Came up empty. Interesting place for a hide... a snake infested bog pit! Won’t re attempt this one any time soon!
No sign of it. Someone said it might have been inside the bushes but it was far too swampy and overgrown to go in. My shoes got soaked through. And if its infested in snakes during summer then I'm not going looking for it then!

Came here in summer...head high reeds and every rustle made myself and the geokids jump..more of a did not attempt..in winter reeds have been cut and a very simple find on a soggy perth morning..log slightly damp but able to sign..lots of birdlife keeping me company..tftc
Out caching with geo-buddy hhheddy; a mild day, break after much-needed rain.
Nice location, surprisingly easy to find. TFTC!!

Was out trying to complete all the caches around Bibra lake but was thwarted by a couple of caches we could not find. The ground was a little damp approaching the cache, maybe it had something to do with the rain we have had lately. The cache was spotted from some distance away, all was good and it was replaced as found. many thanks haleyandphil for the cache.
Found out walking the dogs around Bibra Lake. Bit wet ubder foot but able to claim the cache. TFTC
After being unable to reach GZ about 6 months ago, took the opportunity today to make another run at it. No problems this time and was able to follow a little geotrail through the long and scary grass at GZ. TFTC haleyandphil and Spotandpatch for replacing.
Tftc. Was accessible as water level had dropped. Thanks for taking us to another spot around lake. With kong girls.
Our second cache for the day as we walked around Bibra Lake.
Took a couple of attempts to find the right trail in but once we were close the name said it all!

Not ideal terrain with my road bike but I'm sure it would be worse in either the middle of Winter or the middle of Summer. Thanks for the cache.
Obvious spot it is. I'm really not sure anyone should take their kids searching for this one during the warmer months. This area is INFESTED with tiger snakes and dugites. Considering this cache is perched in an area surrounded by high grass and water nearby it's a very risky cache. I think these details should be included in the description. TAD
I tried to contact the CO a few weeks ago but got no reply. Sorry if I am not following protocols but I have placed a new container at what I feel is GZ with a couple of bits in it. I did try to ask them what they wanted me to do so I put the old one at S 32°05.495' E 115°49.701' near to where I found it after drying it all out but it is not on the ground and in the mud any more. So original container that probably washed up during the winter is now near where it washed up but above ground and I placed a new one at what I think is GZ. Sorry if I have done the wrong thing. S&P
We didn't find it as we discovered after reading the previous log it is no longer there. Can I suggest the CO please disable until replaced. Thank you
Returned in the hope that summer would see it accessible. Not found at GZ but found it on the ground some distance away. Messages CO to inform them that I have taken it away for drying. Shall return when CO approves of location. TFTC haleyandphil
Still looks a month or two away from being accessible. Got stopped about 40m away and there was no chance I was going to investigate circling around.
Enticed geobuddy Mark to come out caching today, this time heading northwards instead of our usual south via a certain cheese factory (Harvey - you just can't beat their OMG). Can't have everything I guess. Looks like Spring has finally sprung, and we enjoyed the walk around the lake. The water level was still so high that we couldn't get closer than about 45m, and the likelihood of encountering a tiger snake or two detereed us from wading there. Another time maybe... Thanks for bringing us here though haleyandphil
GZ puts it into wading position in September so decided to keep the feet dry. Hopefully it'll be up and running again soon and S&P will have another go.
Hey folks.
Will try and replace cache this week. Looks like someone took our cache container as this isn't one of ours.

