Great little hide, have really enjoyed the walk along this track this morning. Signed log and replaced safely.TFTC
Tricky hide, not what I originally anticipated at all.Am car-hopping my way toward wordings but still seem to be getting lots of steps Im. TFTC.
I was on my way home to Melbourne after spending a few days in the Snowy high country with the MX-5 Club... and took the opportunity to stop off in the Wodonga area to find the caches I needed to help me qualify for the **WCW - The 80/20 Rule Challenge**.I didn't have all the time in the world to go caching today... and as I was on foot, I took the opportunity to move my car to "leap frog" sections of the HCRT where the caches were a long way apart. Consequently I moved my car a bit further out and parked near **OZ Woz HP** and set off in the general direction of Cudgewa to find 4 other caches. Now back at my car, I crossed the highway to come looking for this cache... a clever hide. Thanks **OZREG** for putting this cache here.
Albury Invasion trip Day 3. After planning and months of puzzle solving it is finally time to head to Albury Wodonga for a long weekend visit. I was with Kitty Katch, FufacesLL and Joolay for this trip, but I also spent time with Sol de Lune and LuckyL10n due to space in cars. Logs for the weekend were signed CIA23 to save space. We started the day with a walk around the Riverside trail for the virtual and thew caches along the way. The second port of call was the new rail trail caches where a large group wandered along the trail visiting the caches, it is great to see this trail re-populated with caches. The second part of the day was small group caching around the area, visiting a few DNFs and other caches we had missed the day before. As before the effort put into the puzzles and all the caches in the area is really appreciated, and with so much more to do, I am sure I will be back before too long. Thanks for the cache Wright_Stuff44945.20 TNLNVisited: World Traveling Gold GC A#6 & Geocaching NSW 2022 A#531**Albida**
After a pleasant night in sheer luxury, fitzy_1965 and I were up early to take advantage of our free breakfast before joining the rest of the CIA crew for a day of caching before we all went our separate ways.We crossed the river into Victoria to meet at the start of The Crossing Place walk and did the loop before the sun got too hot. The walk itself was quite pleasant and was a good test for my hip which has not been the best of late. We targeted of the OZ trail and whatever else we came across. The logs were primarily signed as CIA (Canberra Invasion Albury) unless otherwise stated.
We joined in on the Canberra Albury Invasion or CAI fun this long weekend. After lots of puzzle solving and planning the time had come for a four day weekend of geocache hunting and hiking in and around the Albury/Wodonga area. We could not have picked a better weekend, we had great weather and avenged a couple of DNF's for us. Apologies for the generic log, thank you to all the cache owners for placing and maintaining the caches in this area, and for giving us a reason to come down the highway and visit this lovely area. Thanks for the hide and trail Wright_Stuff
Albury TripTime for an Aussie road trip with Joolay, albida33 and FurfacesLL plus others from the Canberra puzzling team. Thanks for the hide
Day 3 of our Albury trip. Apologising up front for the generic logs. Cannot complain about the quality and quantity here, it was a great mixture. Some are very challenging hides and some even defeated us and some of those puzzles, just glad it was more than me working on them. Looking forward to coming back. Its a perfect weekend to get out of town. Decided Albury was the place to go. Lots of lovely puzzles that we have spent time as a group working through now its time to venture down and pick up.Signing as CIA-Canberra Invasion of Albury. And apologies for generic logs. Thanks for getting me out and about Wright_Stuff
Day 3 of our Canberra (+3) Invasion of Albury. Starting time and place had been discussed and agreed upon at Kittykatch's Event last night. There was to be a variety of cache types, D/T's and attributes covered to hopefully provide something of interest for everyone participating. All mystery caches had already been solved as a group effort on various zoom sessions before we left home. The day was sunny and hot, but everyone rose to the challenge, and all these caches were found and signed CIA. Thanks to all the COs who placed and maintained these caches. They certainly encourage me to get out and travel.
33,872. Found with Team CIA23 - Canberra Invasion of Albury 2023.Our caching group has been eyeing off the Albury/Wodonga area for quite some time. After many months of hard work we had solved nearly all the area's puzzles, so we set a date and headed on down. CIA23 comprised of minniek, Joolay, Kittykatch, isopeda, barb2e, FurfacesLL, Tankengine, dty73, Sol de lune, LuckyL10n, albida33, Aykayem, smittengranny and myself. For part of one day we were joined by local Cacher Happy Feet 1. What a great weekend of caching with such a fun group of people. An event on the Saturday night also helped make the trip memorable. This was now (my) Day 2 of the trip. Quick find once at GZ. Signed the log as CIA23, replaced the cache as found, then headed off to the next one on our list. Thanks Wright_Stuff !!
Day 3 of the Canberra invasion weekend of Albury. Being ex an Canberran, I headed up to join in the fun of the weekend with LuckyL10n, Albida33, fitzy_1965, minniek, tankengine, dty73, Joolay, KittyKatch, Smittengranny, Isopeda, Barbe2e and FFLL.This morning we started with the loop walk around The Crossing point and then heading out to grab a few along the OZ trail. All caches were found without any issue and logs were signed CIA 23, for Canberra Invasion of Albury 2023.Thanks to all the CO's for the caches...
I have been Geocaching for the last year as part of team Dromaniax. We have enjoyed the Geocaching caching around a lot of Victoria in that time. From our first trip up to the Murray River, the next trip to Lake Eildon and the area around Buxton, an epic trip to the Little Desert to attack the This is SA series, then a great trip with our father to the High Country in Victoria, a trip to the Mornington Peninsula and a trip to the Albury-Hume Reservoir area.
I finally decided to set up my own account and am claiming all the caches I have found as part of Dromaniax.
Thank you for this Traditional cache OZREG

