### **OWNER MAINTENANCE REQUIRED PLEASE** ###
----------
Hi there Ketchthor,
This cache has been flagged by Geocaching HQ as a cache that **MAY** need some attention.
You may recall having received an automated email from Geocaching HQ which explained what you needed to do.
Unfortunately, nothing seems to have happened, so I am having to take the next step and temporarily disable the cache - see here: [**Geocache Health Score.**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=713)
**Can you please respond to this situation (or indicated your intention) within 14 days,** so others know exactly what is happening with this cache?
You have lots of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:
- Check on the cache, repair and/or replace the cache or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) indicating the cache has been checked and [**ENABLE your cache.**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ) Then sit back and wait for the praises.
- If you really hope to get it fixed but there is some unusual reason why you can't do it soon, then at least post a Write Note log (within 14 days). Be sure to indicate the actual date that you expect to have it fixed so that everyone knows you are on top of it. For ongoing issues (where you don't have an actual date) please ensure you visit the page and post a note every 28 days so as to keep everyone up to speed.
- If you don't plan on fixing it then you could consider passing it on to another geocacher by asking them to [**Adopt it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=54) or alternatively, you need to [**Archive it,**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56) so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.
You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of those. Well, if nothing happens, then a few weeks from today, when I next look at the cache page, it is likely that I will, unfortunately, have to de-list (Archive) it on the basis that it has been abandoned.
Honestly, I'd rather you decide, so please do something before then. Please don't send me an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.

Couldn’t seem to find it however didn’t hang around and look for too long as it started raining heavily. Previous people haven’t been able to find it may suggest it’s not there anymore. Shame
Found today with BFMC while venturing for LeeLee's birthday lunch. An easy find at GZ. This area is certainly building up.

Out and about for an early Bday lunch for LeeLee today which of course means a cache is in order as well. After a DNF nearby we ventured over here and made a fairly straight forward find at GZ with the birthday girl doing the honors. TFTC.
TFTC- Out on a perfect summers morning riding our bikes with team 2A's along paths around the bay.
Quick find before doing some bird spotting at the local wildlife reserve TBs paid a visit
TFTC! Nice simple easy one, just moved into the neighbourhood and this is my first cache. Log book will need replacing, not much space left

TFTC! Quick and easy collection, a lot of muggles around, and it easy and fast to do it undetected.
I am from Bendigo Vic, having a day out with the geohusband and geokids. We Have been picking up a toy pirate ship, toy kitchen and a dolls house for the kids, bought from various families off Facebook aound Hoppers Crossing vicinity. Thanks for placing this cache in such a beautiful location in Point Cook. The kids are loving the nearby playground. TNLN found this cache on 11.6.18 at 3pm
Not if a hunt but found by the smaller and more nimble member of the family. Still in good condition. Sltnln tftc
Out caching with thomo31 on a freezing afternoon, stopped by so thomo31 could bird watch. Grabbed this one quick. TFTC
Found with teamashy on a birding drive. teamashy found it while I looked at the birds nearby. TFTC
Miss ten was a little nervous but so excited to find the camouflaged box. Off to the next!

A nice place to visit. I looked in a few places before the cache was located. The Geo-dogs were enjoying a day out and about caching.
Thanks **Ketchthor**

*Out and about grabbing a cache to keep my streak alive*...
**333** *consecutive days with finds*
Another one crossed off in this series. Good to be back from my 4+ months away and time to clean up some of the many new caches (and one or two older ones).
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment Ketchthor. Appreciate your effort.
Greetings from Victoria.

Wrong side initially, but soon located the hide. Great spot with plenty of birdlife. T4TCl

*Today we limited our target area to Werribee & Point Cook as there are more than enough unfound caches such as this one waiting for us.*
After adding our name to the log, we watched a swan gathering her charges together for the evening.
Thanks to Ketchthor for placing this cache.

