Not doing geocaching until further notice so I’m saying goodbye to my cache to be fair for other people to place one here.
2nd time looking for this one and still cannot find it, have to be aware of muggles which can slow you down. looked under everything, obviously missing something.
Stopped off at this park on the way back from collecting info for a few multis further north west. While the kiddies had a play on the equipment I searched and after a few mins I had found the sneaky hide. The makeshift log added by the previous finders is already full so I could not sign it. I have taken a photo as proof of find if the CO requires, but won't post it here as it is a spoiler.
A new log is required for this one.
Thanks for the cache GamingCaving, a great kid friendly location and sneaky hide.
Find #112

Find #112
After a few recent logs, I decided to quickly head down to the park to replace the log, while no one was around but while i was replacing the log there was a muggle on the bench not far from me but I made it looked like i was waiting for someone but they didn't turn up.
Thanks

Crocosaurus and I TFTC. Found it with geo nephew and geo niece. Quite the tucked away hide. Was disassembled with no log inside, so we improvised. Great job
Took a bit of feeling around & another smiley to add to the list.
Nice wee park, few kiddies with parents around, no probs.
TFTC GC.

Searched for a while, checked previous logs realised we could have been looking in the wrong place. Some muggles turned up so we abandoned our search until next time.
After finding a few caches in Revesby Heights today I arrived back at the train station and saw I had quite a wait for my train.....time for a couple more I thought.
The was a Dad with his little one on the play equipment but I took a seat hoping he wouldn't stay long as the grey clouds were gathering.
When he left I started my search.....I actually searched three times before finding it ! I can't believe how nicely it's tucked away !!

Today's score: 17 found, one DNF, 14 GC, three GCA. A well spend day in the Illawong and Revesby area.
Quick find after realising that the size in the pictures was passé. TFTC.

We all tried for a good hour or so on this one but no luck. After the amount of rain and how muddy the park was I have a feeling this may have been buried a little too well for us. Will try again at a later date when things have dried out a bit.
No luck here however our search was cut a bit short by the arrival of a very dodgy local. No sorry, I can't give you a lift to Emu Plains Prison.....
Glad to find this one I have not been caching much over the last few months but slow feeling better. So on my way home from a charity event at the YMCA Revesby I stopped to grab a few this being the first. Thanks gamingcaving.

Got the cache replacement ready to be placed once there are no muggles in the park. This cache is being downsized to a micro.
We came for another visit together but it was gone and its hiding place moved. Looks like someone has got to it
Due to 2 DNF and stating its gone, will temporarily disable this cache until I check it myself, If gone will downsize the cache to a micro and in a different spot to let the garden regenerate back to normal.
Considering there was a maintenance check on the cache yesterday, I don't understand how I didn't find it and yet I had no luck. If someone could give me a hint, that would be much appreciated
Thanks for this easy cache and we dropped off a travel bug that we brought back from WA last week.
Was out pokehunting only to realise there was a case near by. Had to find it
Searched for a few minutes in the dark before uncovering the cache. Childhood memories of this park. TFTC
Was driving past on the way to an after work appointment. Have often driven past this one and decided to stop today (or should I say tonight) given I had some time up my sleeve (never can tell with Sydney traffic!). As I approached I saw a large person playing on the equipment, so went for a wander and came back and there was no sign of them. Got to GZ and saw loads of Grevilleas (ah! I'm allergic!) and thought I may have to abort this after dark mission... But alas, there was the cache. Signing duties quickly completed (in the dark - sorry about my handwriting!) and back to the car, avoiding the Grevilleas on the way (to the best of my knowledge anyway).
Great catch park was very busy with cricket game miss 5 and I went on a " nature walk" think we through off the muggles miss 5 found the catch thanks for the sneaky adventure
A quick park and grab. Walked into the reserve and GPS led me directly to the cache and it was instantly CIH. Crouched down low to avoid the muggle playing with his dog in the distance, but otherwise quiet here this arvo. TFTC. TNLNSL. #422.
TFTC. A quick find, lucky there were no muggles in the park. Made it easy.
I think we may be following some Aussie campers.

