No longer part of Te Araroa here so archiving this one. Collected the container this morning. Thanks for all the finds.
We're walking the TA. The style is gone, replaced by a "no walking access" sign, and the trail now follows the road here.
yebo Skaga,

All good to go again here. Nice new fence. The addition of a fruit bag for passing hikers on the trail is a nice touch- please leave it for the hikers though!
Replaced this cache today in the new location. It's not as well hidden here so please be careful to hide before leaving.
A wee addition since I placed this cache- nice hospitality, thanks mystery fruit supplier!
Have temporarily disabled cache until work in the area is finished and a more permanent hiding place can be found if the stile does in fact move. No logs will be accepted on this cache until it is enabled again.
Thanks for your co-operation.

We are up in the area to bring a daughter to join her husband who is walking the Te Araroa trail.
Parked on the roadside and quickly spotted the hint, and the cache soon after. There is a lot of new fencing work going on, and the fence line would appear to have been moved - The stile is now free-standing. All good at present, but this cache may need attention at some point. TFTC.

(1873) Up in the mid North on a caching raid today, Great to pick up some easier road side caches to help the count. TFTC
So today saw a geocaching adventure with Vistra, Tikitour and myself. Our adventurer started early in the morning and saw us heading for a bunch of caches both new and old in Russel and Puketi Forest and surrounding back-roads. In total we spent over 14 hours on the road and out caching visiting places that we would never have gone without caching,

Another joint First to Find with my buddy GraciesGPSfun. Saw a pheasant on the way to this one and quite a few early morning rabbits crossing the road. The cows were heading back to their paddocks after the morning milking. Time for us to head home for breakfast too. Just read the walk description online. The kids would love the swing bridge. Will have to do that part of the walk for sure. We've done the Rainbow Falls part many times. Thanks for these lovely new caches
Got the text at 8.30pm. New caches available. 7am this morning we headed off to find a couple of ftfs.
We collected this cache stylishly. Great to get two ftfs in a morning. Lovely farm land. I will come back and check out the trail. TFTC
