Found a different object that threw us off for a bit before finding the cache. TFTC
In the area for some berry picking down the road. Spent WAY too much time on this one. Just as I was putting the log back, a local resident muggle asked me if I found what I was looking for. She did not seem happy. She asked what I was doing, and why was I looking at the Telephone cable connections. I explained what Geocaching was, showed her the app on my phone, the log etc... She then said she had heard of geocaching. That explains all the suspicious activity. She ha shad a lot of telephone line trouble over the past few months. She asked to have it moved, as she does not feel comfortable with all the activity. I assured her I would contact the CO. TFTC, and the opportunity to interact with the locals. AND TNX for # 400
GPS led us a bit of a merry chase but after a cup of coffee it was a quick find. TFTC
had to paf for this one, came back for a 2nd look and have no idea how i missed it the first time, tftc
29/10/16 15:40 Had looked for and missed this one on an earlier date. Positive I'd looked at the correct spot before 'cause it's probably right where I would've placed it... New glasses maybe? Thanks for this, Cheers, GC.
On our way to the Mega in Turangi.
Was stopping for caches that were close to our intended route to keep our numbers ticking over on the trip down.
Parked and made the quick find.

I've been here before, and failed. Much luckier today. Cheers.
The weekend in Hamilton is done, time to find a few caches on the way to the airport.
Thanks to the CO's for the hides. Cheers.

I can't go to 'here comes another' and not continue on to this one! Another nice quick find, thanks
A quick park and grab here and more cows saying hello!! Day one of a 4 day road trip from Hawkes Bay to Auckland and back to collect as many caches as we can. Log signed as b&p.Tftc
On the way cross-country to head down to New Plymouth and only had time to pick up a couple of caches on the way. As usual the muggle-hubbie beat me to it - great spot here, TFTC
Lol I was leaning on my haunches wondering where it was, and then I looked down. Low and behold here it is! Had a good laugh haha
Found with Philip.Perry and Tnxpro today on a mission to collect the nearby kiwiart series and NZ icon series. Well placed cache took us a while to spot this one

Found this with Davidsonclan and Philip.Perry while we were in the area picking up the Kiwi Icon and Kiwi Art puzzle series caches and any others in the vicinity. Part of a haul of about 150 caches in the same day.
Cleverly tucked away, away from Bruces sight. Ha. Found right under his nose. TFTC

This was a neat little spot and a well earned break from the 127 puzzles we'd set about finding today. The cache and hint were pretty straight forward and it was a quick find. Cheers again moggy val
Rugby on today and the non participants were well luricated which made looking difficult. They kept offering to help me. After they finally found another distraction I started looking in earnest. Still took me far too long. Thanks for the cache
Clever hide nice quick find...even had time to watch a bit of the rugby that was being played.thanks for the cache
On my way thru Hamilton, I decided to go for three large geocaches to finally finish a challenge. Quick stop on my way to the large one in the area. TFTC
#222. Previous visit the gate was open and the Navman lead me in. Today the gate was closed and I used my Geosense. Tftc.
Gave up looking for the cach yesterday, returned today & spotted straight away with fresh eyes! Great hiding spot! Thx
On my way home after Joining forces with 11hpg11 to tackle the Paeroa-Te Aroha leg of the HRT series today: a great way to spend a sunny late summer Sunday. I stopped to find a nearby newish placement and, impressed by the quality of the hide, thought it worth the detour to find the other three. I wasn't disappointed! Thankfully a nice easy find here, thanks to the hint - nicely done - thanks for the placement
You got us going here, but we were in too deep to give up. We decided to do the others (there was a dog walker here) and then return with a fresh perspective.
Doh! A quick find on the second stop. We were definitely overthinking it.

A nice and easy grab today. Intriguing that there's a locked gate here, perhaps not allowed to enjoy the reserve unless on foot? TFTC!
I was walking round in circles for a while, until I viewed the problem from a new angle and all became clear. Tftc
Took Mrs Dragon out for brunch followed by a nice drive in the country, to collect a few caches of course. Went around in circles for a bit but eventually got there, how could I have been so blind
thanks for the placement, thanks for the cache

No luck today, even with three pairs of geocacher eyes. Chatting dog walker muggles on the other side of the reserve appeared to be ignoring us, but we didn't want to be too obvious so will try again another time.
Had a thorough search but no luck. Reading the latest log which didn't come up on my phone when out there maybe I was not thinking like a cacher. Not far from home so will be back.
Nice little spot to stop and have a look for a cache. Wandered around and searched all the wrong places before the ah ha moment hit and it was soon found. Soon spotted the little hiding spot. Thanks for showing us this area.
GPSr was point a but further in, but after a "where would I hide it" moment is was quickly located
With Gap (of Fap and Gap)... Heading to Auckland (Hauraki Gulf) for a caching adventure on Browns Island. There seems to have been a mini explosion of caches that really need to be dealt to. This is our driving mission today...
Another quick find at this location. We just had to contend with passing motorists, so it was best not to hang about. TFTC.

Hadn't initially planned to head out tonight and find a few of the new caches, but the lure of four possible FTF's got me out of the door. Just as I spotted GZ in the distance I noticed another car parked there, and as I got closer I noticed it was KayGeeDee. Had only just got out of the car and about to join in on the search when KayGeeDee spotted it so timed it perfectly for a joint FTF.
1406 FTF with HKCB. Had just arrived at GZ when HKCB arrived. First joint FTF for me