Had to head north to nab a multi so made the most of the trip by grabbing as many caches as we could along the way. A glorious winters day to be out caching. Took the pooches for the long walk to gz to find the same situation as recorded by previous finder. Thanks haleyandphil
Found with Everlasting, cache in poor condition but enjoyed our walk to GZ. Thanks haleyandphil.
22712 found
Outing with Iluvtrekking for the day also Geodog Sally.
It was good fun walk along to the caches - found only top of container. so need maintenance urgent.
Thanks for organising the cache, haleyandphil

TFTC! Had some spare time with Cravo10 today to grab a couple of caches around the Bibra Lake area. We had a nice couple of finds and the containers were found in good shape and in good condition.
Having had a huge caching month last month collecting over 300 finds for the calendar month, so hopefully can take this month a bit easier on the caching front!!
Thanks for a nice couple of finds. Thanks

Headed back towards Barbra lake today as had more time on my hands, checked on a recently published cache of mine to find coords way out so fixed that up and got the closest 4 around the lake.. Was also scouting for new hide locations so possibly watch this space.
Cache was found in good condition and log signed, wouldn't want to be doing these 5 in the summer with snakes around TFTH TFTC

I was in the area this evening for my partner to collect some injured wildlife and take it home to rehabilitate. I ducked out and caught some pokemon and grabbed a few caches that have previously eluded me.
This was a nice quick grab, a nice tranquil spot by the lake.
TFTC haleyandphil.
haleyandphil, I found your cache The obvious spot. on 26/07/2016.
This is my find #2888 and find #2 today.

Well that was pretty obvious. Found while the water was low so no squishy feet. Love the spot. TFTC
A bit of a soggy walk from the previous cache. But when we got to ground zero we found the cache right away. A nice view of the lake and T4TC haleyandphil and also thanks for the other caches around the lake too
Out caching with ooh yeh and we thought we would clear up the 3 at Bibra Lake that needed smileys.
Saw a cute bandicoot on our walk to this one, so glad I know what they look like otherwise I would have freaked out thinking it was a rat.
We eventually arrived at GZ and yes, it was in the obvious spot.
Signed the log, replaced as found and headed to the next one.

Out with Skippy 46 for a few hours of caching. The weather wasnt the best we got rained on a couple of times but we still managed to find 11 caches with no DNFS. A bit of a walk to this one. We walked down the boardwalk to the end then walked along the edge of the lake. Found the obvious spot quickly and now off to the last one TFTC haleyandphil
Had the chance this arvo to have a go at these recently published hides. With about half an hour to spare I parked up at the suggested waypoint and headed along the well formed path.
Was a bit short of time but bit the bullet and decided to scout this one out on the way back to the car. Found a track of sorts that seemed to lead directly to GZ and spied the obvious object on approach for a quick find.
haleyandphil I found your cache at 4:43pm, this was the 3rd of 3 finds for me today and brings my total find count to 3251. The cache was in good order and I replaced it as found.

Had been stuck inside all day so before our evening meal I came out to do some nearby caches. Had a good walk to find this cache and the others nearby.
Found the cache without problems as it was lying on the ground not near the obvious spot. Log signed and cache returned to where I thought it should have been at the obvious spot.
Thanks haleyandphil for the cache.

Another one that took a while for a FTF. I was at work when it was published and I was going to get it the next morning but Paskersfind beat me to it so I just saved it to get on my morning run today. It was a lovely morning running around the lake even if it was a bit chilly. The cache was an easy find living up to its title. The coords for this one are spot on.

It was getting a little bit dark now but It wasn't to far from the other cache i was at so I said I go for it I was getting a little worry as the GPS said now go this way it was just bush and snakes zone but then I saw a track that took me right to the cache glad to tick this one of as I'm thinking and looking at the area if we have heavy rains for a week it might pay to bring along a canoe or rubber boots. Thanks for the adventure SL.
Ftf at 7:30. Was intending to attend WAGB today but have been hit with a cold that has left me wheezing and sneezing. Decided to keep my germs to myself but did feel the need for a cache and despite not feeling 100%, decided to try for a FTF here. Arrived and was a bit dubious about getting in to the cache through long grass but needn't have worried. Found the track that led straight to the cache and excellent coods had us right next to the ' the obvious spot'. No wading or wet feet, thank goodness! Found a well camoed cache, signed the log and returned as found. Thanks for the cache and bringing us to this lovely spot, hayleyandphil.
