cacher use our picture without permission we mostly only post them on Facebook now: TTO2 Cachers**

As coastblue, GZed and I were on this track already for the other caches nearby, we took the calculated risk of hoping that GZeds little legs would get him there and back. We got there ok, but he conked out by the time we got back. Lovely part of the world, a nice discovery.
Beautiful walk to the cache. GZed had a ball jumping down the steps and running along the track. He had a few falls but got straight back up again. We make a quick find at GZ and met a cute pup named Chocolate. A few photos of the beautiful area and we headed back to car. GZed was tired and fell asleep in my arms just as he reached the car. It’s been a long day and it’s time to go home. TFTC!
The cut&paste bit: Today I walked the 28Km+ 7Bridges Walk in Sydney for the 4th (or 5th?) time. This time around I was quite prepared with a list of geocache.com geocaches, as well as a list of Geocaching Australia (GCA) caches. Normally when I make caching plans I get distracted by something interesting and find few or none of my planned caches, but today was quite a success. The defined route helped! I finished the walk at 4:24 (official event end time was 4:30!) I planned my phone battery power well, bagged a few Pokemon on the way, and even did more caching afterwards. All up I found 9 GC caches, 3 GCA caches - not counting 8 for the 7 bridges and a ‘Completion’ cache - plus probably a bunch of GCA unloved. Thanks for all the caches everyone!
THIS CACHE: Have previously found this cache on an earlier 7Bridges walk, as it is right on the (bush) path I checked it was still there so I could visit through some trackables. I just did a 'visual', didn't check inside the cache but all still looks good. Cheers!

Today I went for a cache trip around the foreshore of our beautiful harbour. With a large number of caches I planned the most optimal route using the website cachetur.no . But as things go, there is always an extra find or a longer than planned search for a cache that it was not long before my ambitious schedule was falling apart.
The Tamborine Track led me two of the next caches, Hodgson's Rock and Warroon house.
Hodgson's Rock was an easy find.
TFTC.

Nice area. Take a rest on the large rock nearby the water. They have some rock carvings but doubt they are heritage.

Muggles: None
Weather: Warm autumn morning
Cache condition: Good
I had to drop my son off at a birthday party nearby, so decided to go for a jog 'n cache afterwards, exploring a new area of Sydney. This was my fifth stop. I ran through the trails through the reserve (only needing to back-track once, sigh) and was soon at GZ where I spotted a cacher's sign-post on approach, so soon had CIH. TNLNSL, TFTC

Another lovely harbourside walk, pity I timed it as dusk was falling and the mozzies were out in force.
Nice little hide, in a cool location.

Disabling this cache while I investigate if its been muggled.
Will be back online soon.
Will be back online soon.
Visited ground zero today and found the cache on the ground a few meters from its hiding place.
Now back in its hiding place where it belongs.
Please be careful to put it back as you found it, with camo in place. This will help keep those pesky muggles out!
Enjoy the view.

Pretty sure we were in the right place. Couldn’t see it in the rocks though.
Checked at all the likely suspects at eye level and below. Then checked the unlikely suspects. Still nothing.
Visited today to check on my cache and replace the log book.
It turns out that previous reports of a full log book were fake news. Someone has signed the last page but there are loads of empty pages in the middle of the book.
Cache is still in great condition.
I added a handful of swag to entertain the kids.
Hope new visitors enjoy this lovely spot and the funky rock formations.
Cheers