Came past here the other week but with some muggles about I kept driving. Today I came back and before too long had the cache in hand. Thanks!
Right round the corner from geograndparents house. Loved playing in this park as a kid. TFTF
With less than 3 hours sleep in the preceding 24 hours (being involved in an overnight mock emergency services training exercise at Olympic Park), knew the 90min trip home would be a struggle so decided to break the journey up with a few caches to “stop- rest- survive”. This was the last of five stops in 45minutes as, after a quick find, I just wanted to get home and catch up on some sleep.
Did a little spiderweb avoidance to get to the GZ and was able to get by without disturbing anyone. Left swag and visited TBs. Thanks GamingCaving for the nice hide.
Mate came down from the Blue Mountains, decided to go for a quick cache. Quick and easy find.
TFTC GamingCaving.... PDU and I loved 'Periscoping' this one, and it was fun how you turned up too.

Well this was an unexpected find. Had a great time with Seemyshell doing a dual periscope on this cache when the CO (who was watching the scope) made a mad dash to see us.
The cache was fun with the added enjoyment of the social media aspect of periscoping with People viewing us live from overseas (NZ and Sweden to say the least).
Thanks Seemyshell and GamingCaving. We had fun on your first geocache placement.

29/1/16. 12:38 PM. Cache #3461. Streak day #586.
3rd of 3 caches today - Lane Cove, Oatley & Revesby
Decided to head south to get a couple of caches hidden at the beginning of the month; after "Dracula's Castle" it was time to redeem my DNF here from 20 days ago. Much better coordinates made for a quick and easy find and much better experience than last time.
Time to get back in the car and head home. The oncoming storm*, which had been brewing for the past half hour or so, looked imminent, and by the time I was over the Parramatta River it had hit, hard. TFTC.

* No, not a Dr Who reference.

A couple of muggles around but well away so I was able to carry out my work. A nice hide for your first geocache. Congratulations. TNLN, SL. TFTC GamingCaving.

#2575 (1 of 11 today) (Streak day 237)
The original plan was dinner with friends in the Shire - with a bit of caching first. Unfortunately it was cancelled just as I was ready to go out the door.
So, that just means more time to cache!
Came this was anyway - looking to grab some quality hides and a cache placed this year. This ended up including a great trail in the bush.
Got everything I went for. HUZZAH!
END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION
First up was the 2016 cache.Got to the park and the iPhone put me in the grass. Looked around for a possible hide and spotted a likely area to the east. A quick check turned up the cache.
Took to the shelter to complete signing duties. Grabbed the Travel Woodie TB - didn't see the other one - probably placed after my visit.
Replaced and went for my next target.
Not sure how this cache will go once the construction nearby is complete, though.

After spending the day out yesterday 4Wdriving on very rough fire trails, a simple drive by cache on smooth sealed roads is a bit of a relief.
Though the coordinates are out, a bit of careful reading of the description led to a find.
I took the travel bug.
Thanks for the cache.

Grew up just around the corner so had fond memories when visiting this park. Decided to leave the cache's first TB, Dutch Coin. Thanks

1 DNF today among 5 finds - Mortdale Heights, Revesby, Pemulwuy, Prospect & Blacktown.
Main plan for today was getting as many of yesterday's new caches as I could, in the southern & western parts of my usual area. Came here after "Creepy Crawly", but the coordinates were bang in the middle of the lawn. The original description suggested that the CO was going to come back later and provide better coordinates but for the meantime, only soldier boys' log was online.
I had enough of an idea where to look anyway, but I really hate hides in this sort of cover. I poked around for a few minutes, but still empty-handed I decided to return another day when there are better coordinates. Off to "Grey Stanes"...

Thanks GamingCaving for bringing us to this little park on a lovely day. Great to get out of the house after all the wet weather we've had. Co ords not an issue, found quickly. Tnsl tftc xo
Who will got FTF on this nice day, btw the cords are off a bit by 8 metres and will update asap when there are no muggles around as I used my phone to get cords.
