I am regretfully archiving this cache since there's been no response from nor action by the cache owner within the time frame requested in the last reviewer note.
Hi Fencarrows
This geocache was brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit. The cache owner needs to check on this cache ASAP and either replace it or archive it, after picking up any geo-litter. See the [maintenance section of the Geocache Listing Requirements/Guidelines](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#listingmaintenance).
I've added this cache to my watchlist, and I will check back in four weeks to be sure that the maintenance has been done. In the meantime, I have temporarily disabled this listing. When the maintenance is completed, the owner can enable the listing by clicking on the link below the cache name to return it to active status.
Whatever your intentions, please **post a note** here on the cache page (not email) to let us know that you are still active and maintaining the cache. If a month passes without seeing a response, then I'll assume that this listing should be archived.
Please note, that if a cache is archived due to lack of owner maintenance, the cache is unable to be unarchived.

The cache wasn’t in the area. Looked high and low, wasn’t where anyone said it was either. I think it may be missing
Decided to take a break from my studies and spend the day out caching. I offered to also take out my 2 nephews and niece along with me. We decided to head out to Pukekohe after picking up my nephew in Opaheke.
Plenty of muggles around, but with kids it's easy to cause a distraction. There is plenty of rubbish around and glass so we had a good search but no luck locating.

Dnf, lots of rubbish and im not sure what the container looks like. Because of logs
On a day trip to Pukekohe we decided to stop off and pick up a few caches. We found this one nice and easy. TFTC
Geocaching day in Pukekohe. This part of the town visited on my bike. Easy find at GZ thanks to previous logs. TFTC
Out and about this afternoon for a spot of after work cache detection. I do enjoy a good drive in the country and I was keen to rectify the earlier DNF on this one. I parked up in the same spot as last time and made the short walk to GZ. This time the cache was a super quick find as I located the hide exactly where FMZ and Gorby said they had left it. Unfortunately, I had the same issue as some previous finders in that the lid was stuck tight. I did take it back to my car but even the application of some tools failed to budge it. I took a photo of the cache since I was unable to access the log sheet. As the cache is no longer hanging and prone to seize up, I think some CO maintenance is in order here, I politely suggest. Anyway, nice to turn a frown into a smile. Cheers for the cache placement!
Out and about for a big day of caching, I’m aiming to get at 30 caches today and FMZ has decided to join me for a small adventure.
Replaced paper with new stuff. Cache unattached now, so we have left it behind middle pole GL.

No longer hanging but still low. Found after a bit of a search. Log pulp so we replaced with waterproof paper. TFTC
Out and about for a spot of detection before the rain...well that was the plan...but I got rained on here. Gave GZ a good search but didn't make the easy find others have enjoyed. Got a clear idea about what and where to look when I checked out a previous finders pic. However, the cache isn't there. I strongly suspect this one is missing. It would be great if the CO could check on this one.
12.20pm
Teamed up with Squirrel Nutcase, abcdf4 and eyespyben for the day, plus I had some business to do as well.
Mission today was to try and clean out Pukuekohe area and look further at a couple of puzzles we had started on but not completed.
Didn't finish puzzles today but picked up all the others plus a couple more north that we needed a special tool for.
Great day of caching. SLTFTC

In Pukekohe for the day with Squirrel Nut Fap and Gap and abcdf4 to kill a few more caches.
Nice day up in Pukekohe with Squirrel Nut,Fap And Gap and EyespyBen
Mr ABCDF4 got the right tool to open this one.

With Gap (of Fap and Gap) and our Huntly friends; ABCDF4 and eyespyben...
We had no trouble locating this one, even though the area was busy with Saturday sports. Like many others, we were unable to open the container, despite expending a huge amount of energy. Mr ABCDF4 was determined to crack this one and decided to purchase a heavy-duty tool to do the job... We returned later and managed to get into this nasty little cache. The logbook was damp and swollen, but we managed to get our handles on the paper. Good luck to the next finders. This one needs attention. TFTC.