Out caching with Patacake on a great day, stopped for this one, tried to feed ducks but was swamped by seagulls. Made the find amid the commotion, replaced cache and we were on our way tftc.
We found this cache by following the cache page information and we found it lurking in its hiding place. Had to wait quite a while after signing the log to return the cache, as a junior muggle was very interested in what we were doing, so we waited until he was well away before returning it to where it belonged. Many thanks to Ketchthor for showing us this beautiful area with a very well used and interesting play area for the kids.
Nice walk along the boardwalk! Left clip, took cute purple poodle keyring. - W + M + E
Thanks ketchthor for this series. The kids have really enjoyed the great parks here. We will be back for the DNF on #2 another time.
A great family area. A bit jealous of the locals here. Cache was well hidden but easy to find with clues.
Morning adventure on a windy day to visit the crocodile park. Took nothing. TFTC.
Well this cache took aaaages - not to actually find it, but because we had to spend a long time both before and after grabbing it at the amazing playground and waterpark nearby hahaha. It was a really sunny and warm day (for August especially) so we took our time to enjoy the surrounds. The park was deserted today but I've seen it when it first opened in the height of summer and was packed! Cache was straightforward - so much so that geodude4 found it easily himself. Signed and returned as found. TFTC
A quick dash out to grab a nervy cache to fill another hole on my 366 calendar. Have been to this park before and it is fantastic! Shame a big kid like me would stand out too much playing and exploring here! haha. Will just have to wait til the lil one is older so I can take her as my excuse. A nice quick find here. TFTC

So, being a geocaching souvenir tart, I had to make a run to find at least one cache today. Ketchthor's Saltwater series looked good for a hunt today. I had planned to start at #1 and work my way along to #4, but I took a wrong turn on the way, so started at this end. Found a nice spot to park my motorcycle and off I set. A fairly quick and easy find for me today.
Cache is in good condition.

A quick and easy drive by as we cache our way around the area today with mcsee&petal. More high quality public area Very nice. Thanks for bringing us here and thanks for the cache.
Found in the company of Papillon4506 as we ascended on this area to find a few caches for the day and to check out the area as well.
A nice easy find here and we were soon on our way to the next cache. Thanks for placement here Ketchthor.

Our first geocache outing...took some finding given it was our first go! Forgot to bring a pen as well but left a Pokemon card for the next geocacher
Second go but me and my two girls found it. Their first find so they were super excited.
The forecast for today had it getting worse in the afternoon, so BettyBoo3747 and I choofed off down to Point Cook to collect a puzzle long solved. While we were in the area we did a few others.
Started on the wrong side of the lair first, but eventually got there.
They have done very nice work landscaping this area, and after the find, we walked the dogs around a bit.
Thanks, Robmc.

# 10737. Having spent the last two days riding around in the sunshine we decided to take the dogs for an outing and find a few caches, hopefully before the rains came. I managed 5 finds and the dogs had a couple of walks and we beat the rains!
Rob made this one harder than he need by lying flat on the ground - not for this little black duck. I went to the other side and soon had the cache to hand and our names on the log sheet. The log has been very wet at some stage so looks very mouldy but is signable. And now off we go for a walk with the dogs around the lovely little lake.
Thanks Ketchthor

Found easily as I dare say is intended. Lots more building works going on in this area now.
I enjoyed the 4 caches in this series which provided me with a good look at this linear park through this new development. Even found a nice café for lunch on the way.
A nice hide here and on a sunny day no issue getting down to find it..
Cheers

Quick stop on the way home, to look for this little series. This is a nice little development with all the parks and green spaces down the middle of the main avenue. It was a bright sunny day this afternoon which we haven't had for a while but unfortunately that meant everyone was out and about and increased the difficulties of all of these finds. Had to wait out a few dog walkers and the person across the road deciding to come home at just that moment but eventually I managed to spot the hide and make the find. I made sure to appreciate the camo seeing as though you'd gone to the trouble to make it. Thanks for the cache Ketchthor.
This one was slightly tricky and a fun one to find. The camo tape was pretty cool too. We didnt take anything, but added a wooden toy penguin to the cache which we found abandoned in the bushes
Went to the wrong side at first. Once that I was sorted the cache was found and the log signed. Quite surprised by this development. Thanks for highlighting the area here.

I had to wait for the coast to be clear before I could checkout Lauren's lair. I spooked a duck and found the cache just where I thought it might be. Thanks Ketchthor, it's an awesome sunny day.
Well due to wet weather, that was a little messier than expected but happy to say we found it after an unsuccessful search at an earlier cache
As the weather was fine, and the living is easy, we took the kids to have a play at the crocodile playground.
We figured we would do some caches around the area.
Only one trade item, so we put two trades in.
