Looked like the garden had been recently mulched. Had to dig around but found and replaced for the next person
Out and about with Selva Girls today. A nice quick find here. We signed the log and replace the cache as found. TFTC
Out finding a few caches with Mr CuriousQuest. This one was quickly located and the log signed. TFTC
The kids loved finding this cache and having a play on the little park after the log was signed. TFTC.
Out for another after school adventure with the geokids.
The geokids spotted the city view from the quiet, little park before finding the cache, the hint being spot on.
The geokids didn't appreciate the reference in the cache name, but I certainly watched that show (Inspector Gadget) as a kid, in between other classics like Dr Who and The Goodies! Thanks for the memories!

I decided to take a different approach than recommend as I did not want to disturb the spider webs. I spotted the cache blending in with its surrounds, nice hide. Tftc EatSleepCacheRepeat_
Great for kids! A few poles to choose from and the first was full of water! Should have read more to look for rocks. The littlest geocacher had the cache in her hands in no time. Added a few stickers and signed the log before heading to the park for a play and some grunge music courtesy of the house next to the park. Nice breezy spot.
There were neighbours out and about at every point of the compass at the park by GZ.
Thankfully, GZ itself is out of the eyesight of most. Ducked out of sight and quickly spotted a familiar casing. Added my mark and then searched the park for that slice of the city. It really is just a slice.
TFTC!

While we love where caching take us, we also can’t help but note that streets in general have got skinnier. They must be watching their diets these days or bitumen is now a rare commodity. I suppose with the price of houses now you can’t afford a car anyway.
So instead of driving closer and risking missing a park, we legged it along the footpath and then up the hill. It seemed fine until the hill grabbed a hold of the complaint vocal chords.
A least on the walk up I saw a mum pushing the mower around in her front yard. She was wearing lycra from head to toe so clearly had been to gym, had a latte with her friends at a cafe and was finally getting the sweat on she wanted. I don’t know why gyms offer classes in Body Combat, Pilates and Step when they should offer lessons in lawn maintenance. tftc

Found it open and the log had a huge stamp on it so it obscured some of the previous logs. Nice easy find
Found it. I love doing rocks, now I know what they look like. Thanks to Handshow for the new log.

Another cache out in plain sight with the logbook missing! It seems as though somebody wants to vandalise these caches. I had a spare log sheet so I put it in the Ziploc bag and returned the cache safely. This is another lovely park that I didn’t know existed. TFTC
It appears the CO may not be playing at the moment so I’ve taken the liberty and replaced the log (mush) and snap lock bag(perished)...
I don’t think I’d be the first person to describe Wakerley as a rabbit warren.... so many dead ends... Such a lovely little park with city skyline views though...

Found the pole & 4 large rocks but no fake rock as referred to in a previous post ️
You see a few of these containers around, and thank goodness as they would definitely go incognito if you were unaware. A quick find and sign. Tftc eat sleep cache repeat.
After attending the Wattle Day event we decided to collect a few caches on the way home and ESCR it was your caches that we visited. Thanks for showing us the different parks in this area and all caches were well maintained and in a variety of spots. Thanks for placing them.
After attending the Wattle Day Event at Wynnum, it was off to do some caching before heading home. Parked the car and walked towards GZ. Had no problem finding this cache. TFTC
My caching partner is Semik. Nice quick cache after 4 hrs caching today to make this is my 200th find.

Great little hide in a nice spot! Would like the hint to be less of a give away. TFTC! Cache find no. 98!
Thanks eat.sleep.cache.repeat for a fun local first geocache find. What a fabulous activity to do with active kids.
Another cache by eat.sleep.cache.repeat!
Muggles out in front lawns everywhere luckily this cache was out of the way.
Perfect coordinates and an obvious hiding spot made this a quick find
Thank you for hiding here

Grabbed a quick cache to allow El Sueno to get his long distance stat. Cache was dry despite the very soggy weather.
Out for the day with nikid1. I walked straight past this one, luckily Nic was on the ball & spotted it.

Very clever hiding spot a few of the plants may not have appreciated us being there though.
Couldn't find it until we read the hint First Geocatch my partner and I have done to start off our fittness walking for the newyear
A quick find once we had the new coordinates from the log. Posted coords are still for the old location. TFTC though. Enjoying exploring this area of Brisbane finding smileys
With daylight hours dwindling and a few caches to find, I'm on the hunt to round off my finds to 800 today... Can I do it? You bet I can... this is one of those caches that helped me find my 800th.. but this wasnt my 800th, it was close.. but no cigar... missed it by "that" much
Thanks for the cache!!
Thanks for the cache!!
No. 6 for our Wakerley caching day. Cache was quick to spot and retrieve. Kids had a great time on the swings and slippery slide. A nice break for them. TFTC.
We tried to find this one about 6 months ago and were unable to find it However we tried again today and found it easily! It’s a lovey park and has a great hiding spot and container!! Would definitely recommend trying to find this one!!
Nice to make a find here after a previous DNF. I looked at the original coords before actually reading the description and seeing it had moved. A quick find when you are looking in the right place! Tftc eat.sleep.cache.repeat

Wandered into the park and soon standing at GZ.
Soon had the cache in hand with thousands of ants.
Brushed them off and inside was clean.
Signed the log and returned to where I found it.

Back to this little area today with Swampybees to finish what we started a while back. This estate seems to confuse us every time as roads twist and turn and unexpectantly end, most unusual. Hence we found ourselves in a road that strangely was divided by a row of posts. Being close we decided to park there and walk the last part. Swampybees had already found this one (obviously had approached from a different direction), so he stood aside and let me do the deed. Quickly found and all good. Thanks ESCR.
