Found the mint tin. And left some goodies.
The paper pieces left there before us were old, degraded and unreadable.
Good hunt though!

Found after 2nd look. Was just lil bag with wet log. Unable to write on. Definitely needs an update but thanku for the cache.
M24: Nice and easy find for me and m13 however log is seriously damaged and wet. We would replace the log, but we have no paper with us today. TFTC though.
Nice park. As others have said, is rusted through so needs some care. Thank you!
Nice easy find with mikefnz. Cache is very rusted and needs replacing unfortunately. Tftc
Found it but there is nothing in the cache and it is old and rusted. Nice playground though
As I approached GZ I had a fair idea where it would be and sure enough I was right. Needs a new log though. Tftc
Nice quick park and grab with the kids today between appointments! Very clever hide!
We walked up and down and then figured it out. Log book was still wet so unable to write our name in it. TFTC.
Came down this quiet walkway and made good sense of the hint. Quickly found the cache but took an age to get the log out! I'm afraid the log is drenched and needs some CO attention as it's impossible to sign. Took photo instead. TFTC
A quick stroll down the hill to this one and the cache was soon in hand. Too wet to sign properly so added a blue smudge and replaced as found.
Another day and I decided a foray into 'between' territory was in order. I selected the Mayfied/Glenfield area as it's between where I live and where I'm working at the moment, for a few days per week. As is usual with a 'new' area, the pickings are fat (not slim, anyway) so I cann feast on what's there, if I can find it that is. A nice haul of 8 today which is pretty good for a midweek effort, and I mostly avoided the moistly rain.

Found cache, but it had been left up thecwrong way and was filled with water, emptied water, dried best we could, did not have a replacement log book with us sorry. Replaced cache top down to avoid filling with water again.
Was guided to this one by Daddypig123's trainee who found it with her Ranger group 21/10/2020. Had to pretend to fasten all of our shoelaces whilst a pair of muggles watched us. My favourite so far for the ingenuity of the hiding place. I will lift my boots up high again.
Had a great time at rangers going geocaching. never thought you could hide something where this cache is but one of the more experienced members in the group showed us how to find it.
We walked and we walked and we discussed having a full on party and my feet hurt and we gotta go uphill but it was somewhat heavy to lift up the box thingy on the pole
Absolutely love this hiding place, didn’t take long to find and luckily to cold and wet for any muggles to be around
Another good cache found today with woolwood9
We enjoyed walking / driving around the area
*Thanks for putting out this container for us to find!*

Had a stage of a multi cache myself in the reserve, many years back. Great to come back for a visit. Walked in from the school side, although I knew it would be the furthest, I also knew there was parking.
Quick find, but had to wait for a couple of Camalotians to pass before replacing. TFTC

In the area hunting for fairy doors with my girls, and we stopped to take a look at this cache I've found previously. Thanks!
Goal of 2019 get longest streak achieved a week ago Ang find previous ends. This continues our streak and turn into a find. Cache safe and dry and unlikely to be muggled. logging while wife is grocery shopping. Hard life eh? Tftc
With the Metservice informing us we were due for a sunny Saturday, hayleyfcy, michaelteacher and I decided to turn a couple of North Shore caches into smilies. After meeting in Glenfield, we decided to do a bit of a loop through Greenhithe.
On the way back to the original meeting point, we calculated that I was only 4 caches away from 200, so decided to attempt a handful more to get me to that milestone.
I'd heard of this type before, but this was my first find! TFTC

Another chance to work my way continued on what I didn't clear off from last weekends trip. So once again an early start to the day followed by lots of laughter and fun while hunting for caches in the "Burbs" that really is Auckland.
An early start one again at "oh my god o'clock" which had me starting caching for the start of the day in the day. For the remainder of the day I was in the company of Alpenmilch80 for more laughter and fun as we worked our way through the area. So much nicer to be caching in fine weather after all the recent rain over the last few weeks. Logs signed as "APCD" (or some such varient) to conserve log space
For the day managed fifty two and three DNF's so all in all not too bad and home by 2.30pm
Quickly located without issue in the early morning
Thank you to all the cache owners who put in the effort for the game to keep us thinking about what is coming next.
thank you for the placement, thank you for the cache