On a 24hr mission to Auckland with Philip.Perry and three of my kids started caching at about 3pm getting back to accommodation at 330am then up and back on the road for a xouple of hours before heading home. We decided we had three caches we had to find this mission then the rest was all about getting our numbers up so concentrated on a high cache area. Meet Sethraven just on dusk who helped us on a cache we couldnt find before she headed home so that was great. Really enjoy caching in Auckland at night no traffic and no muggles to get in our way. We only had a few DNF caches for the day which isnt to bad. Thanks to all th CO for the caches.
Had a cheeky Auckland Mission on the cards this weekend and this was day two. It was a late one last night so today we figured we'd take it easy and try to clear Pukekohe out today before heading home. This cache was found quickly but like previous we had the same issues opening the container - but it gets really crazy when I mention we also had tools! Yip - we were still unsuccessful. Cheers Fencarrows but this one will need some TLC and if you do manage to open it.... well remember we must have loosened it , TFTC

Very tiny hanging bison....Even with 2 pairs pliers we couldn't open it....

Was passing this way about 4-4-18 and fo7nd on an evening walk, but only now getting around to logging. As with other cachers, I couldn’t open to sign log but have photo if CO requires proof.
Thanks for bringing me here, a nice place out away from the shops.

Note to CO, can’t open cache, needs maintenance, maybe a pair of pliers and a drop of oil?
Rain, rain and more rain, this cache has been cross threaded and unable to be opened without pliers which I did not have on me. Hope it is ok to log... both Welsh Kids did orienteering for Orewa College and competed in rogaines as well as the school series, I know they attempted to pass an impassable fence in their early days but learnt pretty quick. Dear Cache Owners,
I am a German guy who stays in New Zealand for eight months.
My English is not perfect, so please don't wonder if my log entries sound a bit strange. Thanks!
----------
As the previous finder wrote it was impossible to open the Cache for me too
Picture below!
Thanks for hiding!

One of the smallest I've seen. Nice and straightforward but couldn't open it to sign the log.
From the Netherlands on holiday in NA. With my cousin geocaching in Pukekohe. Found this ons. Logrol was wet en nearly full. But great fun
Nice easy find. Nice to find a cache of CO who was the first friendly face i met whilst caching a few years ago. Cheers fencarrows
Wow, that's a tiny one. The tiniest we found so far.
We looked at the wrong spot first and were glad we didn't have to search there in the end...
Nice place. Tftc

This was a tricky find as there was alot of rubbish around. Bratstar01 found the cache and replaced the missing log while I did some CITO.
RX and I had a hunt around and can confirm cache is still in place, however logbook was missing.. replaced logbook, signed and CITO as it was surrounded with litter. TFTC
I enjoyed the drive along finding some more good caches in the area.
Quick find. SL TFTC

After the last one we knew what we were probably looking for and sure enough we had it pretty quickly like the last. TFTC
Joining HKCB, 11hpg11 and iammrwalker on a geocaching mission to Pukekohe on a school night.
A member of the local (Hamilton) orienteering club but nope I haven't orienteered here. Was still onto the cache quick as! Cheers.

I decided to organise a mini night mission to Pukekohe before things got busier at work and found some other keen Geocachers in HKCB, 11hpg11 and Kyb3r to join me after putting the feelers out for any interested parties at a local event. We left about 7:30 once I got the kids into bed and left for home just after midnight. We had hoped to find more than we managed so we will have to come again and grab those we missed. A big thank you to all those CO’s for hiding and maintaining the caches we found.
Kyb3r must be used to looking for things hanging low because he was quickly onto this one. TFTC.

Out and about tonight, heading to Pukekohe to clean out a few caches with Iammrwalker, Kyb3r and HKCB. We only had a few hours to spare and so we left Hamilton at 7.30 and finished up just after midnight before it was time for home for a few hours sleep so we could all be bright eyed and bushy tailed for work the next day. (silly idea!) Perhaps next time we just keep going and don't sleep!
Started looking in the wrong spot but luckily we had our resident Rogainer Kyb3r who made the find. Thanks for the hide.

