Logs
Signed log then as we were returning the container, a second container with a log book was spotted at the same location. Signed both to hedge our bets. ??
I thought the Berocca style container would be water proof but apparently not so. So I have replaced it at the same GZ with a screw cap pill bottle style container. I challenge water to get in now. All good to go.
Quick find with TheKiltedKacher. Log was damp and mouldy, buy we manged to sign. TFTC! And also many thanks for your dedicated maintenance.
After spending the morning walking around a reserve in Bargara, we went back to our hotel for a shower before heading into town for some shopping. When I say shopping, I mean I watched Mrs Woodyrothwell walk around an op-shop for an hour and then a bedding shop for another hour.Just when I though the shopping was over I spied another op-shop and made the mistake of telling me wife about it. So after another shopping stop we drove over the river to grab a few last minute hides before dinner. tftc
After seeing this in the last found lo " Even found an additional geocache here"I paid the cache a visit to remove the Other container but I could not locate it. The correct container is the Berocca! tube style container. All good.

Hi there youngoldfella, we found your cache Cars and Trains go by relocated. today.
Another day chasing Thomas’s friends. Yesterday (in another area) we had some DNFs, hopefully today we can get to find them all.
Thank you thank you, thank you for replacing this cache.
We’re thoroughly enjoying our jaunt around the countryside today, & so far we’ve found quite a variety of container types, sizes and ratings.
Coordinate Accuracy: We found this cache near where our GPS said we should be looking.
Cache Condition: Good.

Out to pick up a few caches in the area as here on an unexpected work trip for a couple of days.
This was a quick and easy find as you’d expect with the DT rating. Well placed, and in good condition.
Thanks so much youngoldfella . And for getting me out and about, and for highlighting this spot

We are spending a few days in and around Bundy and we stopped by for this cache on our way in this afternoon. It was exactly where the hint indicated. All good with this one. Thanks youngoldfella for the cache.
Day 4 saw the return of the good weather so we headed north to attempt the TAF Trail, and as usual pick up any other caches we encountered on the way.
What a great trail the TAF is. Really good sized, quality containers that with all bar a few exceptions were in fabulous condition, clean and dry with logs in great condition too. We can only imagine the cost and effort that has gone into producing the series. Outstanding!
We have given quite a number of favourites, sadly, probably randomly, but in recognition of the quality and effort.
A good day out with great weather traveling through a mixture of farmland and bush. Even saw a couple of trains!
Thank you for your efforts in creating and maintaining the cache youngoldfella.

25/6/21 On holidays from Mackay in Bundaberg for some caching fun. Thanks for placing this cache for my enjoyment. TFTC SL
Found on a week away going from Mackay to Bundaberg.
A hard place to find a parking spot from the north so I had to walk back to the gz.
Another quick find and on to the next.

Meandering around & stopped to find this cache. My pen would not write properly on the waterproof paper so a little scribble marks the spot. TFTC
Tftc youngoldfella, north of Bundy is our target area today. First find today. All good.
Staying in Bundy for a few days and finding some caches in the region. Woke up with the sunrise and headed North on a big loop including Moore Park beach and Avondale. This was the first find of the day

On our way to bundy for the day to do some geocaching so had to stop and get this one. As soon as we pulled up i knew exactly where to look thanks to the hint. A quick sign of the log and we were off to the next one. TFTC
Found by Mary and David at 14:40. RAAF Base Townsville, where we met in 1971, is now just a shadow of its former busy self. We reckon we were there at the best time. Crazy traffic today. All your hides have had spot-on coordinates, snug and dry, with plenty of log space left. Our thanks to youngoldfella.
The mini rats have been away on holidays with the Rats on another fantastic family holiday. We made it all the way to Cape York and along the way we found this cache. Thanks for adding to the thrill of our holiday.
Sorry the log is a standard template style.

The Rats and mini rats have just returned from an amazing 6-week adventure to Cape York. Along the way we had time to stop and grab a big handful of caches, some of our finds were in the remotest parts of Australia. Thanks to all the cache owners for placing your cache, you've all contributed to us having a great holiday. Apologises for the generic log.

Finally after two weeks being unexpectedly detained in Mackay we are on the road heading south, at least the weather has now cleared . Stopped last night in Mt Larcom
Naturally a stop or two, or more along the way but sadly my travel list is being shortened as we are two weeks behind our schedule plus I’m currently the only driver so a lot harder to get in/out as fast
A nice quick find at GZ before heading into town for some very quick sightseeing

On a 3 day geocaching binge around Bundy, plus an out and return to the tunnel and a couple of other "to do list caches"
Today is going to be spent chasing the ones on the north side of the river.
I'm sure I've found one prior of similar name
All good with the cache, and a favorite point
