Another long trip around AU over the top end with lots of detours. Now heading back east across the Nullarbor.TFTC. Looks like it was a great tree.
Today is the fourth and last day of our extra long weekend for Taurus Six and I . We have been staying in the Serpentine / Jarrahdale area . The geocaching plan today was to just clear up as many straggler caches around Serpentine as practical , especially some of the SWH series. We then headed north including finding caches in Mardella and Mundijong , before hitting Byford for lunch . After that we switched across to the Kwinana Freeway / Forrest Highway before making it home to Bunbury at a decent hour to get caught up on life before work tomorrow . We collected a few more stragglers along the way. It was an overcast and showery day , with everything wet from the heavy rains over the past two nights , not complaining though everything looks and smells great after the rain .This was our ninth cache find of the day along these back roads near Serpentine . This one took a few minutes to locate and there were a few locals driving by wondering what we erected up to . Thanks for the cache find .
Easy park and grab for this one. Signed log and replaced as found TNLN. TFTC.MM

The Better Half and I decided that it was such a beautiful day we would go do some caches after a quick shopping trip and a small tidy up of the home.
Cache found without problems. Log signed and the cache returned as it was found.
Thanks jlotsos for placing the cache for us to find.

Out for the day doing some suburban caching with 26 finds and a new record of 8 DNFs.
Weather was overcast and threatening more rain after bucketing down early this morning so threw the raincoats in the car and set off towards Byford to hopefully clean up the map some more. We got very lucky with only a few sprinkles during the day but not so lucky with too many DNFs.
Nice quick find, cute cache!
Thanks for placing and maintaining The Favourite jlotsos!

Find #567. A wet first Autumn day, but still good enough to do some caches. Dropped Isolated Beauty Geocoin TB here. (this tb has done over 90 thousand kilometres) TFTC.
Out and about after a night shift grabbing some caches, we stopped to hunt this grab this one which turned out to be a nice quick park and grab. So while Leega added our mark to the log i think i met the same horse Morgothegeo talking about. We returned your cache to its place of residence and said goodbye to our new friend. TFTC jlotsos
Out grabbing some caches with axell33 and the geopups. This is a lovely part of the world, enjoying some roads not travelled in the countryside. A nice quick find here. Thanks for the cache and greetings from Baldivis.
A quick one, now sheltering from the rain. Took nothing and left nothing. Saw the parachute man. A curious horse was watching us too. TFTC

After finishing up some caching with SPIKE in Jarrahdale I decided to find a couple more on the way home to reach 50 finds for the day. Another quick find here TFTC
We were on the move again today and just picking up the occasional cache along the roads as we went. It was another hot day, so we did not really want to do too many. Each of the caches found was noted as being in good condition and each log had two names added, where appropriate, as we were travelling with ilook4geo. Our thanks go to jlotsos for putting this cache into play.
It was time to go hunting again with goingplaces2 and we found some caches along the route we took. All were good finds and it was a fun day, as we chose a random selection of caches to look for. This was one of the ones we found successfully. TFTC.
Nice easy find in the obvious spot, just the way that I like them
Thanks for the cache jlotsos, found it at 1:39:00 PM it was cache number 2897 for me and was number 19 in my run of 26 finds and 3 DNFs for today's geocaching effort.
Cheers
Found on a morning of driving as we head toward 1000 finds. We haven’t cached for a while so definitely a bit rusty.
A quick find here after the event in Mundijong. I had never been caching down this way as we live NOR - it's a beautiful area. Thank you for the hide jlotsos.
In the area finding SWH Benson Boys so we stopped for a couple of others nearby!
Cute container!

Exactly where I would have thought it would be. An easy find on my way past.
Decided to spend some time this morning with myself and my GPSr and the car with the plan to clear some caches between home the the SWH.
The day was not to warm, but at time hot, but still, nice to find these little prizes in the Bush. Some I made more difficult that they needed to be, and only 3 DNFs today.

After a couple of days of coastal caching, we headed inland and picked up quite a few caches as we explored the National Park area and learnt more about the Serpentine Dams. A smiley token for our win today!
Thanks jlotsos for placing caches for everyone's enjoyment.

Hi there jlotsos.
We found your cache **"The Favourite"** at 12:57:00 PM today. This cache makes our find count 14917.
Our plan for the day was to complete some of the SWH series, together with a few others that were also close to the highway. We thoroughly enjoyed our drive attempting caches to the left on our way north and picking up the ones we missed on the return trip. We found a variety of container types and sizes hidden along the way, and also managed to pick up a couple of trackables.
Thanks for placing the cache here, without geocaching as our guide we would never have found so many interesting places on our travels.
**Coordinate Accuracy:** We found the cache around 2m from where the GPS said we should be looking.
**Cache Condition:** The container and log book are in good shape.
**Took:** Nothing.
**Left:** A Smiley Badge if the container was large enough.
Thanks for the hunt today,
Regards
Ian & Penny.

We had already completed The Dam Road and Chandler series today so thought we would make it a jlotsos hat trick and do these on the way home. Another fun series.

I had some spare time today and I decided to try and tackle some of the South West Highway caches. All the caches were found fairly easily with the odd one taking a little longer than others. Thanks to all the cache owners who have placed a cache here. I loved the huge variety of caches - some very small, others very big. Many of them were very unique
In total, I found 15 caches today. All of the caches were found in a good condition, I signed the log books and replaced them as I found them. Thanks for the hide.

Dropped off "THE THINKING CAP" Travel Bug. It is a special TB which belongs to a Swedish Geocacher, so I hope whoever takes it will log it, take it somewhere and leave it in a nice cache!
Another fun find with Just-Lookin while on a 3 week geocaching trip around the Perth area.

Looking for caches to the South including some I missed previously. I had a problem with my horse, he went the wrong direction but we did make it back to the start. Good looking horse.
