Out caching today with Wollaston in our local area. This one was a bit of an altitude change. Found while trying to keep our footing. TFTC
Outnabout with Grey Team while in town for a couple of weeks. Its always a great day for caching. TFTC MMH&MFor anyone looking for bucket list event to attend, check out: GCANXX1 - GeoWoodstock XXI on 24th May 2025 in West Virginia, USA. See you there.
I thought I saw the obvious spot, nearly giving up before reconsidering my options. Ta-da! There it is! I was muggled by a possum. Ta
Found with nissan65 on a day collecting a few local caches. Thankyou for your contribution to geo caching . Thankyou pprass for your pic. Wouldn't have found it otherwise
Not sure what the easy way to get to this one is however Im confident we went the difficult way! Quick find after looking in photos from previous logs. TFTC
Well after a bit of a trek through the bike track made it to GZ
After reading that the hint no longer applied I quickly found the cache

TFTC Thank you for hiding this cache. You have shown us a new place and have helped make geocaching an enjoyable activity. Thank you PPRASS for your photo.
TFTC. Had to dig a fair bit of dirt to find cache. Cleaned area as much as possible. SL.
Hasn't been found for 21 months, so thought I should check on it as the CO's seem to have abandoned their caches in PMQ.
Found the bridge where the cache was originally placed to have been totally remade - consequently the cache is gone.
Replaced it with a white plastic tube - see photos attached of exact location.
ps: Hint no longer valid

Full of confidence but we crashed to our first dnf of the day. Looked high, low and under, came up snake eyes. Not literally Well worth the walk up the hill to see this great MTB facility. Next time we need to bring bikes! Although a DNF, thanks to MMH&H for bring us here!
Still working on this one! The mozzies beat us this time. Will come back with spray on and try again!
Found with littlemissleft and littlemisslonglegs

Found this cute little guy with Gazkersh and littlemisslonglegs. Another fun find. TFTC!
We parked in the oval car park and walked up the hill to this one. The GPSr was jumping around, one moment pointing along a path and the next pointing 90 degrees away. After looking at the distance rather than the arrow the correct path was narrowed down the then GZ was ascertained. It took a few minutes to locate and it was the green container that was spotted before the fox was seen.
Thanks for the hide MMH&M.

This resident appeared to have frightened off by the local...resident just up the path. So we found a new one and he is waiting to be found.
As I nearly fell down the hill three times replacing this cache and almost put my hand into a suspicious looking funnel shaped web, I've decided to increase the terrain and difficulty ratings and make an attribute for possible venomous animals. Take care (but still have fun!)

Four from four, that's the way to complete a series. Enjoyable caches and a good blast along the mountain bike trails. I think I am going to have to wash the father in law's bike when I get home! TFTC
Someone has feasted on some roasted fox too! Will need to find another resident for this hole. Cache still available for signing.
Found it! But another missing resident. This Wayne Richards Park is apparently a hotbed of kidnapping activity.
Me stroll around the mouse house,
was taking me up the hill,
along the slippery bike tracks today
So no bike riders to interupt me days caching
Instead there was a bunch of council related muggles wandering around here !! [:o]
I waited for them to wander off somewhere else,
so I could poke around for the remains of a mouse flattened by MTB tyres,
or chewed by a fox

What a cute little cache, and watch out for the bikes who seem to have the right of way along these tracks,
Cache was found with excellent coords and in good condition.
Thanks for placing this cache MMH&M.

Another fine sunny Autumn morning for a drive around in Port Mac again.
Many school age muggles around today and a few good hides.

Always love caching around the Port, the scenery is stunning. This was one of the caches we targetted and found. Thanks to MMH&M for placement of this cache and adding to our enjoyment of the area.
Quick find at GZ after taking the wrong path the first time. Cache and log in good condition. TFTC.
After 5 successful days caching in Kempsey we have moved down to Wauchope to see what we can find here. The north coast is really turning on the weather for us. Beautiful warm sunny days-perfect for grabbing a cache or two!
This was even more of a labyrinth. We took a number of wrong turns before eventually finding the right path and then the trolls were talking!

