I am leaving the area and couldn't find anyone to adopt this caches, so I am archiving it.
I stopped by and found the cache missing. I replaced with a new container. See new hint.
Found a perfect hiding place guarded by a nice rock but no cache to be found. Couldn’t find any other rocks around either so this must have gone astray
I came by to check on this cache and it seems to have gone missing. There are a few cut branches, so maybe they picked up the cache at that time. I have replaced the cache with one that has a waterproof log.
If anyone spots the old cache that may have migrated, please let the CO know.

Find number 5894. I had some time to kill before meeting my daughter so thought I might as well grab some grottys. Missed the stop for this one so had to park around the corner and walk back. Cache all good. Good Round Of Thanks To You
I was on my way to a game of soccer this afternoon and thought I'd try to find a couple of caches on the way in order to maintain my daily geo streak. I parked as close as I could and made my way to GZ on foot where I made a nice quick find. However, in the case of this cache, the place in which the cache is hidden has taken a bit of a knock by a lawnmower. The cache is holding up well though. So the log book has been signed and the cache is nicely back in it's spot all ready for the next hunter. Thanks heaps for taking the time to set up this cache. I really appreciate your efforts in doing so.
This is geo streak day #1079 in a row for me today. TFTC

Decided to take a break from my studies and spend the day out caching. I offered to also take out my 2 nephews and niece along with me. We decided to head out to Pukekohe after picking up my nephew in Opaheke. We still had some time before the agreed pick up time, so we decided to find a few caches nearby.
Parked close-by and wandered through the wet grass to GZ. Soon spotted the cache peeking out.

After meeting the Cache owner earlier in the day. I decided with an hour to kill I would see how many of these I could grab. I managed 8, and it was great fun. I will be back. TFTC
We were coming south to catch up with Bennett24 to collect a couple of puzzle caches that we both solved last week. Arrived a bit early so decided to tack on visiting a few GROTTY places and then grab a spot of lunch before taking on the puzzle finals. This was our first cache for today and after parking up spotted where we were supposed to be after initially tackling it the incorrect way.
Got to GZ and had a little look and thought that the likely spot might be there. Indeed it was, so not too much trouble finding this one at all. Thanks for the cache, all good here, and the spot wasn't grotty at all really.

We set out to collect 18 caches in Grottyland this afternoon - and in fact all but two caches we found were from the GROTTY series.
We parked a short distance away and walked in to find Grotty 28. Thanks to the hint this was a quick find. TFTC

Out here today for what turned out to be a GROTTY heavy day and making the most of the break in the weather.
No dramas making the find, all in order and away again to the next. TFTC

Needed some caches for the planetary pursuit. Decided to do some of the GROTTY-series. Saw something purple. Ah, yes, found it...
Found together with Greenkiwikids on the hunt for souvenirs and signed as "Team Piraten". TFTC

Dear Cache Owners,
I am a German guy who stays in New Zealand for eight months.
My English is not perfect, so please don't wonder if my log entries sound a bit strange. Thanks!
----------
In spite of the Long-Lasting rain today, I made a Little Caching-Tour in Takanini. On my list for today were only GROTTY Caches, so thank you Agazo for hiding them!
First one in the new logbook!
Best regards,
Janno216

Long walk to get to it but a reasonably easy find though I was looking for the usual grotty hiding place. Log was wet and relatively full. Made a feeble attempt at signing it.
Was in the area this morning grabbing a couple more Grotty caches. Nice quick find. TFTC
Had a free day in hand between a stressful week and the In Laws 80th tomorrow followed by a Expo next week, so this was a chance to grab a few caches that have been sitting there far too long.
So in the company of Mr MCC at 5.30am and setting off we headed north for a morning (only having leave passes to mid-afternoon) to see what we could find in the area before the muggles were up and about and we needed to locate caches in slightly less muggle intensive areas.
Today we managed a total of sixty five finds and only 2 DNF's. Not bad considering we were back home by 2.30pm.
A big thanks you to all the CO's for the effort in placing and maintaining these caches. We had a great day with lots of laughs and fun
Sorry for the repetitive logs. Thanks for the placement, Thanks for the cache

Out with Cat & Dragons on a caching finding mission, a short walk to GZ right as the sun was rising
I have set myself a challenge for this year to have at least the same number of caches on each day of my calender as the number of years I have been caching.
A caching buddy, LhutiNe, turned up so I continued on to get a few more.
Cheers for the cache.

What a funny small park ! At least it's not Grotty here ....
Was a bit exposed ,,,, so I hid it better !

