Melbourne weather! Hot one day, raining the next. A quick change of route avoided the worst of the rain and put me on track for a FTF later in the day.A tragic story indeed, thanks H_3.
Marshalls Geelong found this cache today,Quick easy find. Such a sad story!TFTC
Found after staying at Green Hill Lake campsite near Arrarat before traveling to our next stop-over at Inverleigh, finding caches along the way. After setting up camp at the roadside campsite at the edge of Inverleigh, I headed out in the late afternoon for a couple of entertaining hours of caching before nightfall. Thanks for the cache H_3!
A long awaited weekend trip to Geelong saw us catching up with friends and targeting some of our long list of solved puzzles, amongst other caches as well. But these couple of days passed so quickly, and this cache was our last stop on the way back home. What a sad sad story (as all of these Little Angels stories are). We met another family team of cachers here and stopped for a brief chat before we went our separate ways. All is good at GZ with the cache. TFTC H_3.
Such a sad story. Been meaning to stop and get this cache many times when passing. Today was the day, a nice easy park and grab. TFTC
Heading down to Portland for a few days, I picked a few well spaced caches to break my journey.. This was my first cache for the day and it was a nice easy find. Such a sad story, but it comes with a lesson. My thanks to H_3 for the cache.
A sad story of a family disaster. The cache in god condition was found while passing through.
With dot558 travelling towards Geelong and had to stop,It's always sad when die so youngThanks for the cache (all good)
Off on a day trip from Ballarat to Winchelsea, Colac and Beeac and this was my first stop. No issues here and the cache was soon spotted and the log signed. From here it was up to the cemetery.
Thanks for story here H_3....and the reason to stop.

Donuthole had a something to pick up in Inverleigh but needed a bigger vehicle to transport it home, Thats where my Kia Carnival came in handy. After we had collected the goods we a had some time so a multi or two was in order before heading home to Geelong.
This was between two multis so I just had to stop and grab it too.
Thank you H_3 for the smiley

Nice easy find on the way home from a wet and windy weekend exploring the Warnambool area on Melbourne Cup weekend 22 while most of the state was Flooding. Tftc
It's been a while since we last found one of your Little Angels caches. Today we were in Inverleigh and started our cache smilies with this one.
Sad stories - so nice to have the angels honoured. We assume that the name of Gibson Road refers to the same family?
Picked up an awesome pathtag from this cache.
Thank you for the story and the pensive mood!

On my way to Beaufort this morning for work and decided to leave earlier bso I can pick up some caches on the way Nice little series, thank you
The South West Tour. We had planned a longer stay but a few things got in the way so it’s Saturday to Monday. The caching aim was to get some higher D/T ratings and get our average for both above 1.75. Cressy Railway Station was to be the first but a couple others tempted us. TFTC
Accurate coordinates made this cache a quick find . All's good at gz , Thanks H_3
Stopped here after a quick visit to Geelong and soon had the cache in hand and my signature in the log
thanks for bringing me here
thanks for bringing me here
Another quick find on the way to Port Fairy for the weekend. What an interesting but sad story. We are now off to the cemetery to see the grave sites of the two young girls. TFTC and the story.
Interestingly the parents died within 5 days of each other as can be seen on the headstone.

Found while heading home from a day in Geelong. Such a sad story. Signed and replaced. TFTC.
I love quick finds next to main roads. The perfect place for hubby to get out and have a smoke and before he is finished I’m signed and back in the car. TFTC I really appreciated the pen as mine decided not to work.
Found at 3:39 PM GAFF1.
A tragic story that the parents would be going over for ever wondering if they may have been responsible - a quadruple tragedy!
Thanks H_3.

What a sad story this is. Placing this cache is a great way to remember their memory. SL TFTC
Found on a windy cool Sunday. Lots of traffic going past but no muggles around. Do you ever wonder what drivers think when they see you standing near a tree? I used to until I discovered geocaching. Thanks for the story behind the twins, writing about them shows a different part of how life was back then. I am also a genealogist so I do rather enjoy these caches. TFTC
A trip to the country and a few caches along the way to break the journey.
Made a quick find here with one eye looking for snakes.
Thanks to H_3 for the placement and fun.

One day in frozen UK,
We drove to the drop off bay.
Took off high and came down in Australia.
With not much to bring
Bar a satisfied grin,
Less than 800 caches to my name
Then along came a virus
Which sat down beside us
And cancelled my home going plane.
We stuck to the rules
Stayed mostly indoors
But gradually sanity left us.
So with no real plans
But sanitized hands
We set off for a wood full of caches.
Of 1000 I never
Dreamed I would ever
Catch on this trip to down under
But I've stayed here so long
That it wouldn't be wrong
To think I could hit this great number.

Monday 3/2 on way to nelson for a week caravanning... found using TrudyJane's 'eye'.
Having just dropped off Master frilk for a week of fun with friends I decided that I would grab a few caches on the way to Geelong. It was lunchtime so I thought that I would make the most of the afternoon at Inverleigh.
A quick find at the GZ. TNLN. TFTC.

Despite the sadness in the tragedies, we enjoy these caches as you learn a little about local history. Reasonably accurate coordinates and the hint led to a quick find. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks H_3 for the cache and the series.
On our way back from a training day with Mr X from Hamilton we stop with this one very tragic story of the pair. Nice easy find thanks for the cache