I headed off on a short road trip to try and fish off a few of the Whittlesea challenges so I had to visit 3 LGA’s in particular, today I had been up in Wodonga and Towong and I was spending the night in Wangaratta before going back to Benalla and then heading up to Craig’s hut for a CITO.
**Thanks to Wright_Stuff for placing this cache.**

Claim my adopted out cache as a find so as to not have unnecessary green icons throughout Wodonga on the map. Good Luck and enjoy "N & M"
Good time on the prowl with JTreeTrack2! Accidentally left in my drafts for a few months!
Another fantastic day with beautiful weather for caching. The muggle nephew has chosen to be a muggle no more, so Simplylookin was heading out looking for caches with us today.
A day of cycling was planned, and hopefully, a good collection of caches to be found.
Rail Trails make for awesome caching; you can walk or cycle along and don't need to worry so much about traffic.
More amazing wattles.
We had a quick find here of a cache in excellent condition.
Thank you for this Traditional cache, OZREG.

Was out picking up caches along this trail on my bike today. Phone was putting me somewhere else but I eventually branched out and found the cool construction that is this cache.
Out today for a spot of riding on my bike. A 4 hour round trip including caching. I would have been out for longer if I didn't have to return and get to a caching event at the Kinross this afternoon. Beautiful winter weather for a long ride and the best thing about winter is no snakes!
Looked around for ages for this one. Shouldn’t have as it was similar to another hide but coordinates were going haywire on me.

Such a shame that we didn't have the time to do this series. Gives us a great reason to return. Grabbed a couple to fulfil a challenge for GT. Thanks for the caches.
Pleased to fill another gap in one of my challenges but disappointed that we can't complete the series. Next time. Thanks for placing the cache for us to find.

Below is a blurb about us
We are trying to get a badge ,the author ,from project GC for writing found log files of 100 words or more. Once we get this badge we will stop writing this. We are also trying to get badges for adding photos to our found logs .
We started caching in December 2019 and by January 2020 we were hooked. As we are on the road full-time, living in a caravan, caching fits in well with this lifestyle. It is taking us to places that we would normally not have gone. When we move to a new place we also look at what caches are in the area and how many days we will need to be there in order to get the caches we want.
Trackables that we have with us today are:
Son of red
Rhodes travel Tong
Stanley the bushman
Where are my keys
Ducincs Viking ship
Miss Jenn lackey tag 11
TB challenge worldwide traveller
Scrabble tile
Kevin the trainee drop bear
3 million geocaches tag
Cohete Rocket
Around the world in 80 days
Sports tag
Nice hide thanks.

Found with Sebass and AKM... We did have a much larger group, but they all bombed out with punctures! Those 3 corner jacks are everywhere! - I think the council needs to pick them up! I also received a puncture, but managed to repair it, and ride back to the start, collecting at least some of these. Thanks for the cache it was a nice ride while it lasted!
The cut&paste bit: Doing a big road trip from Central Coast NSW to St Arnaud Mega. On my phone so may be slow to log with the full story or add pics etc....
Haha! Nicely hidden. This series would make for an awesome bike ride! TFTC

Find #3942
Traditional Cache Find #2570**
I needed to find a cache in the Wodonga LGA. I was unable to find the first one I attempted, unable to get to the second but this was third time lucky. A quick find in the fading light and then to some dinner.
Thank-you to OZREG for placing this geocache

Out and about caching in the Albury area and decided to try to get as many of the easily accessible caches as possible. A recent injury means that easily accessible is the order of the day. This cache met the brief and a quick find was made. TFTC
This CO is so talented with the invention of his hides. So many hours of thought and effort have gone into making these wonderful caches for us to discover
Hi, went to find this one but I think it may have been moved during recent earthwork.
Would be worth just checking on it.
Thanks

After having quickly looked for this one at night a few times when doing cadet drop off and coming up empty handed, I could not believe how obvious it was in daylight! We had been looking close by on our previous visits but well in the wrong spot A great little hide!
Enjoying a bit of the rail trail today, nice new surface! A quick find here by Junior Ez. Nice camp! Cheers
We crossed the road and made our way towards GZ. A jogger was coming towards us and stopped for a chat letting me know there were some kangaroos up ahead just in case the dog would get spooked by them. All good he is used to kangaroos as they are quite often in our street where we live, cows on the other hand scare him.
He continued along the trail and we moved closer to GZ. Mmmm, many hiding spots. This took longer than it should. We found the cleverly hidden cache. Nice one. TFTC.

I struggled to find this one due to the GPS being inaccurate, I saw a nearby spot that looked likely and i quickly had the cache in hand
#3582 Crossing the busy road with a couple of ageing geohounds was the biggest challenge here!! We got to gz finally and the cleverly disguised hide was spotted. A fave from us for the extra effort and execution of this hide. Our last along this trail for today. TFTC and fun OZREG.
Spending a couple of day at Wodonga & catching up with Happy Feet. We have been here before , so many puzzles & a lot of good bike trails.
Bill went riding one morning riding with Robyn along one of the trails close by. His comment that the trail that he did was paved & quite flat a pleasure to ride on.
Thanks for placing this cache OZREG

Yeah09, GeoLibrarian54 & TG4TheWin had set ourselves a goal of doing 3 states in a day whilst road tripping to the Queanbeyan event today.
We did this cache with Auslanmale & TheRabbitBanana before dropping them off to go to a Scouts do.
I enjoyed this one. A nicely placed cache.
