Saturday sports meant that Mrs GSEL's visit was brief, but it was nice to have a few quick chats. Mr GSEL disappointed that he couldn't make it due to work commitments as he certainly would have settled in for an afternoon of caching talk! Thank you for organising the event.

Thanks for organising; great to meet more geocachers and familiar usernames. Onwards to Wherigo for 7th type of the day.

#2258. Once again great to catch up with others and share 'war stories' around a bowl of fries. Great quiz - my score wasnt quite in the required range - if only I had paid more attention to theducks!

Thanks for organizing this in the absence of boxhill and also for placing more caches to coincide. Wb-jnr had to get to Lwer Hutt, so only targeted one of the new ones - more to save for later to keep the Leprechaun streak alive.

Dropped three TBs and coll td three for further travels.

Managed to get all my ducks in a row and turn up to this one. Another well organised event, (for the record I got 8/10 in the quiz, and knew 2 of the 4 tiebreakers) but I'll leave the FTF chasing to those who really want them! TFTC!

Attended with Theosaurus but couldn't stay for the full time. Dropped off a deadly duck and collected a super duck. Thanks for organising!

Attended with Mrs JY. Dropped off two deadly ducks and picked up soccer ball trackable. Taybee gave me one of his path tags - thanks! I really like the path tag!

A great event to celebrate this annual event. Thanks for hosting and the opportunity to catch up with friends. Nice to meet everybody.

#8347. Enjoyed another great event in Khandallah. Good to catch up with geocaching friends and meeting new ones. Had a yummy lunch at this venue too. Great organisation, and thanks for the quiz and much appreciated the International Geocaching Day 2016 Geocoin prize.

Thanks for organising this event - and for the quiz. It was good to have the cache publications timed to coincide with the event. I managed a couple of them before having to race back up to Kapiti. Most enjoyable. Thank you.

Spent an pleasant hour and a bit catching up with old caching friends and meeting some interesting new ones. Good food and coffee too! Many thanks to SJT_NZ and Tregearp for their excellent organisation and hosting! A really enjoyable event

A great event SJT_NZ, good catching up with some new and not so new cachers and we toasted Boxhill the normal hoster. Thanks to KTC for all the effort.

With bkj97 and three little chickens (grandkids) in tow had a welcome break and caught up with a few old and new faces. Supervising coloring in and pencil sharpening kept me busy but thanks for organizing the event which got the little ones out of the house.

Thanks for the chance to catch up with a number of regulars and some new faces. Sorry we had to depart before the new caches were available. Will get them next time we are in the area. Good venue and staff very accommodating.

Having been unable to make many/any of the events over the last 12 months I was particularly intent on getting to this one, as the IGD in 2012, at this very venue was our very first event as a family. Was funny to think of my chauffeur for the day (Comandercon2 working towards his Restricted Licence) back then having just started college and his younger brother smaller still.

Great to see some familiar faces, and catch up with tales, after reducing my recent caching experiences. Equally good to meet & greet some of the newer members of the cacheing fraternity.

As family's principal taxi driver my movements can be subject to sudden changes as the geoteens drop another request on me at the last minute! I'm planning to come along but can't be sure of when or for how long.

In the hands of the kids sporting gods with timing but should be able to make at least a quick visit and hello.

Mrs GSEL said she will attend for a short time as she has to take our youngest member of team GSEL to play netball in Newlands around 1pm. I will be away in the field up in Auckland during that week on a work trip. Hope the event goes well.

Should be able to make it and bring along tmann421 and EK.spygirl as well.

Have to be up the coast for a different event by 1:30, so will have to skip. Maybe someone will create one up the coast as well?
