Travelling with iluvtrekking from our home state WA. Spending a few days in Murray Bridge to cache the surrounds. Loving the scenery that we pass as we move through the caches - this is our preferred caching - not suburbs. After meeting Bindi this morning, happy to do this series. Thanks CPWanderer

Having checked the weather for the next week we decided on an impromptu caching outing to make the most of what seems like the last sunshine for a few days.
Having enjoyed these caches over the last few weeks we decided to come up and tackle some more.
Another nice easy find with a smile when you open the cache ontainer.
Thanks CPwanderer and Bindi.

I spent another enjoyable day roaming around the conservation parks surrounding Monarto.

I started with the Gourmet Geocaching trail, then some of the On Safari series, then some of the Walkies trail and then finally finished the day on the Getnict Park trail.

The mosquitoes were quite ferocious in the Walkies trail, so it was more of a run than a walk around to avoid getting eaten alive.

A very enjoyable morning. Lots of walking and lots of well maintained themed caches.

Thanks for the cache CPwanderer and Bindi the geo-pooch.

Today we decided to enjoy a little walking in the Monarto Forest Reserve and finding a few caches along the way.
We are never disappointed when searching for caches by CP as they are very often in the bush, always well maintained and always have excellent co-ords. Today was no exception.

After completing the nearby ‘getnict Park’ we moved on to the first of the ‘Walkies’ series

The only wildlife we saw was a few birds and one hare.
The only detraction from this beautiful space is the constant drone, and sometimes roar of the vehicles on the nearby freeway

After our walk we cooked a sausage sizzle in the park and relaxed with nature.

Many thanks CPwanderer and Bindi

This evening, [@gridge98](http://coord.info/PRGKDMY) and I had worked together on a puzzle that had only been released, but not yet found. With some research and calculations between us, that became our focus and target tonight. We then stayed in the area and walked/hiked around Rocky Gully Reserve in Kinchina Conservation Park, before heading home.

In the final fading hours of light of today, we had a *walkie* around this area visiting the various geocaches. This cache was found reasonably quickly, and the cache container and logbook were in good shape. Thanks CPwanderer and Bindi the geo-pooch for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.

A nice walk around finding these caches, all the caches were easily found and are all good

This evening Davidwazza headed to Murray bridge and surrounds to collect a few caches after solving a cache that was published near by and to get the FTF. A nice summer evening with 22 finds made.

Thanks for the cache

Spending another day around Murray Bridge in an attempt to clear the map TFTC

01-Apr-19
Hi there CPwanderer.

We've been cooped up in the caravan for the last two days due to the rainy & blustery weather. Today, with a glimmer of blue sky on the horizon we decided to grab a few caches that needed a bit of exercise to complete. Wink

We found 18 caches (& DNF'd 0). Thank you for placing this cache here, without geocaching as our guide we would never have found so many interesting places on our travels.

**Coordinate Accuracy:** We found the cache around 2m from where the GPS said we should be looking. Wink
**Cache Condition:** The container and log book are in good shape.
**Took:** Nothing.
**Left:** Smiley Badge.

Thanks for the hunt today,

Regards

Ian & Penny.

Going for walkies to find the caches

14-May-16
Caches in clusters - interesting Smile. Clusters in reserves - time for a walk in the park Razz.
We only did a couple of the clusters today, but the two woodlands areas we walked were so different Surprised. This one was all sand and the horses have chewed it up a bit, so some of it was hard walking [)].
Pity about the junk nearby Sad. TNLNSL.
Now for the walk back and a break for morning lunch Razz.
Thanks for another one CPwanderer & Bindi the geo-pooch.

02-May-16
After caching to the north and east of Murray Bridge yesterday, we concentrated on caching closer today. In particular we focussed on the "Walkies" and "Butchwalking" series with some additional caches along the way. We really enjoyed walking through the reserves - so different to reserves and parks at home. Along the way we appreciated the variations in the trunks of the trees, particularly some of the gum trees, and the flowering gums were superb. We also enjoyed the range of mascots at each of the "Walkies" caches.

This cache was a quick find. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks CPwanderer and Bindi for the cache and the "Walkies" series.

12-Apr-16
Headed out today with earthlight to tackle the Walkie series and the rest of the Keep active series, while the girls walked it i rode my mountain bike, the plan was to get to the end and then i ride my bike back to get the car, riding the bike through here was really cool except the ground slowly got progressively sandier as we made our way to #1 so i had to walk the bike a fair bit towards the end, we ended up walking together back to the car as we kept stopping to grab the cans and bottles on the way back and i ended up with quite a lot of cans and bottles in the end : ) was a great series to do and we are glad the weather was on the cooler side today, we saw a couple of roos and heaps of different species of birds. TFTC

12-Apr-16

13-Feb-16
A perfect day for walking the dog....not too hot, not too cold, not too windy. Only I didn't have a dog but that's OK I met lots on the walk. Good sized caches in a nice walking area, what more could one want? Thanks for this series CP Wanderer and, of course, Bindi.

