Out with Snakepiters to find this cache. Happily we were able to find gz and claim our prize. We are enjoying our time using Kurri Kurri sports club camp as our base. Thanks to Brodie Family for hiding this cache and adding to our enjoyment of the area.
We're camped at the sports ground with Liz and Bruce, Pprass, Dimorgan, Snakepiters and Team Pathfinder, who have all been to Grub Freds Hawaiin Shirt event nearby.
The weather is warm and there's heaps of caches to find, and this was one that was on our to-do list. Cache was found with excellent coords and in great condition.
Thanks for placing this cache Brodie Family.

We were staying at Branxton and doing some caching between there and Maitland before joining up with friends for a weekend retreat. It was a fun morning and a successful one as well. Each cache found had its log signed before it was returned to its hiding place. Many thanks to Brodie Family for this contribution to the caching game.
Quick find despite worker muggles parked across the road. Grabbing some wattle from the trees proved enough cover from suspicion. Lid not secure but reasonably dry inside. TFTC
It was aout 5ÂșC when I got out to look for this just before 8am, but finding it certainly warmed the heart. TFTC
A straightforward find here before embarking on kingfisher_au's string of caches along Maitland Road. Thanks for the hide Brodie Family ... nice to see a good size container used here.
TFTF. My neice left a unicorn tape measure and took a fold up shopping bag. Very handy now the plastic bag ban has started.
We decided to head to Maitland for an overnight stay, left the caravan behind & booked into a local hotel.
We spent the whole day caching in the area, this proved quiet a good way to do some sightseeing.
Many great caches were found, some very tricky, in some wonderful locations.
Left a Tb here.

As part of a shortened Easter caching weekend, steeba and the Rats headed north to be part of the Geomuster mega weekend around the Lake Macquarie area. Traveling as far north as Frying Pan ck and down south to Doyalson we managed to find a good splattering of caches, including a new personal record of most types in a day.
Thanks to all the CO's for placing the caches, the interesteing locations and cache containers contributed to our great weekend.

Teamed up with The Rats to tackle the back half of the Mega Oz GeoMuster event based in Morriset. We ventured up very early on Sunday morning and popped into the event before heading right up to the old Frying Pan cache. Then it was back around Maitland, Kurri Kurri, down around the bottom of Lake Macquarie and into the event, followed by some night caching in Newcastle. Monday it was a couple of events, many different cache types and homewards. TFTC!
A nice quick find of a nice large geocache here today. Thanks for placing it Brodie Family for us and others to find. It was well disguised. We picked up the TB to move along. Cheers and happy caching!
On my way west again for work and decided to stop here for this cache. Parked nearby walked in and made a quick find. TFTC
Nice quick find on our travel up to Maitland. Dropped TB
Thanks for the cache
Thanks for the cache
We have headed south a few weeks early to have a little holiday prior to attending the Oz Geomuster Mega event and found ourselves initially spending a few days in Sydney before heading off to the Hunter Valley wine region So far, we have managed to find a few caches before the heavy rain started to spoil our fun
We had no difficulty in locating the cache and with our name added to the log book, we continued on our way.
Thank you Brodie Family for having placed the cache and for maintaining it for everyone to enjoy

Fairly quickly find, might've been a few m's out, but I used my geosenses. Clean and dry inside with lots of decent swag. Kids made swaps. T4TC!
4th find on our Aussie Day adventure. We were going to do this one last night after the drive in but geokids were sound asleep. TFTC!
Each year I follow the Aust Solo Speedway Championships which are held over four meetings. This year those meetings are at Kurri Kurri nsw, Undera vic, Mildura vic, and Gillman sa.
It only seems sensible to do some geocaching along the way. It helps to break the driving and I get a lot of enjoyment from it.
Please excuse this generic log as there are too many to do them individually, but I certainly appreciate the dedicated work of all the COs in providing us with this great hobby.

Nice quick find on the way to the drive in movies. Grabbed Hops the Frog and dropped Bicycle Flash Mob to continue its journey. TFTCSL took blue marble left sticker
A quickish find of a RPOS. Dropped twp TBs and removed cigarette lighter. Thanks brodie family/
TFTC. Someone else was on the physical log for today, it's only 10am, so close. Liv found a whistle and she loves it.
Last one of the day before it get too dark. Cache was exactly where it was meant to be, thanks.
Headed home from a Stockon Geocaching day and stopped to pick up this one. TFTC
On my way to Brisbane from Canberra to do some work on a house. A quick find, TFTC.

My wife is doing a First aid course in the area, so whilst she is studying I decided to get a few missing caches in the area.
This was a quick find.
The cache was not covered up well, so had to fix it up. all is now well.

Found at 9:56 AM GAFF1 in the company of Team Nurse Hayley.
We were surprised at the size of the container given the proximity to the road. We really tried to cover it up well without making it look like a beacon for muggles
Thanks Brodie Family.

Quick cache for the day. Logs of swaps in the cache. The girls decided they didn't want to take anything though. We left a bracelet with the word "explore" on it. A name card and signed the log. TFTC.
Made sure camo was put back on.

Today we planned to do most of the HEX series and others of the area...thanks.Saw frilly lizard
Today we set off in fine weather to do a bunch of caches along the expressway and surrounds, keeping to 'park and grabs' as we had master 3 year old with us.... turned into a rain-cache day! We persisted and had a great day, with zero DNFs, and no wet soggy caches either! Take note Cooranbong!
Nice cache, great swag - bring your kids to swap away! TFTC Brodie's

I decided to grab this one on my way home from work this arvo. I parked 20mtrs away & made the short walk in. Its nice to see cache's this size as there's not many around. I signed the log, replaced & covered the cache back up with its camo. TFTC
Came back to drop off a TB and I was disappointed that the cache was very exposed and could be spotted from 10m away. Please reapply the camo! It was also wet inside and the ziplock bag hadn't been shut. Someone had also ripped out a log book page and thrown it in the bush. Anyway I've fixed it back up and topped up the treasure.
a nice easy find in kurri- i had a idea in construction for this location and another one in kurri that the brodie family have beaten me to, seems i will have to find a new spot, thanks for the cache. found while on a caching run around the area with team lewin
a nice easy cache that was made harder by having to avoid the heavy rain, thanks for the cache - found with aussieben.
Found on the way home from work. As I got closer I expected it to be in one of the unique gardens, but if was off in the bush. Terrain was a little under rated as I had to push past and through some scrub to get there. Nice sized container with and great set up. Signed log and was on my way again.
Thanks for the new sights and the cache!

This was a quick and easy find for the first one of the day.

A quick find with good coords and heaps of swaps for the kids. Such a shame mine were asleep in the car after a big bushwalk this morning. TNLN TFTC

Having found a newly listed cache nearby, I stopped by this one on the way home. Wasn't exactly sure where the best place was to park, as I expected that if the police happened to drive by me they would surely stop to ask a few questions. As it was it didn't take long to find the cache, and I was back in the car heading home in under 3 minutes. I left the TB there for someone else to kick start his adventure, and was very grateful for the FTF prize, which will no doubt come in very handy. Great to see a nicely stocked cache too.
Gratias Brodie Family.
