Well there you go, just when we thought we had seen a big cache, along comes this one, how you got that in place is a feat in engineering in itself. After fishing around in there we eventually got the logbook and signed our lives away.Off to the next one.

23-Jul-23
A weekend caching with k9team, we made our way towards Baccus Marsh first stopping in marlsbury and then Daylesford to pick up some caches along the way. Over the day we found 26 caches consisting of multi's Mysteries Virtual and traditional caches. Thanks to all the Co's for making it an interesting day.
Finding a multi cache near by we decided to drive to the end of the road and collect the rest of the caches before heading into town for dinner. Of course, there was always 1 more to find along the way and spent the next 3 hours making our way to Baccus Marsh for dinner.
Today's cache makes day 44 of my ongoing streak.
Tftc sorry for the generic log.

22-Jul-23
On our way from Bendigo to Ledgerder national park we thought we would stop for a few caches in Malmesbury and Daylesford on our way.
After completing Razorback we did this series Ttfc
Sorry for the generic log

Out for the day with Sol de lune. Heading to the 21st Birthday - Victorian Caching Events, at O’Briens Crossing in Lederderg State Park, The CITO at Pykes Reservoir, and some caching in between. First pick up after the event. Oh that tree almost took out the cache, the Perfect Man will now need a chainsaw to complete the task.Quick find and sign.

Thanks for this cache mudbrick

24-Jun-23
After attending the **21st Birthday - Victorian Caching Event** I was making my way to the **Pykes Creek Reservoir CITO**. With some time to spare I stopped off for this cache... mainly because it is a *Large* one. The sun was shining after a rain squall had blown through which was good as it was a bit of a battle to get into the cache as part of a tree seems to have moved.

In the company of **surefoot24, N0w0rries** and **The _Evil_Muggle** we managed to get in... and out... without resorting to the chainsaw... although that was a close-run thing.

Thanks **mudbrick** for this cache... the series is now on my *to do list*... just not sure when I will get around to it.

24-Jun-23
This was the second Yorick’s Odessy cache I found today. Here a huge tree had fallen over the cache, but with a bit of teamwork with Long John Silva, N0w0rries and The _Evil_Muggle we extracted the cache and remembered to note the hint for the bonus cache this time. It may be a while before I find them all. At least the rain had stopped by the time we got here!

Find number 12115 at 2:03:56 pm on Saturday the 24 June 2023
Travelled out here this morning for the 1st Event 21st Aniversary Event and to have another look around the area whilst grabbing a few more geocaches Smile
Stopped on the main road and got my feet wet through after the short downpour which has now just abated a little.
**Thanks for placing this cache mudbrick**

Tftc. Fun find.

28-May-23
Slid down the hill to this cache. Quick find but awkward retrieval due to a tree fall.

27-May-23
Found quickly and Mr 7 stuck his hand in since lid can’t be opened all the way and grabbed the log.

23-May-23
Next stop along the road and another neat container. Took a little to open because of the tree limb, but all was good the log was soon signed.

Thanks again mudbrick...good fun and fav point added. Cache all good.

The final for us along this road today. Heading off to a less insect populated area.
Took nothing, left nothing.
Thanks for placing this geocache here for us to find today, for without those who like to hide geocaches, there would be nothing around for those who like to find geocaches.

This isn't what we expected! Awesome job! Loved this, thanks for the cache!

What a fabulous cache. I waited a while for the perfect man but the only contender was my Geo-pup. My perfect man!! Many thanks. I'll need to come back this way for a few days I think

06-Dec-22
A nice quick find and a good size cache. The living tree has fallen recently so the cache is a little harder to access and perhaps a little more obvious than it was, but other than that it is ok.

19-Sep-22
Found it. A tree has fallen next to it and made access difficult. Tftc

Liked it but hard to get to

25-Jun-22
It was an early start to the morning. After a breakfast event it was off to search the bush for Yorick! I joined a crew of explorers making their way on and off the trails to find this series of caches.

With lunch over and an afternoon caching stint complete with GemmaSistema, I teamed up with OzHockeyChick, chook and geoturtle37 for some final caches on the way.

This one sure was hard to miss, even if I did approach from the wrong angle.

Thanks mudbrick for adding this cache to the worldwide collection for us all to find.

