Find#2429After doing some caching yesterday and looking at my calendar I realised if I would to claim this second souvenir for this month that I better get some caches today. Another cracking sunny day to boot. A nice easy find at GZCache and log in excellent conditionTFTC
Its difficult to go unnoticed by the muggles on a weekend.Had to get in and out quickly but thankfully found it. Nice one!
Took a few minutes to find, looking in the difficult and scary spots but turns out it was pretty simple find.
After a reunion dinner and a stay overnight in Toukley, frazeydaze and I spent a few hours catching around the area today. After negotiating the bike tracks and the spider webs it was CIH. TFTC
Working in the area today, I took a short detour for a nice quick find. The log is only slightly damp despite the recent rain.
Spent a little time drying out the damp sheet, then me and the little helper signed the drier log. The two logs are separated in the bag in the hope it keeps at least one of them bone dry. The double bagging seems to be holding up after the recent wet weather. Thanks for the cache.
Walked here along the lake to find this one after Ode to Childhood #1. Thankful for the shade as it was a bit of a hot one. Luckily it was a fairly quick find with the hint. TFTC
Out with techsavvy9 and Goldberry 17. For once 2pods beat, the Eagle eyed Goldberry to find the cache. TFTC doing anything
TFTC and a nice quick find. Out geocaching with 2Pods and Goldberry . Cant believe how much the area has changed over the years.
I nice challenging but fun find. Was about to give up until we managed to spot it. Found with curlyjow and Milliemoozi.
Omg this one was a tricky find. We NEARLY were going to have to log it as a DNF but at very last second before giving up.. Cache was spotted.. well hidden.
*note* Lid missing, Log is just a blank piece of paper in ziplock bag. Could do with a proper log but does the job. Found with Milliemoozie & Chucktanoy. TFTC

We are on a five day holiday to the Central Coast, staying at the NRMA/Big4 Ocean Beach Holiday Resort (caravan Park) in Umina Beach. Looking to do some of the many Central Coast Adventure Labs, visit some previously solved Puzzle/Mystery cache GZs, and to collect any other caches we come across during our daily travels. Photos will be uploaded to logs on our return to home base.
Today we visited Gosford, Wamberal, Forresters Beach, The Entrance, Norah Head, Noraville, Lake Haven, Woongarrah, Hamlyn Terrace, and Warnervale. Completed an Adventure Lab and collected a variety of other caches, including an EarthCache, a MultiCache, a Virtual cache, and numerous Traditional caches. This was the 21st of 25 finds for the day (day 3), and 51st find of the holiday.
This one was next, and it was a nice quick find on arrival at GZ. TNLNSL, and then replaced as found. The lid is missing off the container, so the log will likely get wet next time it rains. TFTCJulissaJean.

#9082 (6 of 7 today)
I am gradually catching up with my logging - am currently only a month and a bit behind. But that's still over 100 caches!
To be honest, while I still find searching for caches fun, I'm finding logging less so. But I have to log to get me stats and souvenirs, so...
Only a few Adventure Labs and my First2Finds have been written up in a timely manner - don't want people racing out when it's already been snaffled.
Nevertheless, I have kept up with my 2022 goal of 16 finds per caching day. In fact, for the most part my modus operandi has been to actually aim for 20. So far I've only failed on that a few times, and only by 1 find. Amazingly I'm on track for 19 finds per day, but somehow I expect that will eventually prove too hard as I have to travel a good distance if I want more than a cache a day.
Thanks to all the CO's who have made it possible to keep my goal in sight. Most of the finds have been Traditionals, but a few Puzzle series and the odd other cache type have been grabbed where possible.
Sorry the logs are very generic, but I'll never catch back up otherwise.
###END OF GENERIC ABJECT GROVELLING SECTION###
Back to the Central Coast - so hassle-free to get here now that Pennant Hills Road isn't a car park thanks to North Connex opening. I can get about as quick as I can get to Campbelltown, or La Perouse.
Today's Calendar Hunt is at Goroken / Lake Haven. Started later than I wanted so only had time for seven. But I can live with that!
###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###
I immediately identified a few likely places - and as usual it was in the last of those I checked. At least that wasn't empty requiring me to do a more thorough check. Container not in good condition and the log was AWOL. So added a new log, but really it needs a new container as well.
Signed, replaced and away.

Found CACHe holder but looks long rusted and forgotten info won't load on app so I can't read logs yet
Found it! Cache is destroyed and not log. Will replace in a week or so if owner doesn't.
Found it although it is broken and someone has left a small kinder toy inside instead of a log and pencil.
A quick find with the hint. This one needs some love as the book is soggy although somebody has provided a ziplock bag. TFTC