03-Feb-16

Nothing like a fresh walk in the bush after a hard day at a spreadsheet. Good cache placement and the correct distance apart so as not to lose focus. Had been meaning to tackle these for a while - a somewhat familiar area I've normally seen at night! Smile Best tackled with friends!

Thanks to CPwanderer and **clear skies** from TeamAstro. [^] Cache the planet!

03-Feb-16
We decided to go for a walk in the early evening today.
Love the randomness of the placements. Can choose to go as far or short as you like to wander. Certainly a nice place to stretch the pooches paws...
Nice cache decos too....

Thanks for the walk CP

Out on a day of caching on the first day of school for the young ones. No problems with school crossings here, no muggles about. Saw a couple of kangaroos, rabbits and a lot currawongs. No echidnas about today. A pleasant walk in the park. Thanks CP.

26-Jan-16
Convinced the wife and the dog to come for a walk this morning.

We only did 2 of the series so will have to come back again.

Found all of them easily but had to sign a few with a dirty stick as the pencil was either broken or missing.

Sorry for the generic log but we had a pleasant walk and look forward to coming back to finish them off.

Walking with some friends. Lots of friends and lots of caches and lots of walking. Strangely none of the 21 cache stood a chance. Amazingly a couple put a reasonable fight. Great area for a stroll.

This started as an outing organised by SEMIK and Andy Columbia that I was invited along to, but it soon grew into a sizeable group who defied the early hours of Saturday morning to do this series. We managed to get the full twenty one caches in this series and a few others scattered around along the way. This was followed up by a short trip into Murray Bridge for a celebratory lunch!

Thanks to all who made it for a really pleasant walk through the scrub and TFTC CPwanderer!

Took shonkysmurf, the shonky mutt and met a big Saturday crowd for walkies through the bush. Shonky mutt enjoyed meeting bindi and sniffing her... well we all trundled off and it was easy caching as everybody else did the hard work of finding and opening and all I had to do was walk and stamp! Thanks CP, a nice piece of scrub and I'm sure the shonky mutt enjoyed it even more than we did!

16-Jan-16
Headed out to do this series with the CO, Bindi and a group of dedicated (because they had to get up really early on a Saturday!) geocachers. Loved each of the hides and the little surprise under each lid!
Signed collectively as the Saturday Group, but some also individually stamped and signed. Each cache will get a favourite point, not only for the effort put into each hide, but also for the good fun, great chats, and the nice walk on a very pleasant day. TFTC, CP & Bindi.

Joint STF. We could hear the highway traffic oblivious to us wandering nearby.
A nice day out caching. First a motorbike ride through the Adelaide Hills with Locus Cache. A nice cool day on the bike and just pleasant when we stop.

THEN TTROGG suggests we tackle the "Wakies" series at Monarto. Off we go. Some first to finds and a great day colecting some other caches.

Thank you CPwanderer for placing this cache for us to find!

Found as the main aim on a pleasant and enjoyable afternoon caching down this way with Gordon Patrick Samuel and locus cache.
Thanks for the cache and series CPwanderer

06-Jan-16
GPS and I set out for a ride on our bikes this mroning and along the way, they found a few geocaches while I found 1 Smile
Then a phone call from ttrogg changed our plans and we rode our seperate ways to our homes to get out of our bike gear and into our caching gear and head off on a drive to Monarto to try our luck on some new caches.
Muggle partner and ttrogg came too, so Nelson was as full as a goog with eager geocachers Wink
By day's end I had 11 FTFs Smile within my overall cache finds total of 29 Smile
What a full on and enjoyable day Cool

CP this is an amazing little patch of scrub and we all had a lot of fun having "Walkies" through here Big Grin
Sometimes one of us would see the cache first and sometimes another of us would see it, so we had endless laughs at those who walked over the top of the caches, who missed them because they were looking every where but at GZ and all of the other usual things that we geocachers do! Wink
There was blood! Sad As I started 'leaking' (ask Mrs GPS Wink ) after a stick connected with my shin but there wasn't any torn pants!
Sadly with all of us in Nelson, Brodie couldn't come with us but I know that he'd have loved it here however I think he'd have been exhausted by the end...... I know we were! [|)]
We found the first cache at about 4:54pm and the last one at about 8:06pm, just as darkness started to set in.