A long overdue day out with Geoturtle37, exploring more of Lerdy with Chook(‘n’chunk). After a bushwalk chasing Yorick, a delicious lunchtime event, and a 4x4 trek to pick up puzzles, we teamed up with RoamingHowie to finish the day with some drivebys.
This was a lovely sized cache.
Thanks for bringing us here today by placing this cache, mudbrick

Never get tired and always a big smile on each of these caches. Superb.

25-Jun-22
Hilarious! Alas poor Yorick! I knew him NOT and really “there is nothing either good or bad, but thinking makes it so.” But either way I thinks this fun. And, yippeee -no disappointments and all approached with anticipation - the planets aligned and I made the trek from afar, bunked in the girliemobile for the night at Pykes and then headed to the brekky event followed by a tramp in the bush to find these fab Yoricks caches and then to the grand finale ’20 year celebration event’. This whole series has been totally rewarding and impressive. TFTC and the superb planning that has been created for our enjoyment. An odyssey indeed. A fave for sure I thinks.

25-Jun-22
Whilst in the area to attend a nearby event, I went ahuntin' with CybergranV.
This series has really impressed me with the great imagination, and workmanship. We had quite a chuckle over the hides.
Thanks mudbrick. A job well done, and a favourite point given.

25-Jun-22
Found with dalerious and a group of cachers which included the illustrious CO of this magnificent series Cool.
I had no idea what to expect when we placed this series of caches on our list to be undertaken between two events, in an area dalerious and I have not been to before.
The morning started early and we nearly missed the boat getting to the first event with just enough time to hastily pack a bag, say our goodbyes to the rest of the group who were not hiking with us.
Once on the walk, we caught up to a gentleman and said g'day Big Grin. It was the CO himself. It was a lovely surprise to meet you as we didn't know you were there due to us missing the important introductions.
It was a pleasure to meet you, mudbrick Big GrinCool.

I have never had the pleasure of doing a series to which each and every container was made with such great attention to detail, and as for the theme, well that was well and truly up my alley Razz. The excitement was palpable, and we were all eager to get to the next cache to see what the container was going to be.
You kept the theme going perfectly, and we were in awe at how you found so many quality props for the hides [xx(].
I cannot say too much about our wander around this beautiful area, signing our name in a series that we will never forget, and will talk about for a long time Big Grin.
mudbrick, you truly are a master of the game.

Thank you sir for the privilege.

25-Jun-22
A fav from me for this large and witty Yorick cache found in excellent company. Big Grin

"De-crypted [xx(]" with Catnap777 and now macamob as our curious cortege grew from two to four. Cool
Having had our fill of sausages, coffee and cake, we continued on from the event Celebrating 20 years of Events in Victoria to creep from crypt to remaining crypt exhumining the relics required to reach the final two Yoricks. Big Grin
We were privileged to team up with our good friends Mary and David for this last handful. They had also just come from the same event, just as they had 20 years earlier as original attendees. [^]

TFTC and series mudbrick. Never have we been so entertained by morbid reflection. [xx(] Cool

*Found on the 10 Jul 2021 @ 12:51 pm.*
*Cache find # 11851.*

I had heard about this series some time ago but have never been in the area to have a look at it until today.
After a bit of Razorback hunting we decided to see how many in this series we could find but as it turns out we could only get to number eight as we couldn't go any further because of a manned road closer.
So now we will have to return another day to finish off this series, so far there as been so interesting hides, it will be interesting to see what the rest are like.

**Thanks to mudbrick for placing this cache.**

After a really really long hiatus and a really long isolation, we decided to go for a bit of drive where we thought no one else would be and dust off the old geocaching boots. This was the first cache we came upon and geo dad laughed at the decor once I told him what the cache was called! Kids also loved it! TFTC

What an awesome cache! Being fairly new to geocaching, I've been putting off giving caches a favourite token, but when I came across this gem I couldn't be more excited to add it to O the top of my favourite list. Will definitely be hunting the rest of the series down. TFTC

We had a lovely stay planned today. An Airbnb in Blackwood and to finally start a trail in the fabulous Lerderderg State Forest.
Unfortunately our trail and our stay were both cut short with another terrible bushfire breaking out right next to where we were caching in Dales Creek.
But before we had to abandon our stay...we had found quite a few of these great caches.
I shrieked with excitement at this one!
Waiting indeed
Tftc mudbrick!

I’m glad to be doing this in winter to decrease the chance of snakes having a go at me. I have been so lucky in my first year of caching to not have even come across one in all my bush walking! The luck has to run out at some point. Not today though. TFTC