Decided to pick up a few drive by caches today, trying to improve our find stats after an abysmal effort last year! These GROTTY caches are good for that, however they did take us to some very grotty areas, in desperate need of a good CITO! A quick and straightforward find here, thanks for the hide.
#3233. Today I headed out around the city to pick up quite a few challenge caches and any other traditional caches that happened to be nearby. Caching on a public holiday is useful as the traffic is quite light in the city and most businesses were all closed. After doing a few caches in Onehunga, I headed down the motorway to Wattle Downs and Takanini. I parked near this cache and headed over to the GZ. I don't seem to have logged a DNF for this one previously but I remember having a quick look for this last time I was in South Auckland. Well I looked in the wrong area back then as today the GPS took me somewhere very different. After a couple of minutes I spotted the cache hidden in a fairly friendly place. Signed the logbook and replaced the cache as found. Thanks for hiding it here.
Out in the Takanini Ardmore area picking up some smilie faces. Ended up with finding a lot of Grotty caches.
We went on a trip out to Takanini area to find a specific cache, so while out there we went out towards Ardmore & found a lot of Grotty caches as well.
Thanks for placing this cache Agazo
I was in the area today at a bit of a loose end, so decided to take s gander for a cache or two. ..decided upon this one. .. parked nearby and walked to GO

Out and about with Pagenz on a grotty weather day in Auckland, picking up some grotty caches and whatever else we happened to be passing.
Out and about with Team Welsh on a rather damp day. Saw dead rats, wrecked cars and lots of rubbish. T4tc
One of a number of GROTTY caches I found this morning. They certainly helped in a healthy overall tally for the day. TFTC
On the way home from family birthday in Auckland. Needed a cache that was S37.02... - this one fitted the bill. TFTC.
Out and about on a grotty weather afternoon with hoofnt doing some of the grotty caches. Will be back for the rest in this series soon. TFTC
An interesting little green hideaway here that ive driven past loads of times but never noticed. Cache quickly located, TFTC!
Dashed out late this afternoon to grab a couple of GROTTYs before dinner . . . . thanks for the hide
Wanting a straight forward cache after a frustratingly long search resulting in a DNF nearby. That is exactly what we got. As previous, camo had deserted it, therefore very easy find . TFTC
A little green oasis in the centre of an industrial area. I wonder if anyone comes here in their lunch break? Probably not.
We seem to be following kiwiscot19, he recovers the caches with natural camo really well, well done!

Found it easily as it wasn't covered. Have tried to recover with natural materials but not sure if they will just blow away in a big wind. TFTC
Another good find in the series, it was an interesting drive around this part of town today, lots of interesting things to see. Thanks for the encouragement to venture somewhere new.
TFTC & the series.

A quick walk to gz to grab this one. Thanks for another of this series. We are wondering what these containers are from?? 3 day road trip from Hawkes bay to Auckland and back. Great few days to grab a number of caches. Tftc
7.45pm - With the Squirrel being navigator, caches seemed to be coming quickly. No problems so far finding the Grotty trail. SLTFTC
Another GROTTY cache found with tmann421.
Thanks for the series and for the interesting locations.

With Gap (of Fap and Gap)... Unsure of our mission at present. We are looking for high difficulty caches, but anything will suffice today... After a brief pause for dinner, the decision was made to continue picking up park and grabs as the light began to fade...
Grotty... Luckily we didn't decide to bush bash across to ground zone. I suspect we might have had quite a wet experience... A fairly quick find, even in the dark. TFTC.

Trip to Takanini left me with a little time to get a few caches; this one was nearby so first on the list. Nice little area in an industrial wasteland. TFTC.
We decided to grab a few drive by caches before we headed to the Motorhome park at Ardmore. Quick find TFTC.
Little secluded place for a cache. It does seem to be a little quite right than normal, but still lots of cars.

First grotty of the day, I'm still chasing some numbers so I can get my 3000th cache to land on Mnt Tongariro on 25th of this month. A nice easy find here today, cheers Agazo.
Tftc. Out with pricefamily6 trying to bump up the numbers to get to 500. This makes 481. Well name or not it's here
I had a few hours to spare in Auckland while in transit to places a long way off so I took a drive around to try and find a few more GROTTY caches. Last GROTTY cache for me today. Time to stop finding caches and start finding dinner. Glad this cache was where it was and not somewhere else. TFTC, Biggles
Found ... Mrs McMike2012 & I decided to go for a drive to see if we could find a cache to cross off another date in our calendar ... easily found & quickly replaced on a quiet Sunday afternoon ... TN:LN:SL ... TFTC ... #1,189 for us.
I have unfortunately gotten to the point of wanting to collect a cache a day... And this was today's one, close to my parents place, as I go there for lunch!
The first of the GROTTY series found. These are near where I work regularly but I am not often attired well enough to cache. This one seemed to fit the brief, and was a quick find on the way home.
Found this one just lying on the grass, put it back where I thought it should be.

Out and about today, heading South for some cache detection. But first, I have a couple of sacks of cans to get rid of. I thought I would give metalman here in Takanini a go as it was on the way, with minimal detour. With that sorted, since I was passing by this one, I decided to get my first find for the day out of the way. Parked up and found my way in. Initially overshot GZ slightly. Turned around and spotted the hide for a super quick find. Right, time to hit the road. Cheers for the cache placement!
Headed out this way to pick up some of the newer grottys to fulfil some of the requirements for the licence I am working on.
Quick find. Thanks for the cache.

While the rest of Auckland was at the beach today we headed to Drury to do some caching. Stopped by this one on the way and MrNZT made the find while Mrs kept the car running with the A/C on, boy its warm out there! TFTC!
Joined up with yorkshirekiwi83 today to tackle some South Auckland caches and after a busy morning of caching we decided to continue with the ever growing Grotty series. A quick find here, TFTC!
