Out and about with Ryan today trying to find all the new caches on the shore. Figured out how it would be hidden from the title but once again your camo is amazing. Thanks for another cache placement.

Very clever camo. Found GZ quickly but only able to find the cache after reading through previous logs. Son found the camo first but dismissed it. Closer inspection revealed the cache. TfTC

Had dropped Miss NZT off and still required a cache of the day to continue our streak.

looked at the map and saw this new cache just down the road from Miss NZT! Great should be an easy one and head home on this chilly night..... WAIT its a G2 cache.

As the gates were closed had to park in the nearby carpark and walk to GZ. Checked the hint and searched at GZ.

Found a couple of suspicious objects both of which I examined VERY closely. Nope no cache...... hmmmm MAYBE I'm at the wrong GZ. Check the other tree indicated by GZ but nothing of interest.

Back to GZ1 and check BOTH objects AGAIN! nope! extended my search and the remembered G2 CACHE! Checked both objects again and OOOOOOOO THERE it is.

Extracted the log and tried to sign the paper. Darn the pens not working........ tried everything.... nothing for it but to wander back to the car and grab another pen. I even on the way back to the car scavenged a rubbish bin and tried to get the pen to work on a old pizza box...... no luck (OH BOY the things we do for geocaching!!!!!)

Eventually back at the car and with another pen easily signed the log. Took a few photos of the cache to see if Mrs NZT could see it and walked back to GZ to replace the cache.

A very clever hide which gets a favourite point for fooling Mr NZT AGAIN!

Yet another second to find tonight !
How funny ,,,, I am sure I found a different but also equally very cool cache close to here earlier this year !
I entered from a different street this time .
This is a brilliant camo ! Almost dismissed it ! Then had a much closer inspection !
Thank you so much ......Definitely another Fave Point coming to this when I earn some more !
Was a lovely start to my weekend , getting 6 new exciting caches on the Shore on my way home from Ponsonby (work ) to Ranui (home ) ...LOL

[One of us was on his way home from an appointment in Henderson when the alert for this new cache came through. Once at home it did not take much to convince him to head back out to go meet the fun guy.
Arrived at the park and parked the car within metres of GZ. Followed the hint to the obvious spot but could not see the cache anywhere. Tried something similar but not quite the same on the opposite side of the car and quickly had the fun guy in hand! I was sitting in the car signing the log when a woman asked if I was a geocacher. Nice to meet you Mrs kiwiscott19.
Had a chat and agreed that the hint should say ] Australian Bottlebrush tree.
[Thanks for another interesting example of camo, and for the joint first to find.

Having rushed out the door to another new cache nearby decided it would be prudent to return home first to pick up the required drivers license before proceeding on to this cache. Had attempted several times to retrieve the cache which was previously here without success. Arrived to see a gentleman sitting in a car with a suspicious looking object in hand. On enquiry very definitely a GCer. Very nice to meet you Mr Kiwicouple. Very graciously allowing a joint [FTF] Pleased to have this ticked off. TFTC
