No response from the owner within the last 28 Days and as per the original note this cache has been archived. If you wish to replace it please submit a new cache via [this link](https://www.geocaching.com/play/hide).
I noticed that this cache has been temporarily disabled for a period of time well in excess of the period of "a few weeks" as contemplated by the cache guidelines published on Geocaching.com. While I feel that Geocaching.com should hold the location for you and block other caches from entering the area around this cache for a reasonable amount of time, we can't do so forever. Please either repair/replace this cache, or archive it (using the *archive listing* link in the upper right) so that someone else can place a cache in the area, and geocachers can once again enjoy visiting this location.

I have been informed that there is a significant amount of glass in the area. Please don't try to retrieve the cache as it has been moved for safety reasons.
My daughter and I found this today. Spotted the container but noticed the contents were scattered. After confirming my suspicions, I reached in gingerly and pulled up the container which no longer has a bottom. Was not putting my hand into broken glass to sign the log... but took a photo of the top part of the container I can provide the CO if needed.
We search the area high and low and were not able to locate. Very disappointed little children here
Found it 19/09. Took a little while to locate and Sophie started to think we weren’t going to find it but we did.
Lovely spot! Grabbed TB to do it is south before heading inland and back up north. TFTC
Day in Maryborough for the markets and visit our son who works here on Thursdays (normally in Hervey Bay). Found with geocache friends JABAKER123
Tftc lovely area to visit & a cool walk on a hot day! 3 trackables dropped off on there way around Australia.
In QLD to visit Stell, for 30 year anniversary and other historic reasons. So sent a day touring the Maryborough and Harvey Bay region. Missed going troppo Cuboree by two weeks. JABs.
TFTC. WE had come to Maryborough from Bundaberg with the main aim to find Hello Victoria, the partner cache to Hello Queensland in Maryborough Victoria. Once that was found we decided to have a look around using caching as a bit of a guide. A good couple of hours. Disappointed twice but 10 finds for the day was a nice haul. Some caches were found in the light drizzle but it stopped long enough to mal]ke finds without getting too damp.
Found it! Was a little tricky but the kids got in nice and close and saw it. Added some swaps.
Nice view of the water with sun setting added pencil. Walked around spot for ages but found in roots.
Had a bit of trouble locating cache today. Found, but log destroyed and rubbish in it. Have taken out rubbish and placed note paper and a chicken we found nearby. TFTC
For all who didn’t find the cache best of luck when you try again! It’s in a good spot!!! The birds will be watching you! I was thinking it had been stolen again but anorr31 had the stealth today to find it! Well done.
This cache was found easily enough, but sadly the contents were all vey wet. We could not sign the mush that used to be the log and sadly we did not have a replacement log on hand that could be used instead. There were a lot of people enjoying the park on this beautiful morning. Thank you to simpkinsclan for this cache.
This was my first Geocache find! Was super exciting and a nice and easy enough one to find... although after all the rain we’ve had it seems to have flooded it a little! Next time someone visits maybe bring a new bit of paper to sign xx
Out geocaching again after dinner-this is a lovely lagoon teeming with birds. Due to night catching no muggers around yeah. Found after a bit of a search by torchlight. Though also came across a large lizard nestled in the tree -though at first we thought it was a snake as only the tail was hanging out. TFTC
A lovely waterbird sanctuary area. We arrived when the eastern cattle egrets were nesting, and all the trees were completely crowded with nests and chicks. Even the ground had a light peppering of light blue eggshells.
Cache was an easy find, logsheet wet, but otherwise in good condition.

Today I came for a visit home. I used to love this park and all the turtles when I was a kid. It was great to be back!

PS love the Cache sticker!

Sorry - it's such a busy spot where kids play. Cache has been replaced for a 5th time!
This catche wasn't there. Someone has taken it or has hidden somewhere no one would find. Last Week a group found it but not there when we went today. The Father looked in a big black hole in the tree, nothing but a bottle was in there and I looked as if it hadn't been touched for months. If the owner of this catche wants to have a look if it is still there that would be recommended. Thanks

Found it with a little looking. Thanks to the geohubby in the activities for finding it in the dark hole so I would know where to look. Had a young basketballer help me as she had longer thinner arms. Sadly someone has taken the owl. I really wish I had one so I could replace it for you. Maybe they who took it will be embarassed and will come and put it back.
Thanks to Roostaman for the tip, we found this easily but retrieval was not so easy. Geo_hubby braved the scary dark and stuck his arm in to grab the hide. TFTC
**# 17407** Found on the Qld leg of our 2017 winter escape trip.
Another perfect warm winter day for a drive around while at Maryborough.
Not many muggles around and a not so quick find here.
Had to search for a while and then with a torch and a stick.
Finally spotted something different and got it within reach. It's still there !
Thanks for the cache simpkinsclan,

Owl love is powerful stuff
So I headed back on bike today for another look around
I poked every nook and cranny of that damn tree,
climbed up the tree !!
And got distracted by the exercise equipment again.
Yet the result was the same
DNF !!
Damn those nosy ducks
STOP LOOKING AT ME [:o]

I searched for a while,
but in the end,
the stares of the ducks got to me [:o]
Oh no !!
Me anatidaephobia hasn't been cured !!
Stop looking at me !! [:o]
Possibly explains why I couldn't find this cache after 15 minutes of looking,
while being looked at

We found a tree that would be good for an owl then we looked around the tree and found it.
A but tricky but no one was around and with the hints from other cachers we found the sneaky place!

6401 Found by baby&Mrs gopher at 1545. The bird life along the exercise run here had us enthralled. We got to see a Crested Khaki-Campbell Duck. One of the domesticated water birds. The owl was a little low and almost pecked baby on the knee. SL Tnx simpkinsclan
Yes long skinny arm of use a stick to flick it out a bit. Beautiful surroundings though.
Needed a long skinny arm. One of the kids spotted another family carrying a mobile phone and pointing so will be intetesting to see if there is another log straight after ours.
No owl in the cache so I left a fish in exchange for a small warrior, TFTC simpkinsclan
We went and checked on the cache yesterday and it is most definitely still there!
Another DNF for the day. Looked everywhere for this one and only founded a painted rock that was sitting on the tree. Lots of birds in this tree. Picture of rock attached. It may have been your owl. Let me know if the cache is still there and I will go back for another look and place the rock owl in it.

Brought the kids along to find this one. They were excited to see all of the goodies in there.