After getting some Brezels at the German bakery in Glenfield I was collected by C&D for some geocaching in the area. It was just about dawn and the sunrise helped with finding the geocache. TFTC
Thought the last one we found would be he last for the day, but what do you know, there's one right close to where we parked to go to the night markets. Knew where the cache was as soon as we got to GZ, was a bit loud to retrieve but no one was around, and we got the cache back in just in time before a family came walking down the path. Tftc
Got one last cache for the day before the night market nearby (did you know they won't let you buy food until EXACTLY 5:30 - if you're waiting this one is a short walk away) .Quick, but loud find. Thanks!
There was only one logical place for this to be, but initial examination failed to turn up the cache. Once I reanalysed, I found the cache. Had to wait for a passing muggle to walk on by before returning the cache.
Spent a good 20 minutes looking for it and almost gave up until I checked the hint Very good hide
Only one place it could be down here but had to wait for a muggle with a zimmer frame to stroll passed. TFTC
Starting looking at fences thinking this will be tricky but I ended up finding the cache seconds later. Thank you, bag doesn't quite seal as it's too big for the container but the log is dry
Being a dot day, I headed over to Glenfield for a couple of quick caches. Nice and quiet down the path, easy find. TFTC
Two of the children, Siko and Gulla, and me explores taking bus in Auckland. The project is to change some stuff we bought at Briscoes. We failed at getting off the bus at the best place and ended up walking from Glenfield...
We found this cache on the way!

Today dawned a beautiful day in Auckland so after Master SethRavens swimming lesson this morning, we headed off to the North Shore and picked up my big son Tim and off we went . . . . . I knew where this one was hidden as had found another in the same kinda hide in Orewa . . . . . quick find for us here today, thanks for the hide
Nice quick find in the early afternoon , well before the local school bell rang as this path is heavily used by the little muggles staggering home after a taxing day.
I went out with Yorkshirekiwi83 this afternoon for a couple of hours caching around the Beach Haven/Glenfield area. After waiting for a muggle to pass, we made a quick find of the cache here. TFTC!
Havent been out caching for more than one or two in ages, so grabbed Vistra and we headed out for a couple of hours. Parked close by and made the quick walk to site, waited for a muggle to pass and then made a quick find. TFTC
#302. A cache hidden just like this was one of the first I ever found. Came here hoping for a find after two very frustrating DNFs. Knew just where to look as I approached GZ. A nice (but noisy!) find. TFTC.
Out for a Christmas Day caching adventure with the cousins. Great little park to visit. Tftc
Today was the last '1' day find on our calendar. Perhaps I might now move on to those '2' days lol So had to find somewhere hopefully quick during lunch break for the find. Was rewarded with a very quiet park, perfect time to find. Quick find. SL. TFTC.
Halfway down I realized what I was looking for, having seen these type of hides before. No-one around at the time so it was a quick grab and run.
A nice quick find to fill in time before meeting a friend up the road. Having found similar hides, I knew exactly where I needed to look.
After work I stopped nearby to get a quote on some work I was contemplating. That done I decided to grab a few nearby caches before heading home. I parked up and made my way down the path to GZ. I was pretty confident as to where I would find the cache as I approached. I wad not wrong, executing a super quick find. Cheers for the cache placement!
The pun in the name took too long for me to figure outs, but it was an easy find as my mum pointed out immediately where it was and my cousin helped me pull it out. TFTC.
One of us came over to Camelot to do battle with the Black Knight this evening. There seemed to be a huge turnout of people here to watch the Tournament , and parking was very hard to find . Made my way to the Tourney Ground and found that I had the place to myself. Quickly overcame the Black Knight, and walked back to my faithful charger.
It turned out that all those people were not here to watch Knights jousting, but to attend a Night market.
It turned out that all those people were not here to watch Knights jousting, but to attend a Night market.
Took a while for us to click to this one! Duh! Lots of niggles around - kids are still not used to being in stealth mode. We will get there!
The description on this cache made me smile a lot, so I could not resist going out to defeat the enemy of Camelot. It made me laugh even more as I had slipped over at a previous cache and could not resist saying 'It's just a flesh wound!' Upon arriving at GZ I used all of my cunning and skill to defeat the Black Knight, even if did not really seem to believe that he had been defeated and said we should call it a draw. Really he just made me sad. TFTC and the smile #560
After FMZ chopped off the Knight's arms and legs, all I had to do was retrieve the cache without any fight left in the man! Easy peasy really! We departed on a high note while the Knight was left on a low note.....
Quickly captured the black knight but he wanted to keep fighting even after we chopped off his arms and legs. TFTC
