Quick stop for this one while the delightful community fair bangs along nearby, TFTC.
It was getting late in the day on a Friday, so the crowds were thinning. No one was in the structure at the time, so mostly just traffic to be concerned with. Found in the second place felt. Thanks supernanny#1206

Wow! A very well designed little cache and a very wet welly evening but the cache and the bus shelter were surprisingly weather tight thanks for the cache!
Sunday saw the start of the Solstice souvenir, which would require me to find 21 caches this coming week. Normally that wouldn't be much of an issue, but what with the current series of Wheel of Challenges, and being in the southern hemisphere with it's shortest days, I was keen to keep my numbers going by finding a few caches today.
I was in Wellington itself this evening, scouting out a couple of potential locations for new caches to get published this coming Saturday. That brought me to this part of town, so gave me a chance to look for this cache.
I felt a bit awkward looking for it, as it was dark and I was using torchlight to look where the posted co-ords took me. There was lots of traffic too, and I wonder what they thought I was up to. After a few minutes of fruitless searching I shifted my focus to the structure nearby and then made a quick find.
No issues to report with this cache so once I'd signed the log I replaced it as found. Thanks for placing this here.

Cool little cache. Think people waiting for the bus thought we were a little crazy which added to the fun! TFTC!!
Had just attended a M&G event in the Parliament grounds, now out to find a few geocaches that I wanted to find. Thanks supernannny for the cache.
After quite a few dnfs I got my Wellington family to search....and this had definitely gone.
Couriered a new container down to my son yesterday; and it is now in position ready for finding again !

Yep last time it was just me! Gosh it’s small! And in the last place I looked! Thank you!
Couldn’t find it myself! I’m new to geocaching so it might just be me, but I thought I’d log in case somethings happened to it.
Thanks Helen. A quick find on s caching weekend in the Capital visiting my son who actually enjoys coming caching with his old man!
I found this one in the last place I looked. Good thing I didn't keep looking after I found it or they would put my in the home for the insane Geocachers. I hear it is already pretty full. TFTC.
Good to park around the corner. Cute little logbook! What a laugh... snooping around for it... and the lights came on! Very handy. TFTC
I've found G2's hides in Wellington today... How to miss Supernannny cache placed in the capital? No way! Nice and easy find while in Central Park.
Happy Easter Helen! And TFTC!

I've driven past this cache countless times and often wondered when is right time to search here. Well, today I was driving by again and spotted places to park nearby which I have never seen vacant before. So I "dived" into one and surveyed the muggle factor. Oh; a couple of kids sitting across the road waiting for a bus. How far away is that I wonder? Then a car horn and the kids rush off to be collected by a parent. (I hope anyway!) I was a little alarmed that they dashed across the road without looking left and luckily there was no traffic. Which is why I'm here myself. So out of the car, see who might be watching, then start feeling around. Somehow I put my hand straight on the cache. A very cute container and a unique beautifully presented log. Probably classified as a nano but by far the best nano I've ever dealt with - no pesky log rolling or writing in 1mm lettering. Great to finally turn this into a smiley. TFTC.
Great to be able to turn this frown upside down. Did not find on my last visit, today i had a bit more wisdom and a bit more luck so was a nice start to a day of wanders and geocaching. TFTC Supernanny.
This took a little time. I was on the wrong level for a while but I eventually got to the right place. All good at GZ and TFTC.
Great cache. Only slightly awkward to find! Alas I did not bring a pen today. Will be re-doing this trek - 8km down and 6 caches found!
Had to explain geocaching to a couple of muggles, don't think they have joined our club though. Easy find once they had moved on, tftc.
This cache didn't feature in my plans today but a couple of DNFs meant I still needed a find to keep my daily find streak alive. The middle of the day wasn't the best time to be searching for a cache like this but I fortunately timed my arrival to coincide with a bus leaving - although another did turn up in the very short time I was there. I was pleased to locate the wee treasure very quickly and get on my way again.
I thought I should write this in the style of the cache description ! It's late at night and still no parking spaces ! Hoping for a quick find I parked across someone's driveway and walk back to the bus stop! A quick look-around suggested only one place and a feel only produced spiderwebs ! Check the streets for approaching muggles ... none, so hands and knees and tor soon revealed the hide ! Sorry about the short log, but with no keyboard I am stuck with one finger typing - it's so tedious ! Thanks for the night cache !
Found it - thanks super nanny! (Just had to wait for people to catch their bus) Neat cache
I give up its DNF for me but I didn't give up easily. Will wait to see if there is another find before returning.
No problems locating this cleverly disguised cache. Fortunately no buses nor bus patrons around to disturb me. Left my mark on the pristine log sheet. TFTC Supernanny!
Tried and tried...muggle sister did very unsubtle crawling around. Failed! Sniff, sniff. Will give it another try if I am back this way.
I have returned again to Wellington for further training for my new job. This time I am here for a full week - from Wednesday to Tuesday, including the weekend - which work is paying for as it is currently cheaper to pay for accommodation and a daily stipend then it is to pay for return airfares around the country for us all.
So I have taken advantage of a weekend free to do my own thing and sign off a number of caches I didn't get a chance to find the last time I was down here. Headed out early on Sunday morning with the intention of finding a few caches, before the rain started, and ended up exploring the hills above Wellington while walking more than 18km.
As I approached the shelter here the bus was just leaving, so I knew I had plenty of time before I would potentially be interrupted by Muggles. Didn't take too long for me to spy the cache.

Found with 13yo. We weren't at the right level when we arrived but we soon got in the right spot. 13YO was the first to find it. Quite a unique container and log. TFTC Helen
Stopped to get this cache on way back home after a movie at penthouse cinema. TFTC
Spent a bit of time trying to find this one on queens birthday weekend. Lucky we were sheltered from the rain. Just as we were about to call it quits I did one more feel around and it magically appeared into my hands.
Nice quick find, hardest part was looking nonchalant when the bus pulled up! TFTC!
At a local cafe so decided to pop up the road to retrieve this one. Hadn't seen this type of cache before. No muggles so a quick easy find. TFTC.
Thankfully the bus has just left so had GL to ourselves. Found easily enough with @peadub while out biking on a beautiful sunny Waitangi Day. Cleaver cache! Signed teeny tiny log and replaced where found. TFTC.
Our last find for the afternoon. #7.
I hate to admit that I managed an unlogged dnf a year or so ago.
We parked in Helen St and walked down to the bus stop.
I made sure that Ms M accompanied me for moral support at the very least. She took a seat while I got down low, and there it was. Yay

Over lunch break today I recruited the services of a friend to drive me to GZ as it was raining. The things we do in order to maintain a daily streak. When I looked at the details of the owner I was surprised as I wasn't used to seeing your caches outside the Auckland scene. Well done. A quick find for me here and the cache is holding up well. So the log book has been signed and the cache is nicely back in it's spot all ready for the next hunter. Thanks heaps for taking the time to set up this cache. As always I really appreciate your efforts Supernannny.
This is geo streak day #1076 in a row for me today. TFTC

Lovely quick find, and this makes 100.
Had aimed to do this over the weekend but am so glad it cleared up for me to leg it up here and enjoy the end of the days sun.
