The pub underwent external renovations including repair, repainting and grounds work. The cache has not been found since, despite multiple attempts. The pub is also no longer pink!
Had found this one previously (before my finds all got deleted). Went to refund the cache but the pub has been renovated and it is no longer there ️
Looks like a lot of maintenance has gone on around here. Apart from that the pub is no longer pink!
Maintenance needed, no logbook anymore.
Because of that, I hope my phonology is OK.

We stayed overnight at the hotel so it was a nice easy find without having to go far
Found what appears to be remnants of cache on top of yellow post and could see evidence of previous location nearby. Returned to spot. Photo attached
Thanks for the cache!! Awesome camouflage!! Clever cache!! Paper pretty much full!
Found after having breakfast over the road. Didn't have a pen, so took the attached photo. Hope this will suffice for the CO, it doesn't give the location away.
Cheers

Found by Mary & David at 1025. Giggle. Spotted this familiar hide on approach. The autumn leaves just urge you to kick them around. Our thanks to Twem78.
I am glad to have the experience and seen this hide before, otherwise very easy to miss this one.

As we were attending the Sunday markets at the old pink pub I took the opportunity to grab this cache.
Nicely done, thanks Twem78.

Staying at frazeydaze's retreat at Blackheath for a couple off weeks and while she does some clearing out I'm doing a spot of caching. Today I'm caching around Lawson and Bullaburra and this was the last of 13 finds and 2 dnf's. This turned out to be a quick park and grab on the way back to Blackheath. TFTC Twem78.
Hi there Twem78.
We found your cache **"The Pink Pub"** at 11:26:00 AM today. (This makes our find count 17668).
Today blissbaby was our chauffer - she's a great guide. Her local knowledge is absolutely fantastic, and it is certainly great to be a passenger because, we see a lot more when we aren't driving. We thoroughly enjoyed our tour around the area. The places she took us were fantastic and the views along the ridge line were absolutely spectacular. We ended up finding a variety of container types and sizes hidden along the way. Today we found 16 caches (& DNF'd 2). Thank you for placing this cache here, without geocaching as our guide we would never have found so many interesting places on our travels.
**Coordinate Accuracy:** We found the cache around 6m from where the GPS said we should be looking.
**Cache Condition:** The container and log book are in good shape.
**Took:** Nothing.
**Left:** Nothing.
Thanks for the hunt today,
Regards
Ian & Penny.

We debated cache placement as we waited for the lights to go green which seemed to take forever but in reality was probably just a couple of minutes. In the end we were all wrong but saw it as i walked to gz so an easy find. Tftc
I was out for a walk and decided to look for this cache. An easy find but well camouflaged. TFTC
This was our first try at Geocaching. Had lots of fun finding this with my 7 year old. Thanks

I spent last night at the hotel. In my bed this morning I thought I'd check to see if Wentworth Falls had any caches. So 29m away, just outside my window, and when I got outside, in passion view. Very clever hide! Thanks
Heading over the hill, i had time to visit some old stomping grounds. After returning home I was hitchhiking back from the airport and the fellow who gave me a lift also grow up in the Bluies and was a grammar boy, what a small world. Thanks for the trip down memory lane.

I saw that it was a magnetic nano and felt disheartened when I saw the whole picket fence was actually metal and not timber. I reflected on the situation however and soon made the find.

Up in the Blue Mountains to try to complete a First2Find on a long multi started a few days ago. With that out of the way decision was made to grab another multi with a high-ish D/T rating, then finish off with some Park & Grabs.
We went for 6 and found 5 before heading home.
###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###
How can anyone resist finding a cache at a pub? And a pink one at that.
**JordsAU** and I certainly couldn't!
He made the quick find of a bold hide. I was looking at more obscure spots.
We completed signing duties and replaced.

Wow 3 times we looked for this and after reading the previous activity it made sense. So we did a quick trip and there it was right in front of us ????very clever tftc
Wow, what a cache! Never seen one like this before. If I had a favourite point, I'd give it to this one! TFTC!
Very cheeky Twem78, never seen anything like it. Wifey had the keen eye on this one god bless her. TYFC
We're staying very close by in a lovely airbnb cabin so came here for a tasty meal to escape the torrential rain. Hope tomorrow's forecast is better!
Found the cache immediately but at first feared I'd broken something, detaching something other than the cache. But actually the thing I held was the cache and it was supposed to detach so I could breath a sigh of relief . Nice idea. Tftc

We decided as it wasnt raining this morning to head up to Wenty Falls to do a couple of short walks and see the water coming over the falls. Heading home a quick detour up the side street. Co-ords had me one place and after searching around started walking back towards the car
Then thought i would check something I have seen before. Yes that was the cache! Signed log and returned as found TFTC

On a day trip to Katoomba via Wentworth Falls and saw this one just off the Hwy for a quick park and grab.
Found by CoreyBoy97. A nice sneaky hide in plain sight.

This one seems to have been removed.
We think a muggle!
Ran into another geocacher who found it originally and said it seems to have been removed.

Please replace log asap as its full. Nice cache btw. We had a little giggle at its simplicity yet ingenuity
Found with Snickersallan, pity we didn't have time to stop for a cool brew or three
Nice easy find, wouldn't mind having an overnight stay here. Found with Bluewattle, thanks Twem78 & TFTC
Came to the mountains to help my mother in law with some hedge trimming and gardening. Stopped off for a quick find and SL. Love these caches out in the open. TFTC.
This day was for a walk in and around Wentworth Falls. So we took the Darwin Walk down to the falls, to the National Pass, further on to conservation hut and to this EC, back to the Station via Darwin Walk.
Went for this first and directly saw this cache.
So far seen on this trip: Thailand, New Zealand and Australia.
TFTC from a geocacher on his journey through the world.
Danke!

After a semester abroad in New Zealand, I travel around Sydney and the blue mountains with MMXX now. There are plenty of amazing spots to discover.
Thanks for placing a geocache here and sorry that I keep my logs short.