What a glorious sunny day for some Caching and to revisit Port Macquarie. What a lovely walking track and a quick find was had at GZ. TNLN SL TFTC
We found the other caches of the Mouse's stroll in March last year (2016) so we were determined to tidy off this series. Early stroll along the bike tracks - avoided being run down by 2 mountain bikers. Cache was elusive for a little bit but then spied and sure enough divulged his whereabouts. Had to be careful of nearby funnel web spider holes though. TFTC. Brought through Travel Geocoin
The boys have gone out fishing so I thought I would turn some icons into smilies.
TFTC!!!!!
TFTC!!!!!
So off we went through the deep dark wood, Though we were lost a might see little red riding hood. Finally arrived but too early lunch but a drink would have been good TFTC
Found it, eventually. Almost got lost among this mass of trails, but eventually found our way to fox's house. Too early for lunch though. just a short visit and off we go again.
Cache checked and the fox is in his place. Have fun hunting and remember to sign the log!
Never thought I was going to get there with this one! So many levels and so many trails. Nice hide tho.
Tftc. Our fourth find of the day. One more to go in this entertaining series.
We're visiting from Florida, USA. That was great fun but no luck today. Sigh. Thanks for placing the cache.
Took the long way around on this one, as a bonus, I have now seen St Agnes Village up close and personal, lol... What a great place for a cache, I am sure the bike riders have an absolute ball here in this area... Cute little cache container once again... TFTC
Found in the company of Team Nurse Mel and Team Nurse.
Wow would of thought there was a bike track here? What a great idea for kids- although there wasn't any kids riding today.
Another cute cache- TFTC guys

With the kids in charge and us behind, this one took us trekking through the bush, the kids insisted we follow the arrow exactly and not stick to the paths. Another great one!
Where are you going little brown mouse come and have tea in my... Ach my knee L tool a quick stumble and A sat down next to her insisting he needed to be rescued B who was sent further in to the bush found the track eventually and directed the others to it. L limping the whole way with A hanging off her legs insisting he was 'helping'. A was excited to finally find the fox to the tune of 'where are you going little brown mouse... come have lunch in my....' Overall a good adventure TFTC.
On a bit further to number 3 for the afternoon. We got a little sidetracked and lost, so double backed and back to the chase. This was super cute. I love the thought gone into this series. The geokids couldn't wait to push on.
This 'Mouse Hunter' headed off typically, in the 'middle' of the night. I had come up to Port to kick off a 6º of Separation personal Challenge, of finding two caches on the same day, but separated by 6º, in this case Latitude, tho it could have been longitude. Ended up in Glenburn, Victoria, @ 2255
Lots of fun trying to find the correct level of cycle 'paths' / ruts. It had been raining, so everything was very slippery. After finding #4 I made my way on the remaining one. Almost went 'a cropper' at one stage, as I was on the wrong level. Glad I had a good torch. Didn't have any hint with me, so a GAFF1 find @ 2337! So I will add a bookmark for the Night Caching elective #6. TNLNSL, good coordinates, with an intact O-ring.

Stupid smart phone gps all over the place. But narrowed our search by satellite imagery. And yes yes im getting a good gps soon. TFTC
We are up visiting these cache owners for the weekend, so of course we had to find these new (for us) hides. We had seen spoiler photos previously but that doesn't mean they're still not worthy of the much deserved favourite points I'm giving all four. As we walked up the hill a friend called so the multitasking commenced - talking, walking and following the GPSr! At GZ, a likely hiding spot revealed itself and geoboyfriend went scrambling on my behalf. Mandatory signing duties completed and the fox was returned to its ... and we were off on our way to number 4!
This is more a case of did not look rather than did not find. We got to a spot on the trail where our gps pointed 22m that way. we both looked and said no not today. so wondered happily back to the geomobile.

This one was tricky,I almost gave up but just found it. I thought it was a dead mouse at first glance
TFTC, found it in exactly where I had looked last time, only this time it was much more exposed. Maybe the prev cachers did'nt cover it as well, if so, thanx to them or else I may have missed it again.
Today was our day to head out on the fox hunt. Recently when we had done #4 with geono she was saying then, I think we can find #3 but we had an event to get to. Well low & behold she proved that she could find it. After being out there today I don't know how she did it.
We had bought the book at the markets last Sunday so we had some more knowledge of where to find him. The tracks in the area are all over the place, eventually we found the right trail that led us to his likely hide. We found that sly fox.
A great series based on a childrens book that seems to be well know by those that have young ones.
Thanks for placing this cache MMH&M
