Night adventure with Bear2024Cache #4 for the nightQuick stop and grab,Nothing special to reportTFTC
Found it. Lid to the cache was stuck on. Pushed it hard to remove it. The lid flew off and landed in the gross drain water nearby. The log is still secure though. Messaged the owner to let them know.
Had to let a few of those muggle vehicles go past before I could grab this one, despite it being midnight. Cache was quickly located once I could start looking. Tftc
Not my favourite cache, and Daddypig is not my favourite driver today!Gave Daddypig directions to stop just before the roundabout, so he stopped 100m down the road. The weather is warm and humid, so I'm dripping as soon as I get out of the car, which makes walking any further than I have to not my idea of fun. So he moved up one tree so I hade to walk 75m instead. (I'm now taking at least one bar of chocolate out of his Christmas stocking) Walked up, had a good look, found the cache, and it is so attractive that I almost fell backwards into that water trying to remove it from its hiding place.Had just replaced it when I realised there were a couple of cars right next to me. That's the problem now everybody has an electric vehicle, you don't hear them coming.
On this side of town, so went to find this series of roundabout caches. Being a quiet Sunday we were able to find parking near enough and quickly had the cache in hand. TFTC
Over this part of town so figured we'd pick-up the 3 at the round abouts here. Easy park for this one and I spotted it in a matter of seconds, TFTC
Back in the area and there were no issue's with gardening crews today. In fact there were very few muggles about at all.
Thanks for putting this here

Thanks Diane.
Heading home from a ladies day caching with Merlot58, Supernannny and Nette1234, we detoured to collect a few more caches. We managed to find a sneaky parking spot before finding this cache in the first place we looked. TFTC
Being the weekend it was easier to find a sneaky parking spot here. Cache was a quick find
What do you do when you've eaten dinner, it's a sunny evening and your accommodation is a bed, fan and bedside light in a container? We'll just go for one before calling it a night. Tftc
Parking was fairly straightforward, as was the find. A nice quick find thanks.
Wow, after 1830 on New Years Day and the place was almost deserted. We'll try for some other high stealthiness caches this evening I think!
Time for another trip to the North Island for Ms_KR and me. Wellington and beyond here we come. Today we cruised around Ohakune, until the engine cooked that is. It would have to be New Years Eve.
Thanks to all CO's for publishing and maintaining their caches. Cheers.

The Sunday is always the best day to search in an area like this. Second try after a DNF last year. This time found without a problem. Thanks for replacing!
Quick park and grab. Found a great spot on the east side of the roundabout for safe parking. 51m walk and made the quick grab. Toughest part for me is getting my big fingers into that container to get the log out. That and the wind that always wants to blow the log away from me
Always good to turn a blue face into a smiley yellow face. Thanks for replacing it, TFTC
Over in Hamilton this afternoon with the family and then found time for a few caches at the end of the day. Great time to pick these ones up on a quietish Sunday afternoon, but no luck with this one. Maybe it's gone AWOL again, maybe it's a case of cache blindness for me?? Time will tell....
Wow awesome big tarara had a hard time finding but no sweat for little tarara. TFTC.
Staying overnight in a motel close by so went for a wander and grabbed a few caches along the way. With dusk on its way I didn't see this one till I shone my torch around...great hidey hole for a cache. Tftc
Quick find here today after visiting The base . All the road closures around here are a little frustrating.

The nice thing about geocaching on Saturday evening is that industrial estates are all deserted, so we can search without causing suspicion.
(Of course a very busy times a Hi Vis vest will achieve the same outcome...)

#550. I headed out early on a Saturday morning to collect this series and a couple of others. After the first one had a pretty good idea where to look, quick find. The log full is getting pretty full.

On a long trip down to the mega with Lis's crew. So for me it good for numbers and favorites caches. With several stops and a lot of caches and several souvenirs up for grabs the trip was the perfect opportunity to get my numbers up and get some challenges that I have qualified for.
