I dont know if I looked in the wrong hidey holes, but I could not find this cache, decided to call it quits after an hour. The hint made sense, but nothing else did haha. Immediate assumption is some sort of magnetic cache - but couldnt see anything, lots of caterpillars though
Nice easy find with my partner after a meal from the swag motel. Found 11.2.23 9.13pm
We decided to ride our bikes up a nice view from here. No picnic for us today, did take a little while to find. But being methodical helped.

Logging old caches originally found with alphag_25. Now have my own account and logging them separately so that i can claim the finds or not as the case may be. TFTC.
A quick trip out for these caches and a great morning caching around the hill and some awesome views from the cache locations. Parked the geomobile at the bottom of the hill and walked along to Wreckers Run and then proceed up to the other caches. Still to do the Mystery caches but that will be another trip. TFTC TNLN SL
We had been aware of this bunch of caches for a while and at last we could venture this way. Left the caravan at the Golf club and up we went. Some we did by hiking to gz and others were close to the road. We saw a huge python sunning itself by rocks. Thanks for hiding and adding to our adventure. Fav point
Awesome view from up here - so glad I came here.
TFTC! Left everything as it was ️

Few hours to kill before the 3rd round of the Mining series Pro-Am, so thought I may as well grab a few quick caches while I was out here. Nice easy find here. SL. TFTC.
Getting confused with the logsheets up here. More logs "found it" than signatures.
Spending a lovely quiet morning up here. Tftc

I am zigazging my way to QOGM in Barcladine. Yesterday, I met up with my regular caching buddy, stortigirls. W spent last night in Emerald and this morning, headed off on a detour to Middlemount. This one was quickly located and the log signed as we made our way to our main target fro the day. TFTC
On a roadtrip with Selva Girls on our way to Barcaldine for the Queensland Outback Geocaching Muster. Today we were exploring from Emerald back to the Middlemount mining area. Selva Girls and I had solved the Mountain Goat Puzzles, and climbed around the area retrieving what we could in the heat, before we had to leave to get to our next accomodation in time. Beautiful park, and some extremely friendly and hopeful magpies to keep us company. Tftc Camo75
Still on our way to QOGM 2018 in Barcaldine. Caching along the way. It has been interesting caching with RoddyC and Mrs RoddyC as I am usually caching alone. Good to have company and looking out for each other. TFTC Camo75
We came across your cache, Camo75, on our way with youngoldfella, caching towards this year's QOGM in Barcaldine.
Nice quick find, but had to grab with sneaky sheath while the guy parked right alongside was chatting to all the members of his family - one after the other. Must be a good reception area!
Log signed and cache replaced at 2:58 PM on September 21, 2018. TFTC.

Sarina to Middlemount
Today we moved camp, inland into the mining regions of central Queensland.
We found a good variety of caches in some amazing locations.
Such a large picnic area up here but nobody around today.
Thanks for placing this cache Camo75

TFTC. Been to Middlemount a bit. But never been up here. So pretty!! First cache of the day!
Mrs Slow Puncture had solved a puzzle for a cache which had been published over 12 months ago and remained unfound ... the only problem is it was some 650 kilometres from home A call was put out for some company on the trip and Mrs Just a Trifle jumped at the chance to provide some moral support on the trip north [^]
After staying overnight in Rockhampton, we headed toward Middlemount, arriving on Blue Mountain just before lunch. We headed up to the picnic area and found the nearby caches before heading down the hill toward the first puzzle cache on our list
Thank you Camo75 for placing the cache and for maintaining it for everyone to enjoy

Tuesday. Mrs SP and Mrs JAT were up Central Qld and turn left! What an awesome road trip. We came to this area specifically to grab some wonderful caches. I had no idea though how awesome this area was! Just gorgeous. We zeroed in on this cache quickly. Log signed and cache replaced as found. Thanks for placing this cache here for us to find.
This was the 1st of 5 caches found on today's trip.
Thanks ***Camo75***, for showing us this place.

After me last find at the bottom of the hill,
I repositioned the geomobile to the top of the hill
Yeah !! I didn't walk up
(Though it turns out,
by the end of me caching day,
I may as well have done !!)
Here was a nice easy find in the empty picinic area
It is amazing what lies at the top of this hill [:o]
A picnicing paradise and superb views [^]

I walked over not thinking we would get it as a lady was camped in her camper looking right over GZ. Then I thought I saw it, how cool but Ratdog soon confirmed my second thought that it was a paper wasp next. BE CAREFUL here cachers.
Ratdog soon had the cache in hand we went to check out the Views.
We loved our visit to Middlemount will have to return one day to get the other caches.

Looking for a 3,000,000th cache, well not for me, but for the world.
We chose to head west away from the rain and to explore areas some us have never been too.
Lots of finds, Lots of fun, lots of laughs too. A few DNF, wrong turns, oops and not going back moments were had but a fun day over all.
Its great to get out and about in our back yard with the Boys and Rainforest Cookie too. It was a big day where we covered may kms, used a tank of fuel, visited so many great places.

Found it, great spot for a cache, and I loved the hint. Not in the first place I looked, but in one i had to revisit as it had been pushed a bit far out of site for torchlight caching. Fortunately the geo partner has found this one previously so it didn't turn into a dnf. Great view of town lights tonight and a lovely cooling breeze. This is the last one for us today. We've been talking about it and what started out as a five hour round trip drive to Blackdown Tablelands for a walk and a bit of a cache will have become close to 800km by the time we reach home. But we have had a great day out, seen some terrific views, found the most caches in one day we ever have so far and it will be a day we'll always remember. We've left several un done caches along the track for one reason or another, so we will of course be back. All is well here TFTC
Arrived at the car park and there were exercise muggles in the area.
Decided to go to the next GC and hope they would be gone when I came back.
They had but were replaced by more muggles.
Took a chance and some photos to cover my true cause.
Found GC but may have been spotted replacing it.
Gets a fav for the view.

Beautiful spot. Watched some Eagles (I think) soar effortlessly on the breeze. TFTC
ventured back up here for a look at some of the new caches.
I don't believe I have been back up here since 11/03/2006, when I went looking for GCT5KB
back then there was no Middlemount Mine either.
but it is still a neat spot [^]
got the cache - grabbed a photo
now to decide if I have time for a few of the other caches on the way back down
thanks for the cache Camo

Second time lucky.
I just let the fingers do the walking.
It should have been a FTF but did not look well enough on the first occasion.
Thanks Como75 for making me come up the hill again.
It really is a great view.
Just watch this area for my caches....

An amazing view! A great spot for a cache, with beautiful views in either direction. A good hide, thanks for bringing me here. TFTC and FTF!