Teamed up with Iammrwalker, 11HPG11 and Kyb3r for a night raid on Pukekohe. I've been wanting to find a few caches up here for a while but never had the time or other missions got in the way. Had heard talks of this night raid at an event recently and quickly put my hand up to tag along. It turned out to be a very successful mission, even with the handful of DNF's we had. A big thanks to the CO's who's caches we found. Signed the logs as HOAC to save room.
Started hunting in the wrong spot, but Kyb3r was onto this one and made short work of it. Thanks for the hide.

Geocaching as part of my bachelorette day! This cache was our first find. Found by my daughter, as part of the team.
I decided to have a bit of a Sunday drive around and grab some easy park n grabs. Thanks.
Out this way with junior cacher going to school and decided to have another look at this cache after having had a word with the CO on the where abouts this cache might be hiding..... had not yet searched in this location but upon arriving at GZ today and without any muggles around the find was a swift one today....
Log signed and back on with the daily plan.....

The Guide Unit in Pukekohe have been doing our Geocaching Badge so we spent the night out and about finding caches, this was one of them. TFTC
This one gave us some grief, we messaged the CO and got a more specific hint, but still struggled, went and got some other caches and returned later on in the day, after another long...... search we eventually found the sneaky hide
arrived to do this cache again but to many muggles around again maybe have to do this one at night
Back in Puke for a few days and this one is to keep my cache-a-day run going. I had to PAF for some help on this one as this was my second visit.
Cheers for the cache.
Cheers for the cache.
No luck for us here sadly. Last day of our 4 day road trip from Hawkes Bay to Auckland and back to collect as many caches as we can.
Today was a chance to go caching with Mrs Dragon. It doesn't happen that often as the places that I tend to go are often too wild and rugged for her. As it turned out many of these roads we travelled it was a case of us both enjoying the drive, the countryside and stormy windy weather, and I going to retreive the cache.
Nevermind was still a day full of memories that make up caching.
This was the second of the day as we skirted Pukekohe heading for Awhitu Peninsula and South Head. A nice quick find here while the area was clear then onwards it was.
Thanks for the cache, Thanks for the placement

I had lots of difficulty the last time I was here. I spoke to a PF, who helped me narrow my search a bit. I'd like to say I found it quickly, but it was still took a long careful search before I finally spotted the cache. TFTC.
Plenty of people in the nearby vicinity playing sports etc but no one at GZ. Took a few minutes to spot, just had to view from the right angle. A sneaky wee hide here, TFTC!
Up from Papamoa to catch up with family & change the new boxes to smileys if I can. This took a wee bit but spied it in the end.Thankyou Fencarrows, a nice hide.
We were in Puke for the day because we had some appointments so we thought to come find this cache. Found with HeMaLuDy and purply. TFTC
Found whilst out with the HeMaLuDy's during the school holidays.
Thanks for the cache.
Thanks for the cache.
Found it with Darthcacher1& HeMaLuDy. We were in pukekohe For some appointments so stopped here on our way home. Took a bit of hunting to find. TFTC.
We were in Pukekohe for a few appointments for the kids, and decided to find a few caches too. Initally the phone had us looking in completely the wrong spot, very much needle in haystack type searching. Then it zoomed in on something else, and we searched that thoroughly too. By this time the kids had lost interest in searching and were playing with a tennis ball in the cricket nets while Mrs HeMaLuDy continued to search. About to give up when the tennis ball went wayward and Craggar calls out I can see the cache and went racing off to make the find. A clever hide here. Found with darthcacher1, purply, craggar and laval.
Nice to be the second to find.
I'm glad the place was as quiet as today. I don't think this will be easy when busy.
I introduced an orienteering friend to geocaching, but the orienteering is their preference.
