We are currently on a road trip from the NSW/Vic border to Mandurah for a wedding. We have been caching along the way.Stopped to look in at the travel bug hotel. This is a very cleverly constructed cache and deserves a favourite point. I took a TB but didnt drop any off as the ones I currently have Im taking back to Victoria with me.
Found and bumped into other cachers. TFTC Excellent cache. A fav. Dropped a Canadian Tb and picked one up
I came over to WA last year for WAGB 23 and had such a great time so I decided to come back over again for this years events in Augusta. So after all of the planning with dates worked out my work decided that I could only have one week off so flying over was my only option. So I flew into to Perth and my first stop will be Busselton for 2 nights. It has been 47 years since I was in this part of WA and Im really looking forward to the re visit.Im making my way down the coast and picking out caches that look interesting to me.After spending a bit of time in Bunbury it was back to the Geo Rent a Car to continue along the coast. Now this was a great TB Motel and I hope the TB that I left is happy with their lodgings. Thanks Emerald Green TFTC.
Came here to retrieve a TB to take on our travels to Italy (our eldest geoson is competing in the World Coastal Rowing Championships in Genoa this Sept) I couldn't find one in Perth where we live.I came down to Bunbury to drop our cat Dexter to stay with my parents whilst we are away and remembered this TB Hotel. There were only 2 to choose from but decided to take the Sponge Bob one as the other looked like it had parmesan cheese in it and I thought I may get busted in customs! Thanks for maintaining the cache as a safe haven for TBs.
This is very cool. Thankyou. We dropped a teachable that caught a lift with us from New Zealand.
We headed to the South during the school holiday. I tried to collect some smileys when I stopped over at Dalyellup to fill up the tank during the trip to Perth. Thanks Emerald Waves for setting up the TB hotel.TB: 60 & Fabulous is out for the trip.
Found it LOVED IT. Almost gave up, felt shifty and GPS led us astray big time but we sat, thought about it and found it. Some TBs if still there when we leave in just over 2 weeks we will move one on to a new location Alphabet BusFull time Bus living travelling around Australia.
Down in Bunbury for the State Youth Games. Dropped in here for a quick find of an interesting hide. Nicely conducted. TFTC
Our trip from the Australian East Coast across to the west has meant we have had time to explore some of the Southern parts of Western Australia. Today we are making our way to Bunbury for some adventures and decided to get petrol in this suburb. Before leaving we came to visit this delightful TB hotel. A lovely urban location and hide! Thanks Emerald WavesDomsky
This Cache is awesome. Great idea. Spent some time figuring out which trackable to take and move on. Easy find too! TFTC!
Did a drive by but moved on before searching, didn’t want to disturb the residents in the area, walked back in a few minutes later turns out the resident question was probably the cache owner!!!!
TFTC will move a TB along!

Out on a trip after hockey cancelled thought why jot why we are out this way.
So pleased and excited that I found a TB Hotel before we headed home to South Australia on Friday. Brought TBs with me from SA but after leaving a couple a week ago and not being able to find anymore to bring home I was disappointed. Every cache that had TBs listed were empty. They’d been taken and not logged. I’ve picked up the TBs and left two that I’d been reluctant to leave as I was scared they’d just go missing. This is a fabulous spot and deserves a Favourite Point. The padlock is broken and needs replacing. Please do this as it keeps everything safe. TFTC SL. I will look after the TBs and move them on when I get back to SA
Wow that’s berry cool we added some coins and took 2 we added $400 in cash for people to share
Down here for WAGB so thought we would grab a few caches! Awesome cache, thank you!
Down for the long weekend. A few caches before we head to some geocache events. Cool trackable hotel !!!!!!
In Bunbury and Collie for WAGB2022! A massive weekend of caching and catching up with friends. A big thank you to all the COs that have placed caches for this weekend, as well as COs maintained by existing listings. You have made this weekend what it is! Apologies for the generic logs. Cheers Emerald Waves!
Dropped TB and add fav!

Day 5 of WAGB22 week, monster day driving down to Boyanup for FTF, then cleaned up the last of caches in Donnybrook before heading to outer Bunbury, Eaton and Australind.
The highlight was the 16km ride down the peninsula before the Welcome to Bunbury event.
Why stop there, out to Dalyellup and inner City Bunbury. Today totalled 95 finds, 9 FTF and 5 DNF’s.
Thanks to all the cache owners and sorry about the generic text.

After a DNF at my last cache search I needed to travel farther afield to find another cache. I did not need to go to far for an option. However the streets to get there are a little complicated with no right turns.
When I arrived at GZ I was expecting something like that, but not so impressive. I also found the lock damaged. Then I wondered where the log book was - which became apparent after inquisitive exploration.
I dropped of one TB that I’d been carrying for far too long.

Thank you great find. Such a friendly owner with lots of great knowledge to share.
This is a great TB Hotel. To the casual observer there is nothing special but a cacher quickly becomes aware of the purpose of the box. It took a minute or two to open the combination lock - things had to be perfectly aligned before the lock would open. The set-up inside the TB Hitel was excellent - so much care and attention to detail. Thanks for the great construction and presentation. It earns a favourite.
Yaaaay this is the bestest cache ever
Tftc I'm so very happy that we found it
