Been just over 3 years since I last went geocaching so lovely to have a nice super easy one to get back in the game! Tftc!
Starting River Roads today. Will definitely not finish it today though as I'm meant to be working. I did find some of others years ago when I didn't realise what a series was. Now that I'm wiser I have no excuse to work towards the mystery one at the end. Tftc!
I used to walk past this cache everyday when I lived nearby a few years ago, and never knew! A good hide.
Hanging out in beautiful Island Bay this morning, while the teen gets her Venus on. Lovely morning for it, sunny with light winds. Loving to mix of beautiful architecture here and the coast. Cache in good order, nice hide. TFTC TharnTheHalkan
I did half this series last year, and the nice afternoon lured me out to try the rest. A nice quick find, although I didn't realise there was a driver in the car right next to the cache, and I jumped up when she started the car. Thanks for the cache
This was our whānau's first geocache. My two young sons really enjoyed it and are keen to find many more. Thanks very much for your efforts.
Watcache and I were here to attend the 'maker magic' event near by, but managed a bit of caching beforehand.
This was our first stop and was a reasonably straight forward find once we identified the correct GZ.
Thanks for setting this up

Like a river I started at a high point (crest of the hill north of Island Bay) and snaked my way down towards the ocean. The sun was high in the sky for a mid-morning start and I was quickly in possession of a log book and the first number of the final. I had high hopes for this series, and the day was looking quite nice, so quickly logged and trotted off to the next one. TFTC
Finally got round to it ! Great spot as described. Sorry for the terrible writing on the log, my pen was rubbish! TFTC
Looking for a cache to keep my daily streak going. Parked right next to gz - perfect. Torch helped make for a quick find as night had arrived. Signed in car then quickly returned to its hiding place just as the rain set in. TFTC
Yay! Turning a frown upside down is always nice. Cute little container! Now... just the final to find! TFTC

Hi. Please would you confirm these coordinates are available? When I set up the cache I don't think I could have put it here but now that the cache near the roundabout at the end of Dee Street has gone, I think I can move mine to here. The cache keeps disappearing from the current coordinates.

I am fully intending to replace this cache. The container keeps going missing - I think a local has a vendetta and keeps removing it, so I need to find a new location and better container for it. Please don't archive this as it's the first in my River Roads series. I will get to it when time allows.
Hi TharnTheHalkan
This geocache was brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit and after my previous reviewer note, there has been no owner response. The cache owner needs to check on this cache ASAP and either replace it or archive it, after picking up any geo-litter. See the [maintenance section of the Geocache Listing Requirements/Guidelines](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#listingmaintenance).
I've added this cache to my watchlist, and I will check back in four weeks to be sure that the maintenance has been done. In the meantime, I have temporarily disabled this listing. When the maintenance is completed, the owner can enable the listing by clicking on the link below the cache name to return it to active status.
Whatever your intentions, please **post a note** here on the cache page (not email) to let us know that you are still active and maintaining the cache. If a month passes without seeing a response, then I'll assume that this listing should be archived.
Please note, that if a cache is archived due to lack of owner maintenance, the cache is unable to be unarchived.
Regards

It is great when you can see the cache from a distance when you know what you are looking for. Like Trinity below I could not get it to stick back into place so went back to the car and found the magnet. A drop of glue would help. Thanks for bringing me here to fill in some time when MrsM at an appointment.
We were walking away and I turned back to for one last look and there it was! I accidentally stole the magnet on my tweezers, which I discovered at the next cache. I’d had to leave the cache in a fence nearby but we returned and replaced the magnet and put it back
Finding some caches in this area before attending 'Spring into Geocaching' event. Thanks TharnTheHalkan for the cache.
So I found two Geocaches? One white one red. Be careful if you find the white one. The magnet fell out and took ages to find. Tftc
My ruddy pocket computer says I have to find 5 caches today. Have you looked outside? It's dark. And rainey. And generally horrible. I'd rather stay home, but that computer is insistant.
As I am moving out of this area soon, I may as well cache it out, so rekeyed my computer into a dynamic mapping thingy and picked this cache. Donned the raincoat, hopped in the car rather that the bike (I'm being lazy) and came for a look.
Was thinking the cache wasn't here. Had to check the hint. Even then I missed it. Took me three checks of the hide before I found it (and I only did three checks because the last person found it - thanks, last finder!).
Yay - 5 caches found. Today's mission done. Alas, next few days are much the same - it's going to be a struggle. Thank goodness, tomorrow is the shortest day!

Nice quick find as we are trying to use up time before our antenatal class. It is a horrible windy/rainy night.
TFTC. Quick find with 4yo. Sorry, ripped the end of the paper when returning.
Thanks TharnTheHalkan for placing this cache
It was great to find a parking spot right next to the corner and the colour of the cache made it easily spotted from a few metres away so I could plan a strategic retrieval and retreat

Visiting from Nelson, to meet my 3 week old granddaughter.
Quick find here, thanks.
I like the idea of the series, will come back when I have more time and look for a few more.

Cool one thanks. Pretty hard to get the paper back in with 3 excited kids though
Having "got my eye in" with a couple of recent finds in this series I thought I'd come back and do some more. I parked in an area central to several unfound caches and had a pleasant walk around the streets. I came to this one first which turned out to be a quick find - luckily. Of course the problem with street caches, even you find them quickly, is where to sign them? I went for a bit of a wander and found somewhere to do that and which involved trying to extract the log, trying to write small enough, and trying to put the log back in. All achieved eventually and returned to the place I found it. Not sure if it was exactly where it was supposed to be but it's where it was before. TFTC.
Iddy bitty living space.
