archiving it due to unable to replace it near current location, will make a new listing in a new location in the park soon.
As per the other entries, the tree is badly damaged. Cache has not been found for 30days now
Tuesday night and another caching run with Moneydork to the southern suburbs
So cool to finally get a few more caches in this area onto my found list rather than having them on my unfound list
4 DNFs for the night and 10 finds [^]
DNF! The tree is in pieces on the ground and despite a good search, no cache was found

The tree the GPS led me to had been severely damaged with the recent weather events. And with a few other logs of people saying they had found this on the ground, it may need a check by the CO to see if the cache is still there and if this is still a suitable placement.
On my way home from Seaford Meadows, so made a detour to collect a couple of caches on the way home. There was a muggle dad and his daughter playing basketball and frisbee in the park, so I tried to look inconspicuous where searching for the cache. I checked all of the places where it could be, and was about to give up when I looked down to see the cache standing bolt upright on the ground! Now I have no clue where it fell from, so I have placed it in a spot where I think it may usually hide, and covered it with a small piece of natural camo. Hopefully it's in the right spot, but at least it is hidden now. And when I went to log my find I read the recent logs and noticed the same thing has happened before. Maybe the cache gets dislodged on windy days? TNLNSL TFTC
Well we loved it!! A great place to sit and have lunch while on a caching wander with hevwalker and clare007!!
CPwanderer, clare007 & I had just grabbed some lunch & were looking for a nice place to sit & eat...good choice & found the cache as well...Thanks Jacknor
We decided either a park or the river was the best place to stop to enjoy our lunch.
As a nearby park was the closest, that won our choice.
We were soon joined by a local magpie & Indian minor bird.
No sooner had we finished lunch, that a muggle turned up to shoot a few hoops.
Luckily, the cache was no where near the basketball ring.
Thanks for bringing us here to this peaceful space Jacknor

Thanks for the hide. Getting the kids outside while the weather is good. So much space in this reserve unused.
A quick find today to cross another date off of our geocaching calendar.
Mrs J's Aunty lives within fifty metres of this cache, and her lounge window looks directly toward it. We'll have to ask if she's noticed all the suspicious activity lately.
The playground had one young lad keeping it company while we were here.
Thanks Jacknor.

Had been out finding a few of my close to home caches and this was one of them which had been published while I was away.
Today the playground was unloved which meant I was able to look without having to worry about muggles.
Thanks for the cache Jacknor.

Another quick stop in a park, thankfully no muggles about while we were here.

This one is close to the heart. I spent 15 years of my life growing up in one of the houses backing up to this park.
Back in the 80s this park was watered daily in summer and the grass was lush for endless games of twilight cricket, after long days down the beach.
I scorched my name into the wooden playground using a magnifying glass ... didn't everyone? That's now been replaced.
Loved eating chips from the chicken shop, before heading off to soccer training at SSC.
The park now needs some TLC. It's definitely under-utilised and a reasonably big space for other things to be installed to attract people. How about a BBQ and rotunda for a start?
Given the memories, just had to get in quick for this one. Knowing there is a lot of night caching down south and a FTF would be hard to achieve given I'm >30 minutes away, I'm very happy with bronze at 21:25.
I'm giving it a fav point for the trip down memory lane,
TFTC!
